My son knew someone who had a friend who had a plumbing company. Then the water line to the house broke also. Mr. Sutton came out assessed the probLen. gave us a reasonable quote. Started working on the inside for it was raining. The next day started working on the outside replacing the main water line. He replaced the whole system cold and hot water lines. Replaced the Faust's and hot water heater. Charles's and his son's "Technicians" did a great job. He is a religious and patriot man, I enjoyed meeting and working with him. I'm absolutely speechless at the service of this company. I promise you don't even bother looking anywhere else. Charles and Tayla are super responsive especially since I don't live near the property they helped to fix the piping for and they constantly sent me photos and updates to keep me posted about everything!! They also made sure my tenants were safe and secured the area that they were fixing completely with dividers. When I'm telling you that I'm speechless, I really am. Not only are they super detailed and knowledgeable, they are so kind helping me navigate ideas and recommendations for the property at no cost!! Long story short, the rental we live in has had some horrible sewer line problems for the last year. The landlord kept bringing in the company she uses exclusively which offered no relief of the recurring issue, and only a bandaid on a bigger problem. Charles came in and gave a full inspection and completed the job, while giving me a clear answer as to what what really going on, and alerting me it was an actual pipe issue that needed to be addressed and walked me through his entire report of findings. Not only did he save my sanity in the situation and give me immense peace of mind, he was efficient, thorough, and honest. Customer service is grossly unprofessional and 0 customer service abilities. No call no show for 4 weeks and I was told in essence "who cares" and was told in many ways it was unreasonable for me to reach out and ask as there was an approval pending. in addition, I received a "personal" message from Morgan the front office person. I spoke to the owner Charles and while he assured all communications would cease she still felt some authority to reach out. So either Charles took the situation lightly and never said anything to Morgan on the agreement we had or he just flat out didn't give a crap and is ok with that behavior from his employees. Either way, it doesn't work for me. Hey Charles. Sorry not sorry for reaching out to all related employees regarding my complaint. So, after Plumber Dick changed out some angle valves, I noticed we had a water leak in the from yard. They sent the owner out right away. He looked the job over, explained everything that he noticed and gave me my options. We opted to have the entire main line into the house replaced, as it was the best option. The day came that he and his crew of 4 shows up. They got right to work, explained everything that needed to be done. They even noticed that a precocious plumber did not hook up out water softener correctly. The price he quoted me was the price we paid. To top it off, one of the sprinkler valves has busted when they turned the water on. I had planned on replacing them anyways, so I just hired them to do all 4 valves. These guys know their stuff, work very hard and kept me informed. Honesty is the best policy and these guys are honest as can be. I will hire them for any and all plumbing work I need. read more

Plumber Duck just picked up a new customer for life! I needed a plumber yesterday, so I did an internet search, and it started out discouraging. The first plumber I called said he wouldn't be able to get here until the end of next week; the second said: best case scenario, Friday / worst case scenario Monday or Tuesday. Plumber Duck was my third call, and I expected more of the same. When he asked if I could wait, I expected to hear: for a few days, a week, longer -- when he said 30-45 minutes, I about fell out of my chair. He happen to be in my area and was just finished up on the job he was on -- I felt like doing cartwheels. Plumber Duck got here in under 45 minutes. He is polite and VERY professional. The problem was huge to me, but not so much for him and he had it fixed in about hour. I went through my home warranty company and declined the previous company from ever coming to my home again because they didn't do a good job.
