Really amazing family owned business! I came to get two watch batteries replaced and to fix some pins in another watch band. I went to another place at first and they had no idea what to do but luckily their jeweler Reyes was an expert and fixed everything for me in less than 30 minutes! Anissa and Elisa were super helpful and kind the entire time and showed me some pieces while I waited. I was expecting to drop off my watch and come back in a week because of other watch repair places I've been to but not only was the service super fast, everyone there was so nice. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my jewelry needs! They do sell a wide variety of pieces in store but also offer jewelry and watch repair. read more

My 8 year old Breitling watch was not keeping time accurately and also not winding properly. I brought it to Manuel and he got it Clean, Lubricated and pretty much had the movement recalibrated so it works like new. He even cleaned all the dirt that accumulated over the years and had it polished. Super nice dude! Thank you Oasis! read more

Oasis has been my "go to" jeweler for 15+ years for everything from buying my scrap gold, to watch repair, to buying collector coins. Manuel, Elisa, and all the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to do business with. I've recommended them to many of my friends, and will redcommend them to more! read more

Great service but the most outrageous prices I've ever seen on gold upwards to $255 a gram for 14 karat gold and they are firm!! when in reality 14 karat gold should be priced at 70-80$ for a fair price never have I ever seen crazier prices scamming customers nice jewelry chains rings and pendants but outrageous pricing lack of knowledge on gold just looking to get more money out of customers. read more

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Oasis Jeweley did a stone replacement, cleaned, polished, and rhodium plated my 14 year-old engagement ring quickly, beautifully and for a very reasonable price. It looks even better than it did when it was brand new. They also did a clean, polish, and rhodium plating on my wedding band. On top of that, Manuel (sp?) was such a joy to work with. He was just as excited about the job as I was. They are a family-owned business, and I highly recommend their services. They will be getting all of my future jewelry business. read more

FUNNY STORY: I thought they overcharged me $50 for a chain. I went back and demand they fix it. He immediately apologized and asked for receipt. I didn't have it. He ran to the back to get a new copy. As he was searching I checked my bank app.. I realized I was not overcharged and I had to apologize to him . We got to laugh about it. REVIEW: They were easy going. He cleaned the chain i purchased in this cool steam machine and also offered to clean the pendant I was attaching to the chain. That was very cool because my pendant was dirty, so that was a solid perk for a $10 chain purchase. The guy was very nice and I would return. read more

I came here with my wife to buy my Christmas present, I've been wanting a new wedding band and specifically a Tungsten ring for some time. They had a good selection of Tungsten bands for me to try on and I finally decided on one of them. The staff is extremely helpful and being its a family owned business care about proving top quality product and customer service. I'm always in the area as I live in Whittier but never really noticed they were here till now. The business actually came across my Facebook news feed and I'm glad I found them. I will start bringing all my jewelry to them for repairs, upgrades, and when the batteries on watches need to be replaced. I live my new Tungsten wedding band. Thanks Castro family for your great business and awesome customer service!! I've already told all my friends about your business!! read more

I read all of the reviews before hand and felt like this was a quick and adorable place to go. They did not disappoint! I walked right in and was helped immediately. Called in before I came and spoke w/ Art. When we arrived we were greeted by Elisa. Love that it's a family business... Everyone was so nice and polite; it wasn't because they wanted to try and sale you something... It felt very genuine. Alisa helped to replace a battery in a watch and used the Yelp coupon you get for checking into the location; which was cool! Then I explained to them what I was there for (which I will have to come back next week... Stay tuned for an updated review. (; ) Art assisted us w/ a nice Sterling silver & gold earring & necklace set that was on sale. They gave us a good deal! Toward the end we met Nattie (the mom) she was so nice and sweet! The whole family is pleasant and I will be back to do more business w/ them! (: read more

I've been looking for a local jeweler for quite some time. Not that I have a huge collection of jewelry, but the things I do have need polishing or repair from time to time. It's difficult to entrust someone with your wedding ring, for example. I even have had reservations leaving it with a chain store, so I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It's family owned and everyone is great! Anissa and Elisa made my husband and I feel right at home. I felt comfortable enough to leave my ring for repair and had a few watch batteries changed while we waited. They have a wonderfully unique selection and I will be coming back! (Will update once I receive my ring) read more

I inherited my Nana's diamond ring that means the world to me. I didn't trust it with just anyone. My brother came here for his engagement ring for his now-wife and recommended I do the same. The team was patient, friendly, and helped me size the ring to fit me perfectly. They were also able to clean and appraise it and determine if some other pieces I had were real/worth fixing up. The end result is absolutely beautiful and made me want to cry. THANK YOU for taking such good care of a family heirloom and for even asking how my brother and his wife were doing when I mentioned they were the ones who referred me. I drove from Eagle Rock just to come here and would trust them with any of my precious pieces in the future. read more

I was in the Whittier area and while there I decided to have some of my precious watch batteries replaced. Me being the Yelper that I am I looked up watch repair shops. I saw Oasis was in my immediate area and I liked seeing they're a family business. On my way! I arrived and entered the business. Manuel greeted me, he was helping another customer and said he'd be right with me. He completed the transaction with the other customer. He then asked how he could help me. I showed him the 5 watches and asked him if he could replace them. Being the amount of work required to open the back of some of my watches (Swiss movement) and water resistant, I'd have to leave them and pick them up the next day. But he did replace the two batteries in my daughter's 2 watches right away, the backs popped right off with little coercion. We went home with her watches and mine were to be finished by the next day. I returned the next day, right after they opened and was greeted by Manuel's sister (sorry didn't get her name)she was very pleasant. She got my watches and rang me up for the three watches. Manuel was with another customer but still said "hi" to me. All watches were functioning and not one sign of any repair work. I've had other "repair" shops scratch some of my watches, and I never returned. I'm coming back to have a module replaced in my Citizen ECO watch, they're able to do the work and I trust them to do it read more

I have to say this place really exceeded my expectations. I had found a silver Celtic knot style ring 2 sizes two big. I must've called six local jewelry shops that offered ring sizing, however all of them turned me down because the design was too complicated or they only worked with gold. Well, this placed delivered and although the ring had an intricate design, the jeweler made an OUTSTANDING job in resizing, completely seamless! read more

Rings came back to us looking brand new! Will definitely be using for regular leaning and polishing!

Great customer service, staff is friendly and always ready to help. I come here for all my repairs and cleanings.

So I found oasis when I was googling ring stores near me. I went to it because it was the closest to where I live and because they had great reviews. I went to get my dream engagement ring custom made. I only had to wait 2.5 weeks for the ring to be ready compared to the 6-8 weeks other jewelry stores said I had to wait for. What I received was not only the MOST BEAUTIFUL ring I've ever seen, it also exceeded my expectations. It is SO beautiful and I love staring at it everyday, so does my fiancé! Thank you so much Elisa and her family who run this store! P.s. their customer service was fabulous. Elisa and her brothers were so kind and personable every time I spoke with them! read more

I needed some last minute earrings as a gift for my sweet granny and thankfully during these trying times this jewelry store was open. Elisa helped me pick out the perfect earrings for my granny. She was super sweet and so helpful. It was suppose to be appointment only (I didn't know) and she was still willing to help.
