Most recently we had a leak coming from our box that houses the main shut off valve. This turned out to be much more than that as it turned out to be a leak from our hot water line and under our concrete slab. Frank had suggested rerouting the line from the water heater. Which prevented any damage to our concrete walkway and foundation. After reviewing our options the reroute was the most cost effective. Frank got started rite away, he also pointed out that our water pressure regulator has failed as we were running 90 psi in the house. So he included replacing the pressure regulator in his estimate. After 2 days the job was complete. Frank did all the patch work, stucco repair and paint matching as needed. He cleaned up after each day and made the job appear as if nothing ever happened.
