Possibly the most professional plumbing guys I've ever used. My water heater started leaking the next day looked up yelp found 5 star TWS' good reviews called, spoke to Travis, and he was super professional. He explained the cost and the work that was going to be performed and gave me a time the tech would arrive. The tech did arrive at the time I was given, Dylan, he was very polite, friendly and very experienced, explained to me the work he would be doing. So happy I found them and that they are also honest and more affordable than the other company's. Thanks TWS. read more

Travis and his crew are amazing!!! We first called him on a Saturday and he was prompt to arrive. He found the problem within 10 minutes and didn't even have to use any fancy gadgets. He was able to come out and fix the drain leak with minimal demo (greatly appreciated). He was very knowledgable, professional, and patient with all of our questions. Will definitely go to TWS for any future issues we may have. read more

Oh my gosh Travis is amazing!!!!!!!! Sunday morning, I'm getting ready to go camping, it's thanksgiving week and I figure I'm screwed. TWS plumbing saved me!!!!! He came out so fast. Fixed it so quickly! He explained everything and had everything he needed to save me in his truck. My bathroom was left nice and neat, he took care of his own trash, more than my kid does sometimes. His invoice was easy to understand and his prices were reasonable. Thank you so much for the great work you do! read more

A great bunch of guys and gals are at TWS. From über friendly Stephanie when you call, to Travis and all the other techs who are quick, confident and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They offered great references to other services that my plumbing issues required, too. Recommend them? You betcha! read more

Had a slow leak from my water heater that I wanted to take care of ASAP (don't ignore leaks!) so I called TWS Plumbing. Travis gave me a reasonable quote over the phone to replace the old one with a similar model that was around 10% lower than the next best price from a well rated company on Yelp. I booked them and they were able to come out the next morning. Jose was the main guy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After looking at the serial number, he told me that my water heater was 16 years old and that most of them last around 8-10 years. (I've only been in this home for a little over a year). He made quick work of the water heater swap with a little help from Travis who stopped by quickly. The job was complete in around 90 minutes which is less than the original 120 minutes Travis quoted me. Hot water is back up and running with no more leaks. read more

I'm glad I called TWS Plumbing, Travis was quick to get our plumber Scott out to my home. Scott is awesome and very knowledgeable! He's profesional and efficient, I highly recommend TWS Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our future needs! Thanks TWS ‍ read more

Can't give enough kudos to Travis and TWS Plumbing. After having a terrible experience with another chain brand plumbing company (Not Roto, but close) who tried to charge me $675.00 to unclog a single drain line, I called TWS Plumbing. Travis turned up within a couple hours with brand new hydro-jet equipment and made quick work of my clogged drain. This was done professionally, expeditiously, and I was charged a fair price. I'll be using TWS Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. If you don't want to get jerked around and ripped off by national brand "plumbing" companies, I'd highly recommend TWS if you want professional plumbing done at a fair price. read more

Travis and his guys are absolutely great. I called TWS initially for a quote a few weeks back to get my two back bathrooms re-piped due to the copper failing in several places over the last 6 months or so due to my home being older. Travis walked me through everything they'd need to do and gave me a comprehensive quote. He really took his time to make sure I knew what the job would entail which I appreciated. I compared them to some of the other quotes I'd gotten from other companies and decided to go with TWS because their price seemed fair and I'd also gotten a good impression from Travis. Fast forward to this week and both of my bathrooms were repiped in about 1.5 days total. They ran brand new PEX lines for me, bypassed and capped old copper lines that were failing and kept me up to date the whole time they were working so I always knew what was going on. I also appreciated that they did a very clean job of cutting out the drywall, in most places I'll be able to patch the walls using the pieces they cut out as opposed to having to get new stuff (they have a drywall guy if you'd like a referral, I chose to do the drywall myself). They were also punctual and friendly! I highly recommend Travis and TWS Plumbing, they're fast, fair, and get the job done right. read more

Quick service and great job to fixing the problem. Also looked at a couple of things that I had not said when making the appointment. Will use them again. read more

