Strangest outlet I have ever been in. Used tools, returned & damaged items, appliances, new clothes, shoes, furniture. It's very eclectic. I didn't think the prices were great - lower than retail but it's no return and so many things look like they might not work or have all the parts in box, etc. some things are outright dirty. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!! from this company. I found them through offer up and bought a Kegerator for $600. On the description it stated the product was "like new" I was not expecting a brand new product but only for it to work and do its purpose to cool down beer. I had asked the seller if the kegerator can be plugged in to make sure that is worked properly and cooled down to the temperature needed. She had said that will be no problem and would have it ready when we got there and stated it cools down very quickly. Upon arrival, it was not plugged in so we did it ourselves, the temperature on it was 80 and we waited about 30-40 minutes and it went down to 73. The sellers kept insisting it works and will cool down so we took their word and purchased it ( they also told us to wait 24 hrs to plug it once we get home) After 24 hrs from purchase, we plugged it at home and waited another 24 hrs and the lowest temperature it went down to was 65 and kept going up and down. After trying everything on the thermostat setting, we noticed the sticker on it that stated it was returned due to the fact that fridge will not cool!!! Sellers could've mentioned that on the post and once we got to the warehouse but instead insisted the product works perfectly! Please do your research with this company because from the other reviews, it looks like most of their products are falsely advertised and don't work or are missing parts!!! Don't trust their word and thoroughly inspect the product before purchasing!!!! Not to mention the man I was speaking to about getting our $600 back was COMPLETELY obnoxious, rude, scammer, didn't let me speak, talking over me and eventually turned into an argument and accused me of tampering with the kegerator before returning it and didn't trust me. This guy only wants his money and doesn't care about his customers. Talk about being a hypocrite that sells bad items and advertises them as working products. read more

The prices are about half of Home Depot or Lowe's Michelle was a very pleasant sales rep to work with she also was very knowledgeable of the products being sold. First time shopping at liquidators marketplace. I saw some deals that I liked online and Joe from Banning over to the Moreno Valley store. I bought two fans and a water cooler and before I was leaving the lady said would you like to have me check the fans to make sure they work and I said oh yes that would be wonderful because I drove a little ways to get here and would not like that if I got home and they didn't work. So she tested them for me and the first one worked wonderfully and the second one made lots of noise. So I was so thankful she did this for me. Her name is Fatima and she was awesome and went and found another one that worked just fine. Thank you Fatima for going the extra mile and making sure I didn't have to drive back to exchange it. I definitely recommend this place and I can't wait to come back again. There is such a wide variety of anything you can think of! This place has EVERYTHING, you can furnish your ENTIRE home all in one place. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a young lady immediately which was really nice to see. I had a few questions about a few things in there and Sam answered every question I had. I was looking for something in particular for my home that they didn't carry; so Sam made it happen and immediately made one phone call and the item I wanted was there within an hour. I'm so glad I made a trip to this store after I had a horrible experience at water heater depot . First off, liqudator market is so organized you can easily find the things that you need. The most important is that the price in liqudator is half less than water heater depot. The owner from liqudator told me water heater buying stuff from them too. I don't normally give places bad ratings however I felt it was my duty as a consumer to warn people of their shady business practices. I bought a portable heater from this place. The owner/ manager found the heater I was looking for but it no box , it was their last one in stock so I bought it. As I was checking out the manager tells me that if there is anything wrong just to bring it back. When I took it home for my husband he told me there was clips missing and there was no way to use the heater with out the clips that hold the heater in place. So the product was missing an essential part and I thought no problem the guys told me I could return it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get back to the store for about a 1& 1/2 months. I don't live in the area and the days I work in Moreno Valley I work the hours they are open. So I came in to rerun the item only to be told by the sales associate that the manager would not return or exchange. So bottom line is they run a place with bad products & don't stand by their word. I had receipt and the heater was exactly as they gave it to me. It's just bad business practice . So I warn this place is shady, they sold me a bad product & didn't care. False advertisement!!! their prices on offer up are completely different than in-store Example they have sandals for $3 on offer up and in store they are $10. I was told on the floor when I was there $2 for a certain item but when I paid they charged me $5 there was also a table that said $1.99 bottoms& tops When I checked my receipt in the parking lot, they charged me $5 each. When I Went back to ask about the prices they told me that those were the prices and that the prices on offer up are a one day thing but they never stated it on their post as a disclaimer. Everything is final sale so I wasn't able to return it even though I bought it two minutes ago. Also when I usually buy something that is final sale at any store they always let me know before I purchase to avoid any conflict but in this case they did not tell me know before my purchase nor do they have signs stating, only on the receipt. so I was not aware. I am honestly better off going to Marshalls Ross T.J. max or DD's because there prices aren't that great either way cuz I checked the tags that were on the clothes and the tags on the clothes were clearance items from a store and they were still selling it for more there Then the clearance tag from previous store‍.
