D.A.C definitely exceeded my expectations and some--I was very pleased to experience the best customer service, best pricing (Affordable), and how organized Alex was when diagnosing and fixing my system. He was also very honest & had great communication skills especially when it involved answering my questions and taking the next step towards fix my system. I called DAC because I was having serious issues with my A/C. Dan and Cory can out and diagnosed the problem and explained to me what was needed. I received a price quote and on Friday 8/27/2021 Dan had his team of installers at my home. They were very professional, neat and cleaned up after themselves and within a few hours I was feeling cool air in my home. The installers also hung my new duct instead of putting it back on the ceiling floor. They said this would help it to last longer. I was very impressed with them. Javier, Juan and Alex were great. There were more installers but I didn't get all their names and I do apologize for that oversight. I have attached pictures of my new A/C Unit and new duct work and enlarged return air vent. It takes a lot for me to sit down and find the time to write a review but this one just couldn't wait. Dan is honest, fairly priced and reliable. During a recent heat wave temperatures were up to 110° when our air conditioning went out. Dan came out at 10 PM at night and got up on our commercial roof to make sure that I was able to open the doors for my business the following day. My air conditioning quit working in the middle of the summer. In the Antelope Valley that means temperatures are above 100 degrees. DAC Heating & Air came out and fixed my air conditioner. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't spend another night without air conditioning. Everyone was professional and very nice.