Travis and Scott are hands down the best plumbers in the Antelope Valley. I have worked with a number of different plumbers here in the AV over 14 years as a home owner and landlord and have experienced a wide range of results. I had the absolute best experience with TWS Plumbing, starting with Stephanie who took my information over the phone and kept me in the loop on what was going on and when to expect Travis and Scott. TWS arrived early to their promise and understood exactly what they needed to do. The primary job I had them work on was to fix what was not to code on the installation of my Lowes water heater as completed by a different plumber. They were so on top of it, I had them do additional work at the house. Their work was first class and looks great. Travis and Scott are friendly, knowledgeable and informative and happy to consult with you on how to best accomplish the job at hand. All three of the folks I dealt with at TWS (Stephanie, Travis, and Scott) are genuinely nice people and a pleasure to talk to. I strongly recommend them for any residential or commercial plumbing need. read more

We had a water heater leak. A friend recommended TWS. My wife called, Jenny answered and walked her through the process. Jenny was awesome! Setup the appointment and out came Travis. The price was reasonable. Much less than others had quoted. Had the old tank out and new one installed in about an hour. They were awesome! Thanks to TWS for your hard work and speedy service! read more

Excellent service. I tried 2 other plumbers first and they tried rip me off and seemed inexperienced. TWS was knowledgeable and valuable for the service received. They resolved multiple issues I had around the house. Highly recommend. read more

Thank you, again, Travis, for a job well done! Late Saturday evening I discovered my old water heater had burst causing water damage to some drywall and carpeting. I called Travis and he talked me through turning off the gas and water to the heater and advised me on how to prevent spread of the water damage. Sunday morning he came by and gave me an estimate to replace the heater and all attachments up to code. He also recommended a water damage expert . By noon, Monday, I had my new water heater installed, hot water to the house, and fans drying out the areas of damage. I will have to replace some carpet padding and drywall, but it could have been a lot worse. Thank you, Travis, for your fast and courteous service. read more

TWS Plumbing is super awesome! If your looking for a plumber in the AV call TWS Plumbing. The receptionist Stephanie who answered my call was super friendly and remembered me from the last time I called. I've gotten work done twice by TWS Plumbing, and they sent out Scott to do both jobs. Scott is very friendly and a hard worker and has done such a great job. Scott put in a new toilet, and today he put in a new water heater, and he worked until the job was done. Thanks so much Scott for a job well done. read more

If you are looking for a plumber in the A.V. look no further. Travis and Scott are the best team for your needs. We had a water slab leak and they came over the next day. Scott was so friendly and didn't stop till the job was done professionally! Travis canceled his plans to come and make sure everything was working and even fixed our cartilages. We now have hot water that doesn't turn warm in 3 mins. Great customer service very friendly especially Stephanie. Thank you TWS Plumbing for saving us tons of money and extensive damage. read more

I called TWS to come two backed-up toilets (yech!). Travis gave me an estimate over the phone (fair price) and that is exactly what I paid. I made my appointment for late morning and the tech called me a bit later to ask me if I would like him to come by earlier, as he had a cancellation. Scott was the tech and he was helpful, fast and gave me some useful information. I was VERY happy with TWS! read more

Great service! My water heater broke and within 2 hours Travis and his helper were at my house with a new one. The price was affordable and they did a great job installing the new water heater. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

I had TWC and Pennies coming to give me an estimate at the same time today. Pennies showed up first and kinda fixed the problem, but TWC, even though they were busy, the TWC worker waited patiently until I gave him to go-ahead to leave. TWC also had all the parts I needed just in case Pennies didn't. I offered TWC money for their time, but the worker refused it. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY -- they wanted pixs, model numbers, etc., and assured me in advance that they had the parts to fix my water heater. read more

