My gosh, this store did not disappoint and is huge, like the other locations I used to visit. The store is full of a variety of home goods for your bedroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard. Prices are really good and not too expensive, which is a plus when everything is increasing. The quality of the goods is also great, and they even have well-known brands like Oxo, which is one of my favorites. The cashier was also extremely nice and friendly. We had a conversation with her, and she was great with my mom. When I am in the area, I will def make another stop or just take the drive to get the newest addition to my house.

I'm not the type to decorate for Halloween, but seeing all the options here inspired me. They have everything from super simple Halloween decor to giant lawn ornaments. I was a fan of their Vctorian era goth decor. There were zombie heads and other body part decorations, pretty skulls, Wicked themed decor, etc. They're located in kind of a dead zone/spot, where the old Sears was located and there's tons of parking. It's super clean inside, not very crowded and it's a relaxing experience just to walk through and look at home decor.

The service was great many of the employees were knowledgeable with the questions I had. Not all were sure but they were able to direct to someone who was more familiar. I appreciate the assistance we received and didn't feel pushed into buying something I didn't want. They gave us the space to look around and figure it out. Not desperate for a sale which honestly can be overwhelming at times. The value of the product is great--we wanted to get something that is going to last and not something cheaply made that will be damaged within a few months. The padding and other components of this floor are the reason we decided to purchase from them. I recommend checking them out and seeing what kinds of deals they have in store. You save more money by purchasing in store than you would online.

PSA: Not a store! Local Pick-Up and Order services only!!…read more Located across from the Target in Ontario and behind the Toyota Arena area, this IKEA Order & Pick Up Services Center is a great focal point for locals who do not want to drive all the way to their closest IKEA to buy furniture!! I had ordered two limited edition shelves online and wanted to pick up from this store, instead of paying for shipping. I placed my order, and the two shelves arrived within two days at this store. I had received emails throughout the entire process. When it had arrived, I was given an email with instructions on how to grab my order. I came inside this store, and of course, the front is very small. It had display sinks and drawers. About four employees had desks with computers to help patrons with their orders. Someone quickly asked for my order number, and swiftly brought out my shelves. Brownie points because he also carried the shelves out to my car and put them in the trunk for me! It was very nice of him because I didn't ask for help; I could have easily carried the shelves myself because it was light enough. The process is quick and easy and this store is great if you know how to utilize it.
