I ordered 1 pallet and 2 XL Home Depot boxes first of all they sent me 10 little boxes over 2 months and half the clothes had security tags on them and the other half was dirty or damaged, I received 1 supposed tool box that came with roller skates, and 3 electronic pcs and I never received my 2nd tool box and I wrote them 25 emails and they never answered me, it's over 3 months now and I still don't have my full order and I probably never will, I also contacted them on their whatnot account because they are huge sellers on there and when I messaged them they blocked me, so they really don't give a crap about their paying customers, I wish there was a no star because that's what they deserve.Do your selves a favor and don't buy from these scammers they are 100 percent trash read more

Bought so many good deals from this business. Followed them for awhile on Instagram and made the drive over. Bought a Dyson vacuum for $100... a garden table set for $50...the list goes on. Shoes, little items I got for $4. The store is big and it takes some time to go through the items but for the savings it's totally worth it. Will definitely visit again read more

the worst! I ordered an Amazon box and it was ok. nothing great, but it was ok, Amazon clothes. I decided to try the premium Nordstrom box, boy was I surprised. There was not a single item in the box that wasn't worn, missing Buttons or broken zippers! not a single item that was wearable or sellable, I wouldn't even donate these clothes. I was excited for the deals at this store, and so I went to buy some air mattresses which they don't allow you to open to make sure they work... but they assured me they were good and new.... Well they weren't, both used and holes in them, totally unusable. And of course they're final sales so there goes my money to the trash! I should've gone online to check they're reviews and I would've seen from everyone here that all they sell is trash!! By far the worst liquidation center ever. Their Instagram and website seem professional, but today I was scammed out of over $100. I cannot in good conscious ever recommend a business that promotes products as a huge sale, but knowingly is selling broken items. To promote their business they advertised multiple TVs on a massive sale of $25. Like most liquidation stores they ask you to not open boxes, but I encountered 2 major issues. 1. The cashier overcharged me by adding a mystery box to my receipt. When questioned, she admitted to the mistake, but to prevent a hassle we just took a mystery box instead. The mystery box was filled with junk that seems to be the items that didn't sell form their bins. They advertise these boxes by saying that some boxes have $100 vouchers, but really the boxes are just filled with their trash. Additionally, after purchasing and paying employees snarled at me for opening the box outside of the establishment (must've been scared of everyone else seeing what they were really purchasing). 2. I waited 8 hours in the rainy and cold night/morning until opening for their advertised TVs. The TVs were hidden and spread out like all the other large items. We were able to get a hold of 2 40" TVs. When we got home, both LCD screens were broken. Still trying to be positive we called a few repair shops to get quotes. All the repair shops said the same thing, the LCD screen is not worth replacing due to the high cost and that they would not complete that work. read more

I mean it's OK it's really a gamble with stores like this. This is one of the cleaner stores as far as them getting all the junk that people leave behind out although it seems like they're constantly trying to use their customers for marketing. For example, the weather is up and down raining cold who knows what you get know. Tell you oh stay in your car, and then, when I get close to opening, they tell you to go back in line that's all marketing they want people to drive by and see a line outside that's fine but who's cost very unprofessional of my opinion and every time you make a comment to them online because they do online auction shows as well or in stores they always say thanks for your opinion. Well, unfortunately our opinion should matter we are the ones that are the returning customers, so do I recommend them? It's worth a try don't expect much because you notice more when you're a returning customer. On that note, another thing I've noticed is the rules constantly change they should put some more thought into things before they make them rules or before they make decisions or importantly, they should stand behind what they say. And I noticed some of the staff being a returning customer they look at you like what you're here again yeah we're the reason why the lights are on that's just my opinion so the staff isn't really friendly either. There is one person that is, but yeah. And they always close off the parking lot. Even if you're handicap reliant which several of us are our takes is one person to make a phone call you cannot block off the parking lot when businesses open especially deny handicap access. read more