We had Travis and Abraham from TWS Plumbing come to our home and install washing machine hook ups and drain. I now have indoor laundry!! Travis came and gave me a free estimate for the work and was very accurate on his estimate. Jenny was very easy to work with over the phone and via text to schedule the job. They got here and did a quick and well done job and I'm so pleased! They checked their work at the end to make sure it was done right and adjusted as necessary. I will be calling them back for any work I need in the future. Thank you so much! read more

We just bought a house built in the 80s and a couple of weeks ago I went on Yelp to find a plumber for some basic installations. Each company was awful to deal with and defeated by this, my dad (who is a plumber in Iowa) flew out to help with some of the renovations and do the plumbing work. About 4 of our shut off valves were leaking throughout the house and both of our showers needed all the fixtures replaced. He didn't have the tools to fix it and told me I would have to get a plumber. Driving home on Sunday I decided to do more research on Yelp and toward the bottom of the list of recommended plumbers popped up TWS Plumbing. They were quickly responsive and worked with my availability today. I was still really skeptical despite the reviews but this company did EXACTLY what they said they would do, quoted us a very fair price, and even had time to do the repairs that were needed WHILE he was there. I'm just so thankful for their team to be able to help us handle what I thought was going to be a nightmare to get fixed. Our electrician and my aunt, who is a realtor in LA County, were both looking for a reliable plumbing company for their clients who needed referrals like me. I will DEFINITELY be giving them TWS' number with Jenny's name. THANK YOU! read more

This was my first experience with tws as I was referred to them by a trusted friend. As it turned out, they did an excellent job installing a new outdoor faucet for the hose after finding out the original one was soldered. Scott was very nice, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

They repaired a leak in our bathroom. They were professional, on time and very reasonably priced. Called them for a repair at my father's home again great service. read more

i called a made an appointment after letting the know that the previous plumber i contacted had not shown up, they assured me that they always show up i made an appointment, at the end of my 2 hour window i called to ask where they were. long story short they took another job, their plumber did not let them know he couldn't make my appointment, and so their office manager called to ask me if i could make a new appointment for another day i'm sorry why would i do that? read more

TWS was a great help, with immediate service. I sent them a message on Yelp on a Thursday night and they were here the next morning, Friday, early to fix my toilet. Not only was it fast service, but done well, with all new parts. They responded on here quickly, fit me into their schedule and came out quickly and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use again! read more

If your problem is big or small TWS is the company to call. They left me feeling confident in their work and at ease. I don't think there's another company out there that can provide such professional, quality work that is affordable and completed with such speed. This is definitively the company that I will be calling when I redo my bathrooms. THANK YOU TRAVIS! read more

Had a gas leak, had other well known plumbing companies come out and find it, very expensive and no results. Was given TWS number, called made an appointment Travis and Scott came out and within an hour located the problem underground. Gave me a real good and price to replace the gas pipe. then returned with in a week and had the job done within a few hours. excellent work and great price. I recommend TWS over the large plumbing Companies that charge tons of money for very little job satisfaction. read more

Scott was honest and fair, he was going to charge us exactly what we were quoted and was very reliable. Highly recommended. I called Travis late at night when my disposal broke & started filling my sink with grey chunky water. He recommended I wait until the morning, that way I could SAVE money on the repair cost. Not happy with a previous plumber, I called TWS. I read there reviews on Yelp and decided to call them. I had a small but getting larger puddle on the side of my house. Not really knowing what these 2 pipes were I needed to check this out. Thought about condensation but needed to be sure. Over the phone, showed Travis where and what. He explained the pipes were release 1 the condensation from the Ac. And the other release from the hot water heater. He figured it was jus condensation because I had been using the AC more the last 2 weeks at least. I aske him to still send some one over. I wanted to feel more at ease. Scott appeared, checked the pipes out and YES. It was condensation. he also showed me how the hot water heater releases which needs a pipe attached. Told me how to do it the right way. Tearing a hole and lowering the existing pipe in the wall because the new hot water heater release is different than the old. So all and all not a bad day. I was worried we'd have to start tearing wall and foundation up for a leak but no. Thank you Scott and Thank you Travis. Money well spent to ease my mind. read more
