Very good prices very good if you could deal with small little dent on the side, not the big ones on the front but the small ones on the side. I found a KitchenAid black matted stove that was just missing the top caps for the burners and it had a very small dent on the side bottom for 600.00 and I know the going price was 2000 because I googled it and the reviews were really good for this particular stove. My friend purchased a dryer For 275.00 with a five-year warranty of $89.00 go and take a look. Just remember you must try these appliances out as soon as you get them home. You have 3 days to return it if it is not working properly. I am going with 4 stars because there were a few appliances that I felt needed to be lower than what they were. I will never by from the Lowe's Outlet store again or any other Lowe's most likely. I bought a brand new refrigerator still in the package took to my rental property and dropped it off . I come back three days later to turn it on and the freezer was working but the refrigerator was not. So now of course I'm beyond the 48 hours you can return items. So I call the store and was told that's a manufacturer issue and it is covered by their one year warranty. I call the manufacturer and they told me we don't honor anything from an outlet store. So I went through a whole week of back forth with the store and Hisense (the manufacturer) it wasn't until the 10th before the store agreed to give me a refund. So keep in mind your probably are getting junk if it ended up in that store. So buyer beware! This is the worst treatment I've ever experienced at a store.I wish I could leave 0 stars. read more

We'll see how it goes but so far it is not good. We bought a refrigerator and paid $175 for delivery and haul-away of an almost identical one that died after five years. It was suggested that SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON service is "third world" and the frequent dips-- brown-outs, spikes-- surges, and completely unexpected shut-downs due to fire and wind not to mention "maintenance power outages" are hard on equipment. It was suggested at this store we also buy a dedicated surge suppressor which the store not does carry. We already have a whole-house surge suppressor-- INTERMATIC-brand. But it was emphasized that we should locate a dedicated surge suppressor and add it to the outlet where the refrigerator is plugged-in. We bought single-outlet, 1000-Joule, "$100 thousand equipment warranty" at the nearest retail store. Delivery was confirmed by e-mail for between 8 AM and Noon but it is now after 2:30 PM and no text or voice message. Phoning the store yielded an employee who said he didn't have the ability to do the things a manager could do and what did I want. I repeated that we want to know if we're receiving our refrigerator and when-- that we have an appointment in the afternoon based on what we were told. He left me on Hold and "Gabriel" returned in his place and said he didn't have the ability to communicate with the delivery people that had re-posted to them but not to us that the delivery was not estimated by 2 PM-- and that he could arrange for us to cancel the delivery. No apology about their having said that ours was the 2nd delivery of the day after having texted "between 8 and Noon" and then again," this morning. Again, we used a card where we have a good, long history, and we were told that even if the delivered appliance doesn't work properly and we return it that we only get a store credit for that return and do not get a refund of the $175 deliver and haul-away charge. :-| Think about that and check back here to see how this turned-out-- no news being better news. But this is turning-out like southern California-- and the Inland Empire especially, these days. First update: It is 3 PM on Friday, March 3, 2026, and I just spoke to a delivery contractor/employee for the LOWES Outlet store. He said he was 30-minutes away and both knew where I was located and had another delivery person with him. He said he'd phoned his "dispatcher" and asked them to contact us and tell us he was running late-- and we let him know that we had not received either a text or voice mail from anyone with LOWES. To his credit, he said, "I'm sorry about that." Now, we'll see how the rest of the experience turns-out. Okay, we turned-out to be the LAST delivery of the day for these careful, courteous, strong, young men were a pleasure to meet. They left a few minutes ago after 4 PM and we both had to cancel an appointment and still need to fight now-rush-hour traffic on a Friday night. So it's been less than year , this review is to update on the Midea washing /dryer machine. The dryer still works and runs great . I am very disappointed with the washing machine . 4 months ago the machine made a very loud rustling sound. I initially thought my kids put in too much clothes . I went to check that was not the case. . After that incident the washer has not been working properly, each load the machine sounded like a jet plane landed in our laundry room , Followed by a loud thumping noise, then smoke coming from the machine. I decided to email the company and they did respond in a timely matter . Unfortunately I don't have the receipt to provide proof of purchase. And they want me to video record the sound the machine made and the smoke and email back to them. After 3 separate emails correspondence trying to explain to them and the customer service team kept repeating the same question. I just gave up and called someone to haul the machine to the dumpster. Purchase a brand new machine and a different maker from Lowe's , Don't waste your money on Midea washing machine again. read more

Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Purchased a refrigerator in cash Presidents' Day, had it delivered the following day. Didn't even make it a full week of being cold and realized early morning today and again when I came home this evening. Called Lowe's and they pretty much said they couldn't do anything call the manufacturer. I told him I was unaware of their return policy as the employee did not make that clear at the time of purchase. And instead of being understanding he was like oh well our employees are trained in our policy. Yeah so much they didn't explain that at the time of purchase sir. The guy was to busy almost about to give me a free baking powder because he almost forgot to scan it and said he could've eaten the cost of that. Anyways, the guy I was on the phone with was horrible and pretty much brushed it off. I will never spend my money here again. And if you were smart you'd avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. Customer service is everything and this guy had nothing but excuses. I'd get it if it was my own fault and I did something wrong. But literally was not told about this policy of theirs nor did anyone mention anything upon delivery. I will be notifying their corporate office or whoever I need to speak to. This is unacceptable and clearly they don't give a crap as you can see all the reviews. read more

Located in Hallmark Parkway across Walmart. Years ago this was a Lowe's store and now it's a Lowe's Outlet. Plenty of parking available. We were looking for a new refrigerator and I was totally surprised at the amount of frigs available. I was thinking, okay the majority of them will have dents or scratches on them, not so! There are several brand new frigs that didn't sell, but to make more room they marked down the prices. I was amazed at the low prices. New inventory comes every Tuesday and Thursday. They even have washers/dryers, stoves and microwaves. They offer Lowe's credit card and if you qualify get the financing. They also offer lease to own that won't effect your credit score, you just need to make sure to pay it off in 90 days Isadel, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was showing me all the new refrigerators with no scratches or dents. She was very friendly and helpful showing me what I preferred. Delivery is $99 and they will install and put on all the handles on the refrigerator. When I'm ready, this will be the place I'll buy my new appliances. read more

This review is long overdue (over a year ago). I was in search of a refrigerator, which had special dimensions and would only fit in a certain area. I happened to be driving by this location, and decided to stop by and check it out. At that point in time, I was totally unaware that this Lowe's location is an outlet store, which is full of blemished appliances that are sold at discount prices. However, I figured what could go wrong considering that they are all brand new. I was immediately assisted by Nick Brandes, which was very helpful in finding the best deal, according to the specifications I required. He provided detailed answers to all of my questions concerning the refrigerator. In comparison to purchasing it brand new, I was able to save $432.00 of the regular price! Although it had a couple of minor dings towards the bottom side panels, it was well worth it! Besides, it wasn't even noticeable. As he was assisting me at the register, he mentioned that if I had a Lowe's consumer charge card, I would be able to receive a 5% discount, or 1 year worth of deferred interest. I jumped on board with a deferred interest plan, which made it really convenient for me to pay off. Saved me money as far as interest and I didn't have to Fork out the cash on the spot. Nik was able to safely load it onto my trailer, by way of their handy forklift and was very helpful in doing so. Once installed, the refrigerator performed tip top! I've had no issues with it, and once again this was over a year ago. Overall, I give this store a two thumbs up! I will definitely use this same Lowe's outlet location, for my future Appliance purchase needs! read more

My mom purchased a dryer two weeks ago. This past weekend, it stopped working. She went back to the outlet to tell them, and they basically told her they could not help her, to call the manufacturer. She asked for a number, and the first girl told her she couldn't give her one and proceeded to walk away to help other customers. Another girl came and asked my mom if she could help her, and my mom explained again what she needed. Again, she was told she had to call the manufacturer. Mom told her the first girl wouldn't give her a number. The second girl gave her a number, which ended up being wrong, and that person wouldn't help. My mom is in her 80s and doesn't need to be treated like this. I do not recommend this business for faulty appliances and poor service. read more

