I went to visit bling for the first time today after calling a couple days ago about a product I couldn't wait to find the time to go, but when I went I was thoroughly disappointed. I admit I showed up at 10:50, and they have posted online that they open at 11, but they had two open signs on and the sign was outside, so I figured maybe they just opened early, but when I rung the bell, the man just blatantly ignored me. I thought, "no problem, they're not open yet anyways... I'll try again in 15 minutes." I waited nearly 20 minutes and tried again at 11:07 to ring the bell to get the product I was interested in, and once again, the man just COMPLETELY ignored me. They still had their open signs on and he just ignored me. Not good for business. So a little confused, I went to wait in my car because at this point I thought that maybe something came up and I understand sh-- happens, but tell me why not one minute passes when i got back into the car and the man comes opening the door cleansing the area with some sort of incense, I respect it, but how rude? I ended up just leaving because I'm not about to spend money at a place who blatantly ignores customers and disregards their open signs and hours read more

Bling jewelry is the bomb.com. They fixed all my watches and shined them up beautifully for me within a couple of days. When I broke my rose gold chain I went back to them and the did an awesome A1 job. I would recommend everyone go there. Called the store to see if they do watch resizing. The guy on the phone said yes they do for $10. I go into the store that same day. They resize my watch. As I am paying they tell me it's going to be $15. I tell them that they quoted me $10 just an hour ago over the phone. They tried to explain that it's $10 to remove 2 links. Anything over 2 links is $15 and since they needed to remove 4 links I needed to the pay extra. I didn't even want to argue over $5 but I didn't appreciate this bait and switch tactic. When they quoted me over the phone they should have said "it's $10 and up depending on what we need to do," or "it's $10 for 2 links and $15 for more." By telling me it's a flat $10 rate and then suddenly telling me the real price of the job after the work was done and I'm paying is just bad business. I would have gladly plaid $15 and not asked any questions had they quoted me that originally. Not cool. read more

Beware about this business!! My wife had a small diamond lost on her wedding ring set. We took it to Bling Jewelry for repair. The owner sent it out to their repair jeweler. When we got it back, the ring was snagging her clothes and it put a dip gouge in my right forearm. We took the set back on Saturday 5/14/22 to Bling's and told him what happened. He had charged us $190 total. He said that he would send it back to the jeweler for repair at no charge. On Monday 5/23/22 the owner called me and said there might be a charge if the diamond was chipped or the prongs were bad. I told him that was not the problem to begin with and that the charge of $190 was to include all repair to make the ring set back to original !! I called him back and told him I did not want him to do anything with the ring and would pick the ring set up which was about noon time on 5/23/22. We took the ring set back to the Jewelry Store where we had purchased it. The jeweler, which was on premise, told us that who had done the work previously did a very bad job. A low grade diamond chip, prongs and overall shoddy job. Thus, I had them do the repair to fix what Bling's screwed up!! At a cost of $295 including a new diamond. I will never go to Bling's again.
