Our kitchen faucet was spraying water from under the handle just as my husband was leaving for a business trip. Of course that's when it happened! Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. If you're looking for a good, honest and fair plumber with integrity, give Loyall a call! I'm so happy that we did. read more

Called about having whole house water filter installed. Was recommended by Lloyal Plumbing a certain brand. Plumber asked where the water shutoff was and told plumber it was outside. Plumber said water filtration system he recommended was fine outside when I questioned the effects of the sun and cold. Went to register water filtration system and was told that the warranty was void because the system was installed outside and because the filter is plastic that it would crack in the sun!! Water filtration system pamphlet says do not install outside, which the plumber did and recommends a bypass system, which the plumber did not install!! Installation and material fees were over three times the cost of the water filtration system and were installed outside and without a bypass system. read more

The best plumber ever! Loyall!!! Helps my 86 yo mom and I keep things flowing!! Has never over charges very fair!! Always comes right away!

EXCELLENT, WONDERFUL, HIGHLY SKILLED, RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, FAIR and OVERALL AWESOME are the words that come to mind if asked to describe Mr. Loyall. When my previous plumber, Mr. John Horn retired, I asked Mr. Horn to recommend a great plumber. And Mr. John recommended the highly experienced and professional Mr. Loyall. I had a challenging plumbing situation in my kitchen, and Mr. Loyall came up with a very creative way to end up with an excellent result that I am so happy with. He also installed two toilets, and the installations came out super. Mr. Loyall did even more than he promised, and he exceeded customer expectations. I feel so grateful for his kind help, and residents of the Antelope Valley are lucky to have such a fine business. read more

we were recomended by a friend to Loyall Plumbing when we needed a plumber... and have used him twice. Very very pleased on both occasions. Hopefully we will not have a need for a plumber anytime soon, but it we do, we will certainly call Loyall.... He does an excellent job and comes as quickly as possible (other plumbers wanted over a week for one leak)... Cleans up everything... Highly recommend him and his helper.. read more

My mom and I found the best plumber today! He handled a blockage in the line from the home to the septic tank in Antelope Acres (drove from Lake L.A.!), and when he first arrived he looked around and said; "piece of cake"! 20 minutes later it was handled, plus he put a camera down after so we could try and troubleshoot for next time (hopefully not too soon). Thank you, Loyall! Good plumbers are hard to find! read more

Loyall did a GREAT job. I had a leaking faucet called it in last night and he was here 20 minutes earlier than the appointment and had my faucet replaced within an hour. Very aware of COVID "restrictions and wore a mask the entire time. Couldn't ask for a more professional and quick job!! Would I recommend?? 100000% YES!! If you need any plumbing work Loyall Plumbing is the place to call. read more

Five stars for sure, I have used this plumbing co. now several times, originally thru a home warranty company but after the first few jobs, I ask for them every time now. First, I like doing business with family owned businesses, they seem to care more for both their customers as well as the job they do. I have never gotten the b s or cutting corners you get from others and they are honest with you. My last few jobs, they have always had a mask on showing respect to those around them. Try them once and everyone else will be your back up plumber from that point on as I have. read more

Professional plumbing company here in the AV. Fast and efficient service. Thank you for always taking care of our plumbing issues!

My sink backed up and my washer had water running all over the garage in the morning, The receptionist was very polite and sympathetic to my problem. Said she could have a technician out in a little over an hour. Matt arrived and was able to rota root the problem. Matt was very personable and explained he had rota rooted 55 ft to the main connection to make sure there wasn't any other blockage. The whole process took about 15 minutes and Matt gave me a 10% discount. read more

Awesome service, very professional, Efficient, friendly, great workmanship! Water heater went out, showed up very quickly, being that this during the COVID-19 outbreak, he took the time to sanitize everything he touched right before he left and wore a mask the entire time. Just moved into the area and recently received service from Loyall Plumbing. The gentlemen, who I believe is the owner, was really nice, funny, and professional. He fixed our problem fast and even gave some recommendations. Even though we had just bought this place, he said he remember being here a month or so prior because he installed the hot water heater. Will be calling upon his help once again when Its time to install a vent for my dryer. I highly recommend his services! read more

