The girl who answered the phone began telling me that I can't return the chain and when I explained I was told I had seven days to return it she would cut me off and tell me that's wrong. She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to.
