Wish I could give 10 stars! Brought my Citizen Eco Drive watch for capacitor replacement. After they replaced it, the watch still didn't hold time. Brian called and asked if they could keep it longer to charge it more. Well, that didn't work either. Brian called and asked permission to keep it longer because his watch repairman was "determined" to get it fixed. After a month of tinkering they fixed it! And still only charged me for the original estimate. This is what great customer service is about!
