Manuel was very helpful & he spent quite a bit of time with us explaining all the different options & even showed us using the monitor in-store to assist reconfiguring the layout plus designs of the sectionals. This furniture store is located in a strip mall along Central Avenue with Subway, El Pollo Loco & other shops within walking distance. parking is in a shared lot. I had my mind set on a specific one, we looked at all the warehouses close by and once I walked in here they had the exact stools that I wanted. I went to pick them up they were so friendly and helpful, they even assembled the chairs for us since they came unassembled in the box. The prices are amazing as well. I will be back. We own a second home on the central coast and had original rattan from 1987 which was looking older…read moreand our newer rattan from 2000 was in OK shape but the cushions had faded. We decided to invest in all new furniture. Our main home is in San Diego so we decided to visit King's Rattan showroom in Ontario. I had contacted a sales associate, Tim, ahead of time to make sure we could see the Concord and Sunrise collections. Tim was very helpful and brought out all of the furniture in the honey finish. We were impressed with the quality of the rattan, the choice of fabric, and the fact that Kings Rattan imports the furniture direct from Asia. Tim worked with us to find a good price for all of the furniture along with delivery to Cambria. We were lucky that a container ship had just been confirmed for docking in Long Beach the next week. We were able to confirm delivery for our next trip to the house. We purchased 4 bar stools and a 6 person dinner table set from the Concord collection and 2 lounge chairs, 2 end tables, a coffee table, a loveseat and an ottoman in the Sunrise collection. The furniture arrived within the quoted timeframe and luckily I was able to hire some young guys to unbox the new furniture and install it. We are extremely pleased with Kings Rattan! The quality of the furniture is excellent! Rattan furniture is an investment, but I believe that the price we paid at Kings Rattan was very good compared to a lot of online companies and it's wonderful to go in person and visit their showroom. I highly recommend Kings Rattan!

Looking for something that was all matching from bed frame, dresser, chest & maybe a nightstand. The bed frame was usually missing out of the ones I did like. But I do want to applaud Arnold C, he was super helpful & nice, lead me through the whole process & the gave me space to look through sections on my own so loved that they don't tail you there haha didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. Arnold was great to work with! So if you come here looking for something ask for Arnold C. ! He's the best (:

We had the absolute worst experience at Mathis. The sales associate rushed us through the process…read moreand ordered an ottoman that did not match our tastes or our couches' style. Then when trying to exchange it, they shooed us away to their tiny customer service department as much as possible. They clearly did not want to help us. The customer service representative would not even leave her seat to greet us or listen to the mistake that was made on their part. Because the item was a special order, even though we were improperly advised (and within the ridiculous 7 day return window), she simply told us no. Mathis will not help you or own up to any mistakes made on their own part. They want you to double check their sales team's work and make sure they order the right things. You know, because that's your job as the customer. Save your time and your money and shop anywhere else. I'd rather buy a cheap Amazon piece of furniture, because they'd at least treat us with respect. This place sucks and I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't ever shop here. People are pushy, rude, and don't care to treat you like a human being.

Not over the top like they are trying to sell you something but like they are genuinely trying to help you find the perfect piece. Got a gorgeous sofa and recliner. Had a certain budget in mind, but fell in love with the furniture and didn't even check the price. Lindsay had given me some time to browse. When I told her I'd take it, I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive each item was. Both the recliner and sofa are still absolutely flawless. Great price and great quality.

Wish I found StockMax sooner!…read more I picked up a great office chair at their San Gabriel location for a solid price--and they even threw in a free gift! This location has a wide selection of furniture: couches, office desks, dining tables, cabinets, and more. You can choose between preassembled pieces or ones that aren't. I'd recommend going with the preassembled options, since all the furniture at StockMax tends to have some kind of minor flaw. When it's already assembled, it's much easier to spot any issues. That said, most of the imperfections are really minor--like scratches (see photo as an example) --and it's definitely worth taking a close look before buying. I scored a dresser that was about $20 cheaper than what I saw on Amazon, and it had no major flaws at all. On top of that, the service was excellent. One of the staff even helped me load the dresser into my car. I'll definitely be back!

I wanted to update my previous review for Bob's Discount Furniture after completing the delivery…read moreprocess and it was just as impressive as the in-store experience. I received a link via email that provided real-time tracking and an ETA, which made planning much easier. The only caveat is that the ETA is constantly updated, so you do have to keep checking. For example, my original window was 3:30-4:00, but the final delivery time shifted earlier to 2:30-3:00. That said, the delivery team arrived exactly on time within the updated window. They placed the couches exactly where I wanted them, assembled everything including the stools and made the entire process seamless. Everything was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. I've loved the entire experience from start to finish; highly recommend!
