Anytime I have any plumbing issues they are always quick to respond. The prices are fair and the work is done quickly. Highly recommend

My one experience with The Plumber showed them to be rapacious in their treatment of customers, in my case a senior couple and dishonest in the extreme. Their work appeared to be competent but that's no excuse for ripping us off. I would not have anything to do with them again UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. read more

I called these guys out for an estimate a few weeks ago for what what I considered 'minor' repairs at my house also considering I had all the parts needed. The estimate was ridiculously high, which was dissapointing because I used to use their services previously in the past. Plumbers like barbers nowadays are pricing themselves out of jobs. I called another company and got the work completed for a fraction of the cost and I spent more time talking with the plumber after the work was completed than the time it took for my repairs to be completed. From this experience alone I will not use The Plumbers services again and my refrigerator magnet with their contact info is going in the trash! read more

The guys showed up on time, fast, efficient, clean, very polite. Had the new water heater installed fast. They did an excellent job. They were here and gone in no time. I would definitely recommend the Plumber ! read more

The plumber is very good and they do good work, there is no doubt. But I won't lie, they are a little pricey. But if you want the best, you have to spend a little more. You know the old saying! You get what you pay for. If you're on a budget! I would not suggest going with this plumber. Like I said they are very good! But they are not cheap. If you want somebody who's really good and you can afford it. I would use this plumber if I were you. They really know what they're doing. They know their stuff! read more

Apparently COVID and the sick economy had a serious impact on this Company. Their association with American Home Shield (AHS) needs to be terminated. I called AHS to have 5 leaking faucets repaired. The first thing they did was to test the water pressure regulator. They said it needed to be replaced and AHS service request wouldn't cover the work--- and since they would have to "reroute the piping" ADT would not cover that repair and I would have to pay $700 for them to do the regulator. They also told AHS that the regulator caused "secondary damage" to all my faucets. AHS told me that "secondary damage" is not covered by my AHS contract and I would have to pay for the repair of all 5 faucets. Needless to I have DUMPED The Plumber AND AHS !!!!! Please disregard my previous reviews of this contractor from over 2 years ago. Times have changed. read more

The company came out less than a week ago & the toilet is flooded again. Allegedly, the plumber pulled out wipes, which is weird because no wipes are used in the home. This is a way to "void" the warranty. I spent $306 out of pocket. They're starting to come out again, another $306. Instead of pulling the toilet & clearing the drain, they went in the roof & didn't clear out the drain thoroughly. I find this weird & I feel scammed out of my hard-earned money. The company stated we can put a camera in the drain complementary to have a better look, but you're still on the hook to unclog the drain. Poor service from these scammers DONT USE! Here are wipes that have been sitting in the line for Lord knows how long. The owner said they look recently used! Which is FALSE! Screw this scamming ass company & their worker Mark who half-assed, cleaned my line. Laziness at its BEST. CLEARLY this scammer doesn't know what OLD wipes look like. Smh new wipes wouldn't be shredding easily. They would still be new, these are so brown & old we don't use wipes so obviously they've been sitting in this line. Let the ppl know the truth SCAMMER read more

Loved them. They were quick efficient and clever. My house has so much plumbing issues and they came and efficiently sorted out my issues

Rodney and Robert were so professional and kind. We had a major leak that required rerouting a pipe. They worked tirelessly to get the job done. Their pleasant personalities helped to de stress our stressful situation. read more

Plumber stated he couldn't find the leak in my closet. I had another plumber come the next day found the leak in 5-10 minutes.

Geez! I should have done my research first with all these dissatisfied customer reviews! Like many others my wife and I fell for the old HACK JACK bait and switch. There was a tiny spray bottle that fell into the toilet and it got clogged. The tech comes downstairs (great actor) breathing hard oh I couldn't get what was stuck so we have escalated and take pull the commode out of the floor. So just right there we go from $225.00 to $329.00. Then 30 minutes later, the tech says his boss the HACK JACK says since the house wasn't built in the way that satisfies their protocol, they'll have to do it entirely different for $700!!!!!! The old HACK JACK strikes again!!! Mind you we been here 18 years and our toilets work just fine. The insurance company should have known that the circus clown old HACK JACK is a rip off artist especially with all of the negative reviews he has on Yelp. It says in the bio he's been doing this since 2003. Really? I know he will respond and try to smooth things out to make this situation look good in his favor, I've read his replies to other disgruntled customers and let me tell you, the old HACK JACK is a professional. He knows how to flip the script with fancy jargon and plumbing vocabulary to make himself sound smart and the customer stupid. At the end of the day, we're not going to be overcharged so in the meantime while our toilet doesn't work we will find someone through our insurance company who's more reasonable. Update: my neighbor came over and took a look, we went to Home Depot, spent $14.00 problem fixed!!!! Fuck you Jack your A ROYAL PIECE OF SHIT!!!! read more

The Plumber came out as part of my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. Even though they were slammed when they found out my 5 month old grandson son was living with me they worked into their packed schedule. Daniel came out bright and early on a Saturday morning and by midday we had hot water. I couldn't be happier. read more

