I started noticing my neck breaking out and turning black, took off my necklace and the clasp is completely black! The staff does NOT get paid a commission therefore they are here just to help you. So please be nice to them. I just do not recommend getting their in-house credit card. I forgot a payment was due on Feb 28th, and they were calling me on March 2nd, telling me that by March 4th. They will have to notify the credit companies that the payment will be late and staining my credit record. Most credit card companies and banks give you 30 days before they hit you with a late payment on your record. I made the payment because it was not a big deal, but this was the first time I was told I would be hit with a late on my credit record by only being 4 days late.

He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference.
