Outstanding service and professionalism from the initial visit (arrived 10 minutes early)to the completed installation of a new air conditioner and heater system the very next day. The owners and technicians, Tito and Rudy, are very knowledgeable, professional, polite and personable. After trouble shooting the system, they explained that the compressor was not working, was "short to ground" and demonstrated what that meant. It made no sense to just replace the compressor and since the system was about 25 years old they recommended a new heating system as well. Tito gave me information to help me choose a good system for my house that was mid-range, explaining that the very top of the line had more parts that could then need repair later and negate the energy savings. There was no hard sell, just the facts which speak for themselves. If there had been pressure I might have decided to wait on a new heater. Thank goodness I took their advice as when they took out the old heater it was so corroded from moisture that the metal was literally falling apart. The installation of the inside system into the little closet was quite a process and they took a lot of time preparing the area and installing new piping and lines. How they got the unit into such a small space without damage I don't exactly know, but they are like magicians in that way. Tito also took the time to change the direction of all the vents in my house using a special tool so that the air flows to the farthest part of the room and advised me to keep all vents open to not overtax the system. I called another local A/C service that is open Saturday, and left a message. After getting no return call, I called again on Monday and once again got there answering machine. I got a text from a friend who said to give climate heating & cooling a call, I did so, the phone was answered after two rings, a service call was scheduled that same day for around 2pm, I was told that the service tech could be running early and may be there before 2. At 1pm service tech for CH&C,Tito was at my front door. Tito walked through a checked all the inside equipment to ensure it was working properly, he then went outside and diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs in least then 30 minutes!...before I knew it I had cold air once again running through out my house. Tito also during the repair took the time to show me what he was replacing and why it wasn't working. We normally don't use our central air conditioning unless the evaporative cooler isn't getting the job done because it's either too hot or too humid. During the Hot spell that we just had in the first part of August 2016, I noticed that the downstairs was cool enough with the central air on but the upstairs was unbearably hot. I figured that the units probably just needed servicing. As it turned out there was a Freon leak in one of the components in the attic and the condenser on the patio needed to be replaced if I wanted to use the new coolant (not Freon) required by law. They fixed the leak, installed the new condenser, Filled the system with the new required coolant. They tested the entire system and installed a thermostat controlled attic fan for us. After having my air conditioning go out at a time when it was beginning to be in triple digits . I needed someone fast and reliable.. I had spoken to my good friend and she referred me to Tito.. From the moment I contacted him he was so nice and honest. He was willing to come that night.. how awesome was that.. Tito and Rudy have been servicing my home and work units for many years(my work units are 27 years old and still working great!). Recently, my home unit(which was 25 years old!) was not performing very effectively. It was running almost 24/7 and my electric bill was sky high! Tito and Rudy came by, evaluated what would be the best for my house, and installed a new 5 ton unit and programmable thermostat. I can't say enough of this Air Conditioning contractor. It only took 1 call to take care of my air conditioning issues. My system had broken down on a hot day and the technician quickly came to my home, performed a detailed inspection, quickly found the problem, informed and showed me the problem, made the proper repairs (a leak in the condenser unit) and made a final test run of my system. My A/C system is now working great!!! All this was done in a timely manner which indicates to me that this contractor has the right knowledge, experience and professionalism where others fall short. The dreaded day my air conditioner finally broke down after 27 years, I was expecting it anyways.. I absolutely dreaded getting estimates from a number of companies. I called 6 different companies , only two were able to come out within two days. The first one came so late in the evening , and didn't seem to be concerned , I guess they were tired. I just had the pleasure of having Tito and Rudy install the Aero Cool Pro evaporative cooler at my home. Not only were they professional, they treated me like family. The work was completed with all clean up in one day. I also signed up for them to come out twice a year to open and close the beautiful unit. YEAH... Our evaporative air cooler finally gave out after 10 years. We called Climate Heating & Cooling for an estimate. Tito came out and was very professional. The quote was on point unlike Home Depot which was double the amount! Climate Heating & Cooling is one of the few A/C companies left to install evaporative air coolers. He and his partner installed the unit within days of the estimate. They were on time and worked diligently to remove and replace the swamp cooler.