Do not purchase anything from Lowe's outlet San Bernardino. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a washer and dryer and it was discounted because it's a scratch and dent store. So during my purchase I got the extended warranty and was told the policy would cover the items 100%. I also asked about delivery and let the store know in order get the washer and dryers into the laundry room, they would have to be lifted over a counter. I was told that wouldn't be a problem and it would be an additional $80 for the labor. Fast forward to the items being delivered, they said they wouldn't be able to install them due to the counter and left them sitting in the kitchen. So it took me a few days to get the counter removed in order to install the washer in dryer. Immediately after installing them, the dryer started making a loud pulling noise as soon as I turned it on. I called the Lowe's outlet and spoke with supervisor Adam. I told him the situation and he stated because it was out of the 48 hour window he wouldn't do anything about it and I needed to contact the warranty company. So after I contacted Samsung, it took another 7 days before a technician came out. After inspecting both units, he informed me that due to the dent on the washer and the dent on the dryer they would not cover any repairs because there was damage to the frame. I called back to the Lowe's outlet and told them what the technician said. Adam's response was "I've never heard of that before, they should still cover it". I asked how was this situation going to be corrected, and I was told by Adam they don't normally give any refunds. I stated well you sold a product that does not work and the warranty company won't cover it. His only solution was to give me store credit which meant I would have to drive 40 mins to pickup a gift card. Upon speaking with another store associate I was told it's up to the manager, but he could have issued a refund in the payment method received as they have done it before. This whole process with Lowe's has been a headache, and the supervisor Adam has been smug and unprofessional during the whole interaction. His over and over response of "first of all" is not how you talk to a customer. I will no longer shop at Lowe's and will definitely make sure to tell everyone I know about this experience. read more

This place is great! Very clean, knowledgeable staff. Items are "as is", but they are very up front about the potential costs of repair and guiding you the direction of what you need. The product I bought at the Lowe's store was $899 + tax and I purchased it with with a ding and slightly cracked knob for $432! All of the staff I spoke to were nice and helpful, very attentive. Don't do it lol. Husband and I bought a fridge, washer and dryer first, they delivered the wrong fridge and I was upset because our food expired while waiting an additional two weeks in order to get another fridge delivered. Not only did they not have the fridge that I actually wanted anymore, but they had a more expensive model. The manager said that he would price match from the original fridge that I had wanted to the other available model. Upon filing the paperwork a week later, he laughed, and said, why would he price match a more expensive fridge. All in all, it took about four weeks to even get a replacement fridge. Next, the dryer was making a very loud banging noise upon first use. We had to call the warranty company and waited three weeks for a technician to come out. The only great part about this experience were the delivery guys, they were so nice and knowledgeable. There was one redheaded store associate who was pretty nice. Other than that the store manager needs more training on professionalism and how to speak to customers. read more

I have never had a better experience than the one I did with the Lowe's Outlet in San Bernardino. We started out by picking a washing machine and got some info on when the next sale would be (they told us that the next day they would have a sale going for 60 percent off). We picked out a washer and it was delivered swiftly two days later. It worked beautifully; we loved it so much that we drove 35 min back to the same location to pick out a dryer the following weekend. The dryer was also delivered by the same team (a very professional group of gentlemen who were on time and hooked it up with ease). We ran into some issues with the dryer, so I called Lowe's and Isela set me up immediately with a team to come and pick up the dryer and gave me store credit so I could pick out a new one. Adam, the manager, was absolutely wonderful and advised us on which dryers were recommended and helped us set up a time to deliver the new dryer at no cost to us due to the mechanical issue with the previous one. It was, quite literally, the easiest exchange I have ever done. This group of people was so professional and customer service friendly that I would not hesitate to buy all of my appliances here in the future! read more
