I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

The only reason y'all got $90+ to cover the piercing is due to the fact I wasn't there to call you out on your screwup. My daughter did not want to make my granddaughter feel bad on her birthday so she stayed silent, smiled and paid but one ear was pierced so far off center that they eventually just took out the earrings and let them heal over. Took my watch here for what I thought would be a simple battery replacement. Based on reviews, I…read morethought it would be a safe place to replace the batteries. Long story short, one of the buttons on my watch didn't work after the batteries were replaced. I was told "it's just the way it is" and this didn't find any missing parts for the pusher when they disassembled the watch. They keep it for another week to see what could be done. I was told the watch was ready for pick-up when I called to check and I thought they figured out the issue and fixed it. Turns out, nothing was done and my $2,600 watch no longer has a functioning chronograph button. To be fair, this watch is unique and if not careful, something can break during battery replacement. I took my watch to another shop with a watchmaker and was told that it looks like the housing that holds the movement and pusher in broke when the battery replacement was attempted. The only way to fix it would be to send back to the manufacturer to replace the movement. At least I know what happened and what needs to be done if I want to fix my watch. If you have a basic watch, I guess it's okay to take it here, just think twice about bringing anything that may be more complicated.

I balked at some of the estimates provided by respective vendors, ranging from $25 to $45+ for an old Michael Kors watch I bought 10-20 years ago. WHAT?! The quote range provided would be fair for finer watches than the MK brand! REV was *NOT* one of the vendors that Yelp outreached to for quotes. Naturally, I kept searching for the best price in town rather than settling for the random 4 vendors who provided ridonkulous quotes. REV Watches stood out due to the good reviews and a reasonable distance from me. I dialed ahead to get a quote and didn't specify what type of watch but was pleased with the verbal quote. Upon arrival, I requested verbal confirmation on the price and then handed over two watches for battery replacement and browsed the store offerings as I waited. The gentleman worked on battery replacement while a lady offered me individually wrapped chocolates. I wondered how long they've been in business at that location as I've passed by before but didn't notice the place. The lady states they've been there for about 3 years now. I later settled in a chair at a coffee table and the kind lady offered two sets of complimentary AA and AAA of batteries and took her up on the offer. Kind honest folks and can't beat the price!
