He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was super indecisive and [[HIGHLIGHT]]he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. My first impression of this store is "WOW". From beginning to end my experience was nothing less than amazing. Upon arriving me & my son were kindly greeted by the security guard which made us feel so welcomed. The reason for my visit was to check out the permanent bracelet selection. When we arrived a very nice gentleman I'm assuming he was a security guard opened the door for us to enter and once we walked in I was in awe with everything we saw. Met with Jason to take a look at some broken Jewry I had, and wanted to see how much I could get for its material - gold.