I had the pleasure of the owner coming out. You should know he had every opportunity to take advantage and make money. I have a home warranty and he could have charged anything under the sun but he looked at the problem was able to explain everything was able to handle business right away. I have used Loyal Plumbing a few times now for plumbing issues I have had and the installation of my dishwasher. They are always on time, and do an excellent job! The pricing is extremely reasonable I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Loyall and Matt are excellent father and son plumbers. They are honest, and practically clairvoyant in locating leaks behind walls. They found and repaired 4 separate pipe leaks behind our walls that all occurred within 2 months after we bought our home. Such high frequency of leaks prompted Loyall to look for the root cause: water pressure was too high, the home didn't have a pressure regulating valve, AND our hot water recirculation pump had been installed wrong. Loyall fixed all of it and we haven't had a leak since. They're also great with sprinkler valves and outdoor plumbing issues. The only drawback is since they ARE SO good, they are sometimes overbooked. read more

I would 100% recommend Loyall plumbing. They go above and beyond for customers and are honest. I've had them come out a few times through my home warranty and have always done a great job. This time was a bit different, my warranty company sent out a dispatch to another company and right away i knew it wouldn't work out i was getting a quote from that other company without them having seen the problem yet and so I had them dispatch another company and this time they sent it to Loyall. I knew I was in good hands, Amy scheduled me in and Loyall came out gave me a quote and I'm scheduled for a repair. Now here I am writing a review because I believe its important to acknowledge great service and honesty in a company, i would definitely recommend Loyall Plumbing! read more

If you need a plumber call them, they did a great job and gave some great advice to avoid them from coming back. Had them do some preventive maintenance, snaked main line from the house to the street. What they quoted is what they charged (no up selling). Very clean, in and out... read more

I can't thank Loyall plumbing enough. Our toilet angle stop started leaking and someone else had tried to fix it to no avail. Our bathroom was a mess. I called Loyall and within 2 hours everything was fixed. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful and efficient they are. They really made a disastrous situation sooo much better. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. read more

After having called out 3 different plumbers within 2 weeks (the 3rd plumber having scratched the brand new bath snaking the pipe) to fix a blockage I called Loyall Plumbing. They fixed the blockage within 10 mins using compressed air as opposed to the snake which didn't work all 3 other times. If I have problems again I'll be calling Loyall Plumbing. read more

I've used Loyall Plumbing for several years, now, and they are prompt, friendly and affordable. I've never gotten a run around from them. I've had other service providers not show up and when I call give all kinds of excuses as to why the agent didn't arrive (usually something dramatic like an accident, death in the family, etc.) and yet I wasn't notified of the delay. None of that kind of cr*p from Loyall! This morning Matt was scheduled to arrive between 8:00-8:30 to install my new bathroom vanity and he showed up just a couple minutes after 8:00! Earlier in the week he came promptly when I had a leak from my cold water line that went from a drip that dropped about 2" overnight into a container to filling a 2 gallon pail in just a couple hours! I like this company! read more

TERRIBLE PLUMBER, stay away from this one. They will fix something half a$$ and then when you call them out to fix THEIR mistake (after $900 charge) then they come out and CHARGE YOU AGAIN!!!! OR tell you oh well your house is REALLY old what do you except??? JUST SAVE YOURSELF HASSLE and stay away from this one. read more

I first contracted Loyall based on a recommendation from a neighbor Since then, I have used Loyall Plumbing on several occasions. I have been very happy with their work, prices and attitude. On their last visit to fix a broker sprinkler pipe, they cleaned the area so well that, at first, I though they had not come. I have no problem recommending them to my friends. read more

I came across this company because of my home warranty. I filed a claim by 1pm and by 3pm on the same day Loyall Plumbing was calling me to set up an appointment. Matt came to my house within the time frame I was given. I talked to him and asked a bunch of question to which he gladly answered. He was very honest with all his info and made me feel comfortable at the same time. I asked him for a quote for something other than what the home warranty would cover and his quote was very competitive. I would definitely call Loyall for any issues that my home warranty won't cover. read more

I have to say that Loyall plumbing does a really great job at an honest price. We've had to call them twice since we moved to the AV 5 years ago and they've done an awesome job both times. Most recently we called them on a Friday afternoon for a broken hot water heater, and they came out first thing Saturday morning and had it fixed in no time. The lady who works in the office was extremely helpful over the phone- I had a lot of questions and she was very knowledgeable. The plumber arrived on time and had the job done quickly... He was a really nice, friendly guy as well. Apparently, when they gave us a quote on the phone they had forgotten to include a $30 charge for some small part- but they stuck to the quoted price and wouldn't let me pay the additional $30 even when I offered. If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend these guys for good, honest work. read more
