Needed an emergency leak repair at one of my rental properties, and they were able to accommodate me within the hour. They came out, assessed the issue, and were able to get the problem fixed the very same day. Super fast, reliable, and 100% honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the quick response and great service. I'll definitely be using them again for any plumbing or repair issues that come up at my rental properties in the LA/OC area. Highly recommend! read more

These guys do good work and their prices are very reasonable. They've done a couple of jobs for me now and they've earned my trust.

Had to do a Saturday night emergency call. Was able to diagnose over the phone with pictures, and probably one of the most efficient plumbing jobs Ive seen. Had the wall cut open and a new water fixture replaced in probably ten minutes, fifteen tops read more

Jeremy saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair by honestly telling me it was something I could handle myself. Another local plumber had quoted me a much higher price, but Jeremy took the time to answer my call and even reviewed a video another plumber had sent me. Within minutes, he explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare these days. When Jeremy provides a service, you're paying for a true expert in his trade--but he's not the type to dig into your pockets unnecessarily. Trust me when I say he's one of the good ones. read more

Jeremie was great!!! Called him, discussed my issue, sent a pic and he came out in less than a hr to fix it. Super cost efficient and great service. Definitely recommend. Thank you Jeremie for your fast and reliable service. read more

Jeremy was absolutely amazing. I was having a hot water issue with my tankless system on Christmas Eve, and he answered right away. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone through a few back-and-forth calls. Even though it was a holiday, his quote was more than reasonable and never felt like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. In the end, we were able to resolve the issue together, but I'm extremely grateful that he picked up the phone and guided me through it. Reliable, honest, and genuinely helpful, especially on a holiday. Leaving this review is the least I could do. Highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber. read more

Had a water pipe issue and Jeremy tried to fix it over the phone for free. Turns out the issue was bigger than we thought and he was able to complete the work within 2-3 hours. Even though the price went up in the end due to the work he had to do we were really happy with what he did and how fast he got it done. Everything was done really well and set us up for an easier time in the future. Thank you so much and we will be moving on with any future issues with Jeremy. read more

Fixed my drain issue and replaced 2 angle stops for me. Fast, friendly service and fair pricing.

Jeremie was great. He charged a reasonable rate for leak detection and repair. And he was easy to reach and communicative about what was happening with our pipes. When there were issues after the repair, he came back and made sure everything was working properly. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. read more

I wanted to have two hose bibs replaced. Called them at 4PM, they came out at 5:45 PM, and the job was done by 6:30 PM. This wasn't a rush job for me, so I was surprised they came by that quickly. The job was done competently and correctly. The replacement bibs were good quality. The cost was about the same as other plumbers estimated, but they weren't cheap either. They obviously take pride in their work, judging on the cleanness of their well-stocked truck. Overall, they were completely satisfactory. read more

Jerry is amazing! Called to have a couple of shut off valves to a faucet replaced after hours and his fee was very fair. He was quick, very knowledgeable and we got to talking, learning that plumbing is a passion for him. I learned a lot about my home plumbing while he was hear and will for sure use his services again. His prices are extremely fair, quality of his work top notch and he's very polite. A couple years ago I had a much larger plumbing issue and hind site is 20/20 but wish I had known about this company back then. Thank you for your services! read more

Asked the owner Jeramie to fix a garbage disposal at my rental house. He gave a quote of $505 and I said wow how much is the disposal? He said $250 so I figured I was grow heavy duty one. When all said and done he said the total was $430. I was happy for the discount but then asked the tenant for a picture of the disposal. It was a cheap $100 one from lowes or home depot. I didn't say anything to him yet. Then asking for receipt he took over a week to get me. Send the receipt stating he installed a 1/2 hp disposal which is what I thought I was getting. When I asked him about he gave me the run around. I would highly not recommend this company. read more

I can't say enough great things about Jeremie and his team at On Call Plumbing. We had two other plumbing companies to check out what was going on at our house, and the quotes we got were ridiculous and not comprehensive. Jeremie offered us a fair price and provided counsel on what was going on and how we could best liaise with our home owner's insurance about the possibility of recouping some of the expense (despite plumbing issues not being covered in our policy). Jeremie was thorough, responsive, and provided a daily update by text and phone each of the five days our plumbing repair project took place. This is a small business who cares about relationships, honesty, and doing good work. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any plumbing need. read more

I had a smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I originally called The Plumber. After looking at the problem . they quoted me a price of $410.00. I decided to wait a while before I pursued the repair. About four months later, I contacted On Call Plumbing. He quoted me a price of $220.00!! Needless to say, I allowed On Call Plumbing to do the Job. I had hired Jeremie before and have been extremely happy with his work. You can"t go wrong with Jeremie! read more

Jeremie, the person who came out to service our home, is honest, thoughtful, considerate, and he also gave us a great price.... twice. The first time was a late-night emergency call, and everything was handled professionally and cleanly. The impression he'd left us with was strong enough for us to easily remember him the next time we needed plumbing work. He did excellent work! read more

