I am sorry to write a negative review as Danny and Blue were very nice, but they misdiagnosed the leak saying it was a drain issue, told to leave the water on which caused more water leaking under the kitchen flooring, luckily I caught it and turned the water off. Almost had an adjacent bathroom wall demo'd for the scheduled "drain" issue 4 days later. All that being said, it was difficult for the plumber I contacted the next day to find the leak, but he did. The service charge would have gone towards the repair, but that was lost because I used someone else, but the job was done correctly. read more

We did a major remodel on our bathroom - concrete foundation cut out, down to the studs, plumbing moved - major. We got 3 bids. One was actually from a plumbing company owned by a friend. We didn't choose Patriot because they were the lowest bid - they weren't, but they also weren't the highest. The other plumbers that came out told us we would have to do more major constructions by moving plumbing vents and had little experience in doing what our "vision" was. When Larry came out to do the estimate he was unfazed by what we asked and explained that our drains weren't being moved that far that we needed to move vents. In total, the install was done in a couple phases because of having to re-pour the foundation. Each time Mike, Larry and their team came out and were exceptional. In the very beginning, they brought our HEAVY new freestanding tub in and asked exactly where I wanted it, told me to sit in it, asked if it needed to be moved at all and said we will keep moving it until it's perfect for you. Their attention to detail in every aspect of this project was outstanding. Our bathroom looks amazing! We have literally been singing their praises to everyone and would not think twice about using them again! read more

I paid for a complete water pipe replacement. Patriot did not pull a permit and botched the job. They lied to me about replacing all pipe. They did not. They did not replace 85 feet of in ground pipe. There were leaks at all connections in house. They did not insulate or support pipes off of the ground. They left an absolute mess under my house. This matter is currently under investigation by the CA State Contractors Board. They are required by law to pull a permit. They never do. I ask every person who left a positive review - "was the work inspected by the city inspector? " I've been going to Patriot for 5 years. They have never pulled a permit. The state is investigating all of these jobs. Caution to plumbers - It's a $5,000 fine for unpermitted work. Per offense. And you risk losing your license for multiple offenses. read more

No time off of work, no going without a shower or using the Starbucks restroom. Made telephonic contact, explained project, he indicated he was interested, forwarded approved plans for review and bidding, inquired for an update, was ignored, never received bid. Could have simply said unable, not interested, or simply cant do project. Communication is key. Took my $10K-$15K new construction plumbing project elsewhere. Oh, and he even missed out on an additional $25K, pre-treatment septic system he stated he could do. He could have made 35-40K. read more

Our kitchen sink had backed up over the weekend, and I tried snaking from both the trap and from the cleanout outside, but didn't hit the obstruction. So I figured it was time to call a pro. I called Patriot Plumbing on Monday morning, and they had a team of plumbers out later that afternoon. Their first attempt to clear the drain had the same problem I did. They called back for a longer rooter device and were back at the job about 20 minutes later. They found a build-up of grease at a bend in the line and were able to scrape it away from the inside of the pipe. Sink is back in full working order with a 30-day guarantee if anything reoccurs.
