At the top of my head, I'm not sure how much they charge to loan you money, but I know it's lower than any other place out here in Palmdale . The only thing I do not recommend is for you to go sell your gold right there if you're in need of cash shit sell your gold on Facebook or other platforms. I tried selling 14 karat gold diamond ring that weighs 10 g of 14 karat gold and they only wanted to give me 350 bucks. If you do the math that is roughly around $35 per gram. I questioned the employee and I said are you sure please do the math again and he said yes that's pennyweight. If you ask me in this area they're definitely taking advantage of people unless the dude didn't do his calculations correct

I've shopped here for years since I was a teen but won't be returning. I recently bought a silver…read morechain as a birthday gift for someone. While paying for the chain I was told that I can return the chain for any reason within 7 days if I had the receipt. The chain I bought ended up being too short so I called the next day to not only see about returning the chain, but to also see if they can order one for me in a longer size. The girl who answered the phone began telling me that I can't return the chain and when I explained I was told I had seven days to return it she would cut me off and tell me that's wrong. She also completely ignored me when I asked about ordering a longer chain and stopped listening to anything I had to say only repeating that I can't return anything. Because of this I'm not buying from this place anymore and I'd advise everyone to be careful when it comes to their return policy because apparently it varies depending on who you're talking to. Never again. It was a much better experience back when the original owner was always there...

I started noticing my neck breaking out and turning black, took off my necklace and the clasp is completely black! They lied to me about the metal, they charged me for gold and everything so far has been unable to use. I definitely don't trust them anymore!