I called On Call Plumbing because we shut off the water supply to our house but water was still dribbling out of all the exposed angle valves where our faucets used to be (our house is being renovated) and leaking onto the floor. Jeremy instructed me to go outside and just open all the hose valves to let the existing water out of the pipes and that did the trick. He could've easily come out and done it himself then charged me for it, but he didn't. I'll definitely be calling him the next time I need a plumber. read more

I had two sinks that were slow-draining. They came on time and I was able to see exactly what they were doing. The work got very dirty, but they cleaned up everything! Good pricing and helpful. read more

Called for a possible slab leak after having two other plumbers come by for a free estimate. Based on reviews, On Call had the equipment needed to detect a slab leak. Jeremie was able to make the call the same morning and assess the leaking. He provided a reasonable quote after receiving one previously and performed the work necessary to solve the problem. Luckily, it wasn't a slab leak but he did find another leak causing major saturation of the ground. He and his coworker cleaned up afterwards and it looked better than what they started with. Definitely recommend On Call Plumbing. read more

A few weeks ago, I had my main line backed up. The first plumber came out, and said my line had tree roots. He cleared the line but didn't solve the root problem, so five days later, the line was backed up again, and I had a plumbing emergency with human waste spilling onto my patio at night on a weekend. Every adult's worst nightmare! On call came out, diagnosed the problem, hydrojetted the roots so they were pulverized, and made sure to have the line flowing freely and working before leaving. Everything was done professionally, and fairly. I haven't had any issues since, and I would absolutely call them again if needed! I appreciated the transparency with the work and the cameras. Highly recommend! read more

My toilet was not completely filling up after I flushed. I called another company first for an estimate. They quoted me a price of $495 to replace my toilet but also added $40 on the estimate because the toilet was in a bathroom upstairs. I decided to get a second opinion and called On Call Plumbing. The price was about the same without the additional $40 charge. I then had him look at another toilet. He stated it also needed replacement. Because I was purchasing two toilets, he gave me a discount of $100 on each toilet!! They were able to do the job the same day as coming out for the estimate. If I need any additional plumbing work, I will definitely call On Call Plumbing. read more

Last month in mid November we had a sudden water heater incident in our garage. Our 50 gallon whirlpool water plastic heater drain valve failed and popped out of the tank. Thereby draining all of the water and silt out of the tank into our garage splashing onto both of our cars. This was our third water heater in 33 years. We decided to call On Call Plumbing and Jeremy quickly answered the phone that same evening. Explaining our predicament and need for hot water. He set an appointment for late morning the following day. After some discussion we decided to install a Navien tankless water heater as recommended. The following day Jeremy and his assistant were at the house at 9:30 ready to remove the old water heater and install our new tankless Unit. Thank you Jeremy for your prompt response to our urgent need. Family owned and at your service. read more

My elderly mother had a toilet that wouldn't flush. She had contacted a plumber who said he'd come out "next week", and for a non-flushing toilet, that's just not good enough. I found On Call Plumbing on Yelp, and Jeremy came right out. He was clean, professional, and very kind and patient with my hard of hearing mom. I asked him to check the second toilet too, since that also had problems, as well as the shower. He resolved all three issues very efficiently, and suggested I contact the water softener company since it appeared the water softener wasn't doing it's job. I did, and the water softener guy said Jeremy was right, and replaced their equipment. (Thanks Jeremy!) This is now the only plumber we will ever use. read more

On Sunday, May 14, 2023, my hot water suddenly went cold and so I checked the hot water heater. No leaks, but attempts to relight the pilot failed and instead produced a Status Light Code anomaly with a remedy from the operator manual: "Replace gas control valve," a $145 part. However, with the combination part procurement, lack of tools, and inexperience, I decided to contact On Call Plumbing and Jeremy and son came out next day. Because the part replacement suggested a new gas burner replacement as well, a repair would now require two parts. With that, plus my hot water heater also being out of warranty, we negotiated a new heater. They then removed the old heater and later returned with a new one, installed it, and also soldered a new copper pressure relief valve extension to an external pipe. In all, I'm pleased with how everything went. Good job, men! read more

Jeremie is aces. If he doesn't call back right away, give it another go. Finding a good plumber is often like finding a needle in a haystack...so when you do, hang on the him. Jeremie is that guy. He came and replaced a tired water heater not strapped to code. The pipe sweating is pristine and he honors time and budget. He's SO worth it! PS...found him via reviews on Yelp. read more

Seriously... On Call deserves 10 stars! Our main line backed up (I won't get into the carnage that resulted)...it was Labor Day and we needed someone ASAP! Called a few companies...they either didn't answer or couldn't commit to coming the same day. I get it it was a holiday. We called On Call Plumbing and Jeremy was willing to do the job same day after working in the heat all day! AND he didn't charge a HUGE holiday fee. I am so grateful to him...He was kind and gave us guidance on what to do next. Thank you Jeremy!!! read more