I've used these Plumber services at least twice before in the past and I've always been quite satisfied with their work. I recently set up an appointment with The Plumber and he was able to come to fix my dripping shower last week on Wednesday morning. However, he and his apprentice did not have the correct part they needed, so it had to be ordered. Once it was ordered, they were able to come to my house immediately to fix my dripping shower. Our Plumber, Josh, was really sweet and he realized that he still did not have the exact (correct) part for my shower. He made two trips to Home Depot and Lowe's just to find the right piece of equipment he was looking for to complete the job. It did take longer than usual, but I'm so glad that Josh was so thorough in his work. Thanks again! read more

There was the water leak directly in the area of my water heater. Daniel and Carlos were the technicians. These two individuals were very professional and skilled identifying the problem, which they corrected expeditiously. They told me my carpet had been saturated with water and that there is the possibility the water had affected the walls inside of my home. The carpet will have to be replaced. I was referred to a water saturation expert who came out the same day. I am grateful Mandy scheduled the technicians. It is my belief I was assigned the best of the best. read more

These guys are awesome! Honest, reliable and they provide great service. Every time they have come out to service something or give us a quote for a repair it's the best experience. Arrived within 2 hours of calling. Daniel found the thermocouple went out. He replaced for a reasonable price. And for future knowledge, told me how much a replacement water heater would cost. He also explained waterless tank because i had no knowledge. Will use them again read more

Check my account I'm not a regular review writer, but the experience I had today was not regular! I called "The Plumber" last week for a quote and the price was right. They sent Brad out to do the install and craftsmanship, attention to detail ,and overall service was the BEST! Ask for Brad that guy is quick and the finished result is flawless. I forgot to mention the first quote I got, the guy was all drama, telling me "it was a tough job and he they might have to replace a bunch of other stuff to install the sink". And the price they quoted was the same, but that didn't include "...the other stuff...". I guess that's why I forgot about them. Ask for Brad at "The Plumber" really great guy and really great work. read more

I was able to get same day appointment which was awesome. Chance fixed my shower spout and everything went well. They are professional and came right on time. Minus one star because I feel like they overcharge. I received a similar quote for almost half of what The Plumber charge. The reason I chose them is because my original plumber wasn't able to do same day and I was desperate for my shower to be fixed. To solder a pipe and install my shower spout was $169 I have a lot of home projects I want to do but hesitate to use them since I feel like i'm being ripped off. But overall, they came and fixed my issue timely and professionally. read more

Tried to charge me $500 to fix a jacuzzi pump - and I already had the repair parts here. I could've bought a brand new pump for $200, and all I would have had to do is plug it in. Our toilet backed up late last night and I contacted the plumber super early this morning and they were able to send someone out first thing. Mark and Chance arrived promptly and were incredibly knowledgeable and able to address the issue and fix it right away. I needed a toilet replacement and the plumber asked did I want a specific toilet, I answered, just one that works well, I'm not picky. I now know that was a wrong answer, because the toilet he brought was tiny made of plastic in top, so I can't sit on top of the toilet when I'm bathing my son. Then the toilet overflowed (flooded) so he came out and fixed it, insisting that it is a good toilet. Now the toilet continues to run as if it's filling so all night you have that running water sound. This time I didn't bother calling him back. I have the plumber three starts because he did other work and all is well there (just the toilet) but I blame myself for not doing my research on toilets read more

Outstanding repair work and response time on a garbage disposal and associated under kitchen sink water leak for my house in Palmdale, CA. The Plumber responded to my request for quote quickly and scheduled a visit in just two days. (Not an urgent job) Rodney was at my door at 8AM for an 8 - 12 window and finished the job in less than an hour at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend them highly. read more

I cannot say enough negative things about this company. We have been having plumbing issues for months now and for some reason my home warranty only sends out this company. After spending thousands of dollars, I called my warranty company and told them I still have cold water and I am not confident the several plumbers (Jim and someone else) knew what they were doing. They agreed to send a different company this time but something told me to call my gas company. A technician from SoCal gas came and assessed my water heater and said who ever has been servicing it did a horrible job. For one, they tried to bypass the energy safety switch and by doing that, my water heater has not only been leaking gas but if the heater was to have gotten to hot it was bound to explode. Each time someone came out they were in a rush to leave. Never turning the water heater back on forcing us to go to the garage and do it ourselves. Telling us they had to come back with certain parts and not coming leaving us to call the office to follow up. These high ratings must be from employees and their family/friends. They not only provided pisspoor customer service but someone could have gotten seriously hurt. I will find a way to report this company! read more

Special shout-out to Mark. We had a house-wide clogging situation and were in a bit of a panic. He was able to diagnose and the problem and explained to me exactly what was going on. He also advised on what happens next and what to anticipate. And everything was at a reasonable price. We actually had another plumber (who I will respectfully protect their anonymity) previously come in and try to fix the same problem. It turns out they actually made it worse by knocking one of the valves off, also something Mark recognized. I highly recommend going to The Plumber for all your plumbing needs. read more

Well, I would like to commend The Plumber folks for refunding my money! Because of this, I am changing my review to five stars. Their work is excellent. My concern was that they did not guarantee the work as they always have in the past, but today they reached out to me, apologized for the misunderstanding, and fully refunded the money I was charged for the follow up visit. Thank you to The Plumber, who has restored my faith in local business relationships. read more

We had a slab leak and they did a re-pipe on our entire first floor. The work they did are exceptional and they cleaned the affected areas after. Brad and his team did the repair in two days. We will use them again definitely if we have issues with our plumbing. read more
