Called once to see if they were buying at the time and the guy replied "pawn shop" then I asked if…read morethey were looking to buy comics and guitars and he hung up. I then went there in person to sell my old Gameboy that I originally bought for 150 and was trying to sell it for 100 the least I got was around $40. 40. And now I'm seeing that they're selling it for 120. Every other pawn shop was closed or not buying and I needed the money so I let myself get lowballed. Then I asked in person if they would buy any comics or my guitar and they said no. So why would you be a smart*ss on the phone if you're not going to do what pawn shops are clearly known to do. Never again.

She was back there for about 10-15 minutes comes out and tells me she was trying to call payroll to verify my check because she was under the impression I my check was fake which is what I was thinking . My check was 235 dollars what is there to verify I gave you my id and everything so I didn't understand the point of calling pay roll , I'm a working and license nurse I have no room to take a fraud check anywhere .She then tells me "oh I left a VM for payroll I don't know if you want to wait around ". FOLLOW UP Can the…read moreowner or person in charge reach out to me regarding the service I received at this location. I was kicked out called a liar and denied service after the employee had already called my employerand was going to cash my check but refused realizing that I had left a poor review weeks earlier. I included a screenshot from my location history and cannot believe the treatment I received today. I explained to her that my review was honest after having the door locked on me back to back days during posted business hours. She told me that she has been doing this for years and to leave immediately. what a huge liability this employee is for your business. Discrimination and retaliation for just leaving a review is unexceptable. I told her that I would make a follow up review and was told I'm evil she can't cash my check and she has my license plate number??? What does this have to do with anything? I wrote my review in the parking lot and saw that she was upset because she want to leave before posted business hours. I'm not a liar as I was accused of being today and will not tolerate this harassment from an employee who has obviously forgotten that the customer is the reason she is in business, please do the customer a favor by finding a job that doesn't require customers cashing checks during posted hours at a check cashing service location. Please flow up with me see attached screenshot for reference. Poor service I came two days during posted business hours fri sat and was turned away. She locked the door 15 minutes before closing time as I was walking up and went to the back area. I knocked on the door with no response so I called and was told that I need to come earlier and was hung up on. Obviously the owner of this business is unaware of this as I wrote this review I saw that 7 other customers were denied business during the posted hours. Follow up review. Wow unbelievable I was kicked out and refused service
