Absolutely the worst! I walked in there today looking for musical gear. I spotted a keyboard I was…read moreinterested in and I asked the woman behind the counter if I could test it to make sure it works. She told me there was no way to hook it up to anything to test it. I saw an amplifier that it could have been hooked up to and all that was needed was a 1/4" mono cord and I could have tested both right and left channels separately. I asked her if she had the cable and she said she didn't know. It became very apparent that she didn't want to get out of her chair to find the audio cord and she wasn't going to lift a finger to accommodate me. She was being intentionally rude and I could see that she was getting a big kick out of it as I was trying everything in my power to make it as easy on her as I could. I caught her with a grin on her face as she while she was thwarting my attempts to test it out. I didn't get her name so I'll describe her. Straight blond hair past her shoulders, olive skin and she had a slight foreign accent. I don't know how tall she is as she wouldn't get out of her chair to make a potential sale. I would also guess by her demeanor that she's related to the owner of the shop. I will never go back to this place again. How they stay in business is a mystery.
