She was back there for about 10-15 minutes comes out and tells me she was trying to call payroll to verify my check because she was under the impression I my check was fake which is what I was thinking . My check was 235 dollars what is there to verify I gave you my id and everything so I didn't understand the point of calling pay roll , I'm a working and license nurse I have no room to take a fraud check anywhere .She then tells me "oh I left a VM for payroll I don't know if you want to wait around ". She told me that she has been doing this for years and to leave immediately. what a huge liability this employee is for your business. I told her that I would make a follow up review and was told I'm evil she can't cash my check and she has my license plate number??? What does this have to do with anything? I wrote my review in the parking lot and saw that she was upset because she want to leave before posted business hours. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all.
