Travis made time in his busy schedule to fit us in. We needed a speciality part replaced which needed a technician to do. We had been without hot water for days trying to figure it out ourselves. Travis had it replaced and working in under an hour and checked all the work we did to verify it was safe. Highly recommended. read more

Use this plumbing company you will not be disappointed. They are very good. Extremely great work. We've been using them for over eight years now. Travis is an amazing owner and all of his workers are professional. His employees are fantastic. They're very clean and neat, their work is to perfection. You will be happy that you use them. They also helped a friend of ours in their business that was having trouble getting permitted because of some plumbing issues and they came to the rescue and helped our friend... Use this plumbing company!!!! You'll thank me later. read more

We had a problem with our hot water pressure since we moved in. I've gotten several quotes from plumbers on what it takes to resolve the issue. They all stated that the water heater needs to be replaced. I thought, since I have a American Home Warranty, they should take care of this. Their rep came out and said, it was not the water heater but something in the pipes. As a result, they voided the claim and left. I called Travis from TWS plumbing, he came out and yet again, identified that the water heater was the issue. We scheduled a replacement the following week. He came out today and replace the water heater, brought everything up to code, and changed the old twist valve to an easier ball valve. He and his team took care of us in short order without all the fuss and lies that I received previously. I can't recommend TWS plumbing high enough and look forward to the next project of installing a whole home water filtration system. read more

My sincerest apologies to Travis and his team. Recently they replaced my water heater that was the biggest issue in our house with water pressure. I mistakenly wrote a review that came across with a negative tone and that was not my intent at all. Unfortunately I am doing what I can to remove the previous review and as technology proves it's like pulling teeth! I'm posting this new review with the knowledge that the only way to delete the previous review is to kill my account and I'm more than willing to do that. I highly recommend TWS Plumbing. read more

Amazing customer service. Our boiler broke at 8pm and they were so wonderful to answer our called the same night, walked us through the process of shutting down the water so it won't cause any more damage. They came to installed the new boiler the very next day and by 2pm we have a new water heater and water again. The best customer service and installation without any issues. read more

I was referred them by a neighbor and am very happy I went with them. They managed to come out the very next day from my call. Anthony and Kyle were both extremely nice and polite. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! read more

WOW, this place was good. My water heater stopped working so I called TWS yesterday after seeing their 4.8 stars on Google. Travis answered and I unloaded my plight. He was brutally honest. Oof. I made an appointment despite his terrible news, but was hell bent on a fix so I could call him back and cancel. Travis!!! With the truth bombs!!! HARSH!!! He said he'd send out Scott for a consultation in the morning, so I GOT BUSY. I Googled. I YouTubed. I called others. I would've definitely cheated on TWS with the first business willing to give me a guaranteed fix. I EVEN went to Lowe's and had a consultation. UGH. Travis with the truth bombs was right. I needed a new water heater. So Scott and another employee show up early this morning for my consultation. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained as to why a fix wouldn't work. APPRECIATED. Now, if you have read any of my other reviews, you KNOW I'm a cheapass, so I was waiting for my day to be ruined with the quoted cost of a brand new heater with installation but that never happened. I was actually THRILLED with the quote Scott gave me. I think I saw a halo hovering above his head when I quoted him back for confirmation. "That's WITH installation," I asked. He says, "Yes and I can install that for you RIGHT NOW." Uhhhhh, WHUUUUTTTTTT???? No joke, these ANGELS went and got me a new water heater, installed it, and took the other one away, all in about 2 -2.5 hours. SUPER professional. SUPER efficient. SUPERHEROES. No need to look around. Scott and his quiet sidekick at TWS are definitely THEE BEST And Travis with the truth bombs... THANKS. read more

This is the second time I've used TWS. They were great both times. Today, there were two good guys, Chris and Anthony who really did what they could to get the job done well and proper and did just that. For $240 and snaked grease through. That includes the camera to detect where in the pipe was clogged and with what object- reviled. We have another appointment with them in a week or so. We're going to have them hydro jet (or something) and it cleans from the inside out. Cost is $240. Listen, I just know this is worth it versus a dysfunctional kitchen sync. I'm hoping for our system to a new life. And this guys can do a great job. I'm possibly confident with them- and you'll hear about it from me otherwise. I'm not worried and that's a good feeling to have in a kitchen you use all day and in between. Hope this helps you out there. read more

Travis was referred to us by somebody second hand and we ended up being very grateful for having received his name and phone number. He followed up immediately, and I mean immediately, when we reached out with the problem. He turned up right away for the emergency, and went to work. Great vibe, we liked him the moment we met him, and he obviously knew his business. He found a broken part after we had paid him and said he wouldn't even bother charging us when he went to the store to buy a new replacement for the broken item. We had to leave for a while, but he kept in touch with us via text, and when he found there was a much bigger problem, he said he would come and collect the additional parts and labor cost reimbursement when convenient and wasn't worrying about it ... nor were we :-) Seriously, this guy knows his business and I highly recommend Travis at TWS Plumbing! He has a couple new, loyal clients in us. read more

