Frank with go pro has been my go to for the last 8 years or so. I use him for my rental and primary residence. He shows up on time and does great work. Most recently we had a leak coming from our box that houses the main shut off valve. This turned out to be much more than that as it turned out to be a leak from our hot water line and under our concrete slab. Frank had suggested rerouting the line from the water heater. Which prevented any damage to our concrete walkway and foundation. After reviewing our options the reroute was the most cost effective. Frank got started rite away, he also pointed out that our water pressure regulator has failed as we were running 90 psi in the house. So he included replacing the pressure regulator in his estimate. After 2 days the job was complete. Frank did all the patch work, stucco repair and paint matching as needed. He cleaned up after each day and made the job appear as if nothing ever happened. We moved to Palmdale 4 years ago when we purchased our first home and there were a couple of things that needed to be changed/updated, the gas pipe line for the stove (was placed too high, and had to be brought down so our new stove could fit perfectly), and the main water valve in the front yard was old and rusty, ready to break, so my husband contacted several plumbers and all giving very high starting prices without even assessing the matter. When we called Go Pro Plumbing, the lady that answered the phone was happy to send someone over for a Free estimate. The plumber that arrived was super attentive, respectful, explained everything perfectly as well as answered all questions, very knowledgeable. What made it even better was that his price was highly reasonable, about half the price of several others. He explained all he could do and what he wouldn't be able to. (He had to make cuts to the dry wall behind the stove as a must but he wouldn't be able to fix it back and he let us know in advace). We agreed on all and both jobs he performed were clean and neat, amazing, so well done, that could not even tell there was a cut on the dry wall and piece fit perfectly back together. Carefully done work. Now, 4 years later we purchased our 2nd home and came to realize that it needed the same work done again and maybe a little more in the new house. Guess who we called? Go Pro Plumbing! We were happy to have Frank back to help us. Same courteous, responsible and professional guy. The jobs were done impeccable and organized once again. I have contracted with numerous plumbers in my life but have NEVER had one who was as professional, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and effective as Joseph Ewing, owner of Go Pro Plumbing! I am thrilled to have finally found my "go to" plumber that I can call and that I can recommend when asked if I know a great plumber! Hands down best plumber I have ever used! First, he came to install my kitchen plumbing after I had new countertops installed. He not only was able to quickly and correctly re-assemble my faucet, install it, install the drains and my disposal. He thoroughly tested everything to make sure everything was working! And, he left the work area spotless, even rinsing out the sinks! I told him I needed to bleed my hot water heater and he showed me that it was not only not up to code but that is was corroded and leaking. My water was brown. He came back the next day and removed the old heater and replaced it with the correct piping, and expansion tank and temperature regulator. When checking the pressure valve, he noticed that it was over 80 and he said I may have to replace that if it gets higher because it would be dangerous to my pipes. This morning it was at 95 and I called him to replace it. He is very proactive, safety conscious, and professional. He is not pushy at all but gives the customer the information about the status of any issues. His pricing is fair. He has worked for 25+ years for at least one reputable company and decided to go out on his own in 2024. We needed a plumber to replace the angle stop and supply line to our master bathroom toilet. The builder used terrible parts in the construction of our home and my husband couldn't get the old angle stop off the wall supply. Well, the guy they sent had no problems whatsoever! He also replaced the inner workings of the toilet as it was having problems. The plumber (I'm terrible with remembering names and forgot his!) was very quick and tidy and I appreciated that very much. I needed the "innards" of 2 toilets replaced and I needed a leak fix on the filler tank leading to a bidet in one of the bathrooms. They charged a $60 house call fee for an estimate but applied that to the work. They didn't charge by hour, but by the job. I got all the work done in under 2 hours and was charged under $350 for everything. I was pleased. No more leaks. Frank cleaned up and took pictures of his finished work. He had me check to my satisfaction as well. Customer service also was excellent. I received a call in the morning on our agreed upon appointment window when Frank was dispatched as well as an estimated time of arrival. I had called other plumbing companies who either didn't return my call, or were a no-show at our appointment time without any explanation. I had Go pro back out within 3 weeks for another problem this time with my hot water heater. Frank was very prompt and courteous. My piolet light was out. Frank lit the piolet light and then told me if it goes back out it could be explained that it could be one of 2 things. The problem being the way Frank started the hot water heater made it so a proper diagnosis couldn't be made for one of the possibilities for a less expensive part. So if the light went out again then the whole gas valve is much more expensive would now have to be purchased. So If the pilot light went out again it would be assumed that it was the gas control valve again more expensive. Frank didn't have the part so he said he would just order it online at Amazon? When I called American Standard the brand of hot water heater, (NEVER BUY THIS BRAND horrible product) for the part they sent it to me for free because parts were still under warranty. I wonder how many other people are paying for a part when they don't have to. So I paid 60.00 for my piolet light to be lit. ARE YOU KIDDING? It would have been $185.00 just to install the gas control valve that I got. O yes, the $60.00 to lite my pilot light would of been used as part the total would have still been $185.00. Since I chose not to use their services I was out $60.00 to lite my pilot light which anyone could have done like the gas company for free. I had it installed for 60.00 total cost elsewhere still less expensive in the long run. read more

If you have a water main bust in your slab, call these guys. I was extremely impressed with their mannerisms and very professional job. The use hi-tech equipment to locate the leak, and were able to do a aqua pec re-route through the walls instead of breaking the slab, which could have broken the other water main, as well as take 3 days to do. Took them about 6 hours to fish an aqua pec line from the water heater, to the distribution tree in our living room. They cut out squares that were put back and used the correct equipment to make the connection from copper to pec. I normally don't give that many stars, but when all was said and done, the price was less than half of what I paid for in another home, and no mess either. I paid $4k back in 2007, and Friday we paid $1750. Thanx GPP for a job well done read more

Frank was amazing! I called and needed service asap because I had a washer/ dryer delivery from home depot for my new rental. The guys that delivered the washer and dryer were a little jerky. A long story short the pipes needed to be updated before the appliances could be installed. I have an autistic child that is not toilet trained so time was of the essence to get this problem solved and solved quickly. Frank came within an hour. All he needed was a couple of pictures sent to him beforehand. He even moved the brand new washer and dryer from the garage to inside the home and connected everything for free. Great service!! The main waste line was clogged and my toilet downstairs over flowed. One plumber came out and said they werent able to clear it and that I would need to have the line hydro sprayed (not sure what that means). I called Go Pro Plumbing, spoke with Marisela and told her I had already had one plumber out that couldn't help me. She reassured me that they would be able to help and they could be here in 30 mins. They came in less than 30 mins, cleared the line, sent a camera down the pipe and showed me roots were in the pipe. I had to have a portion of the pipe replaced (ugh). Frank & Cesar walked me through what needed to be done, gave me a quote and said they could come back in a few days to get it done. They arrived on time the day of and got to work right away, they dug a 10 ft hole! Cut out the pipe and replaced it. They were very patient with me, let me take pictures every step of the process, answered all my questions. They filled the hole back up and put my yard back together. I had neighbors come by to ask what happened and they commented how well my yard was put back together.
