Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. I highly recommend Arrow Appliances. Thank you Carol and I'll definitely be back.

Everyone in the store was solicitous, respectful, and extremely kind to my Mom. They bent over backwards to assist her. Professional licensed plumber, Chris, showed up promptly on delivery and installation day with the new dishwasher. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher, but he did it--AND put the new dishwasher in place--with skill, professionalism, positivity, and patience. His demeanor was very pleasant and kind. My Mom is very grateful to Arrow Appliance, and our entire family knows who to go to when we have any appliance needs. Thank you, Arrow Appliance!

He explained that I needed an oven that had the correct amperage for my house. Jeff was very thorough with his questions as to what we did with our oven (i.e. bake, broil, etc.). He explained the difference between different setting on the ovens (Convection, etc.). Jeff went above and beyond to get us the perfect oven for our needs. Installation was a breeze, as he and his son do all of the installations. We even bought a matching cook top to boot. Prices are better than the big box stores in my opinion.

I selected Christo Appliances (the contractor) since they are local. Their tech came out to do a simple diagnostic. My washer was leaking water (either from door seal or from detergent tray). He opened up the control panel to see if any electric component was getting wet. It was dry. Tech told me it seemed like it was coming from the detergent tray (I later saw it come out of the door's seal). He told me to call another company to confirm his diagnostic (WHY??) that they had to close the claim but once I got another company to confirm his diagnostic, he would come back. That sounds so wrong. That's not how claims should be handled. If I call another company, then that new company will probably fix it (unlike Cristo). I used my Washer that day the tech checked my washer. Well, it's not working properly anymore. The washer stopped in the middle of the cycle, and the door wont open. it's stuck! Today is Friday. I have been calling them since Wednesday and they haven't returned my call. I'm very upset and will not be using them in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I should have read their reviews before I gave them my business. They have lots of bad reviews.

We tried asking a worker once to get us something out of the locked area for yard equipment and they took 30 minutes. We left said not worth the wait. The garden section from sept-Feb. pretty scarce not a lot of wild natural options- when making our outdoor enclosure for our tortuous we had very few options here in selecting non toxic plants. When trying to ask for or where a plant is they just pointed "over there" or "idk" Really hard to spend money when they don't know their products or just don't care. However we do like the kids club projects my son and the lady who runs it have a great relationship. She use to be stand of fish but we wore her down or he did with his smiles every month for the past 2 years 24 + crafts together.