We tried everything to figure out why our powder room toilet kept overflowing. We plunged it over and over and even used an auger(snake) , but nothing worked. TWS Plumbing scheduled a house call right away and figured out the problem. They were in and out in 15 minutes, but best of all they were efficient, super reasonably priced and professional. It was a small job but they gave it priority attention and that means they are now our "go to" plumber in the AV. Highly recommended ! read more

I really like Travis, he is honest, he does an exceptional job and really put my mind at ease. One short conversation with Travis, a couple of pictures via text, and Travis had gathered all the parts he needed and was at my house changing out the water heater. He had the unit changed out in no time and put in a new high quality (made in USA) unit. The price was very reasonable, especially for the service and clean job he performed. Now I will have Travis come out once in a while to flush the system out (preventative care). Just happy I called him! read more

We were visiting my grandmas for Christmas when we smelled gas and since she had lost her sense of smell we had no idea how long it had been going on (very bad problem). Although they say they're 24/7, when we called at 11pm we got no answer. We then utilized the 24/7 texting service... basically asking about gas line repair. We got a single response: "yes but can we talk about this during normal business hours????". We called in the morning, again, there was no response. Lost our business. All I ask is that if you advertise 24/7 that you follow through. It's not a necessary business model, but if you claim it, do it. UPDATE: Got this response to my review (photo). All I see is rude men and bad business. read more

This was our second experience with TWS Plumbing. We had slow drains both times. Travis and his team resolved the problems quickly, and are professional, very prompt with returning phone calls and texts, as well as getting to you asap! We will be contacting him again soon for a new water heater. We have recommended TWS to family members and they were very happy with the service too! Fast response when I called early in the morning without hot water and a hot water heater that just gave up on life. I sent pictures to Travis and he was able to quickly give me a quote over the phone for repairs. He came to my home a few hours later, and before the end of the day I had a new hot water heater for a fair price. Travis is now my go-to for any future plumbing needs! 5/5 stars!!! read more

Travis and his team are always thorough and efficient with all their services. We have used TWS Plumbing a few times and have never been dissatisfied. The most recent was installing our new toilet and faucet in our recently renovated bathroom. They did a great job! We will definitely give them a call when we are in need of future plumbing services. Travis made sure to go over the newly installed fixtures before payment to make sure everything was working properly. There prices are fair and reasonable. Would definitely recommend their services. read more

Our water heater was acting up so on a recommendation from a friend I called TWS. They were quick to respond, very informative and really walked us through the options. In the end we decided to replace the unit. They set an appointment as quickly as possible. The actually arrived early on the day of the appointment and got right to work. They were very professional and very aware of the fact this repair was occurring during Covid-19 social distancing. It was nice to deal with someone who made it so easy to get this situation taken care quickly and easily. read more

Travis was the only plumber willing to take on my fire pit gas line leak. He came out and gave a very reasonable verbal quote. I told him I'd like to save some money and unbury the existing line myself. He said just call and schedule once I was ready. He came the next week with all the replacement parts and tools needed to do the job right. He's very friendly and informative. He got the new line installed, helped me put the fire pit back together and we checked everything out. Worked great! I'll be calling him again for other issues as they come up. Thanks TWS! read more

I have used TWS twice in the last 6 months. I had 2 zeperate drain pipe leaks on the first floor of my two story house. Travis is an energetic individual with a keen instinct related to plumbing. During the most recent repair, Travis needed to cut some drywall out to find the leaky pipe. He made a quick cut where he thought the leak was. It was perfectly centered on the leaking pipe, just along the studs. I was impressed. Fixed the leak in a few minutes. Saving me $100 in the process. He's a great plumber. read more

TWS plumbing was very responsive when our water heater went out & needed replacement 2 days before Thanksgiving. The only complaint I have is...they did NOT honor $50 coupon on website! We had an issue with the water for our refrigerator. Travis came out to diagnose the issue and it was the box. So we scheduled for him to come out the next week. Excellent service!! Travis and Scott did a great job rerouting some pipes due to a slab leak that would have soon caused serious damage to our flooring. Not only was Travis able to identify the exact problem area (which other plumbers incorrectly diagnosed) and do the job the next day (on New Years Eve!), but it cost half the price of the other estimates! TWS saved us thousands of dollars on this job. They were professional, friendly, and fast. They finished in one day what other companies said would take up to three days. Everything done up to code, efficiently and thoroughly. They even did a good job cleaning up after themselves! Finally an HONEST plumber who does QUALITY work for an affordable price! I'm super glad that I called TWS Plumbing when I needed help! Right before New Year's, I ended up with a gnarly slab leak and hot water was seeping into my bedroom and bathroom. This was my first major issue in a new house, so I was bit unsure as to what to do. TWS sent someone over RIGHT AWAY, stopped the leak, and very patiently gave me advice on what to do next. They talked me through the repairs that would need to happen, gave me advice on what to say to the insurance folks when talking about the water damage, and promised to be back the next day to set up a re-route. True to their word, TWS came back the next day, plumbed in the new lines, and got everything working again. Everyone they sent over was friendly and knowledgeable. I once again have hot showers and dry floors and all is well. I'll definitely be sticking with TWS plumbing in the future. Thanks guys! read more
