Thermostat said 70 but it definitely wasn't 70 in the house. It was around 46 out, so we knew something wasn't kicking on. I messaged them here on Yelp and Kyle responded pretty quickly. He said he could stop by later that afternoon and actually showed up when he said he would which I wasn't expecting! He checked the furnace and told me the flame sensor was dirty and caused it to shut off after a few minutes. No idea what that means but he pulled it out, cleaned it, put everything back together, and waited to make sure it stayed running. Total time was maybe 45 minutes and with same day service?! When your technician is on the way, you receive a text with their photo, a brief biography, their experience, customer rating, and even a little information about what they enjoy doing outside of work. It's a small touch that helps put a face to the name before they arrive. When the technicians introduce themselves, they even ask if their parking location is acceptable. They bring floor mats with the company logo, wear shoe covers while inside, and remove them as they step back outside. These details show how much they care about respecting their customers' homes. I am very disappointed with this company. We called because our ac has been acting funky for a…read morecouple days. A non emergency call. The repair man was nice and courteous he fixed our ac system, and all seemed well. Until we got the bill 1900 for parts and labor. We thought "huh whatever, he did a good job and our ac is working correctly now", little did we know we got over charged at least $900! We looked up how much each part was and they where hundreds less then what they charged us for. We requested an itemized copy multiple times and they have been avoiding it. We looked up all the parts we paid for and they added up to less than $300, and I'm not talking about Amazon parts ACTUAL AC WEBSITES. When we finally got someone on the phone they claimed it was "warranty fees". Warranty that costs more than the actual part? I don't think so. We have been trying to talk to a manager and they just give us emails for other managers. They said they can't help us. Well we asked them to come and undo the service and we will just find someone else and they have not been helpful at all! Just apathetic employee after apathetic manager. They're not transparent with their charges, they don't seem to care if you have complaints, they're not available if you complain and they give you the run around any time you FINALLY get someone on the phone. We should have done our due diligence and shopped around for an ac guy, SUCKS you can't just trust people anymore.
