During my husbands visit the store associate made a comment directly to a customer stating that they "smelled." This remark was made openly and caused visible embarrassment and discomfort. Such a comment is unacceptable in any customer-facing environment and does not align with basic standards of respect or professionalism. This incident was especially concerning because it followed other prior interactions with the same associate that were similarly rude in tone and dismissive in manner. On multiple occasions, the associate displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism toward customers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere in the store. It's in a plaza next to a fairly famous ice cream place so parking can sometimes be difficult but if you look around you should be able to find parking not too far away. When you go in, someone at the front counter would typically greet you and if you are going for the gun counter, make sure you take a ticket at the front entrance. The people working there seem to actually like their job and are fairly friendly. For PPT the seller has to inform the manager to clear the gun, they will give you a tag afterwards. And the overall process is fairly painless. They don't try to make it hard even though they really don't make money. The pickup is the same process and both the person who started the 10 day and the young girl who helped me at the pickup are efficient. Overall there is nothing bad to say except sometimes you do have to wait a bit when it's busy but the ticket system is fair.
