Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. My first impression of this store is "WOW". From beginning to end my experience was nothing less than amazing. Upon arriving me & my son were kindly greeted by the security guard which made us feel so welcomed. The reason for my visit was to check out the permanent bracelet selection. Kane quickly attended to us offering fresh baked cookies and something to drink. This review is based on two separate visits over the span of a few years total and based on my experience selling jewelry. First off the staff is friendly and nice, the store is well kept and they seem to have a good selection of items. I would buy here for sure, but I would run to literally any other place to sell if thats why you are going. The guy that evaluates what you're trying to sell always goes to lengths explaining how people don't understand that there are costs to them buying and disposing of your jewelry (which is a mute point by the way). Metals have their own markets and they move, it's not complex. I understand the business needs to make a cut and they need their slice but to offer 40-42% of spot is wild to me. Both times i've gone i have left shocked at how low of an offer i got. Anyway, the guy was nice enough but definitely no deal. Pick literally. I've seen the Jewerly store from the street and when entering the shopping center so I told my husband lets go in just to see what they have. When we arrived a very nice gentleman I'm assuming he was a security guard opened the door for us to enter and once we walked in I was in awe with everything we saw. We were approched by a young lady named Monique very very nice young lady and had a very bubbly personality. She offered us refreshments ( my husbands eyes opened wide he has a sweet tooth) which was wonderful they make you feel welcome. My husband & I basically wanted to see if we could find a small diamond cross which I lost and wanted to replace and while I was at it to put a different clasp on the chain that the cross fell off. Monique had an idea of what I wanted and took us to the area and I found what I wanted. I placed the order for the chain clasped and had her look into the cross in gold since they only had silver. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The service here is top notch. I was welcomed as I walked in. The store itself is well organized, welcoming, and attractive. Met with Jason to take a look at some broken Jewry I had, and wanted to see how much I could get for its material - gold.
