A cute little thrift shop that thrives on giving money back, especially to furry friends! This thrift store used to be located down the block, but was moved facing the street more in its new location. You can park turning into the street, but no longer coming from the back way. There are a couple of parking spots with the auto shops towards the end. I usually come on the discount days (Tuesday and Thursday's) for educators. I like to browse their cups to find vintage, floral pieces that my mom used to have. In addition to cups and plates, there are endless amounts of clothing articles, toys, books, jewelry, and miscellaneous pet items. Each section is separated towards a designated section, making it easy to browse. The ladies who work here are gentle and kind, always willing to assist you, if needed. Everything is decently priced and there are constantly great deals. I've come on a special sticker priced day, making my items (with the correct colored sticker) 50% off! I have to tell you, this thrift store is very organic and clean. It does have a lot to offer. But to me it was too pricey. I know the trend is thrifting now and days but again, if I am going to pay that much, I might as well buy it new. The people there are nice and maintain their items well organized. read more

We purchased Christmas decorations and used them for this past years Christmas tree. We've also purchased some nice clothing and some nice jewelry at affordable prices. Visited their new location, while it is nice and larger than the previous location, it is set up more like a boutique, with what I feel like is more boutique pricing than thrift store pricing. While it is to support the animal shelter, seems like their prices should be better. Not easy to see everything easily. Worst thing was everything I liked, looked at, would buy, was not for sale. My opinion is that if something is not for sale, then don't have it out on your floor. read more

I donate new or worn once clothes and shoes/boots. I only donate good worthwhile items. Mostly clothes. Maybe that's why prices went up for who says it did. Ha. Everything goes up everywhere. It's still less money than bought in a department store. read more

This is the BEST thrift store in Ontario! I moved down here roughly 2 years ago & this thrift store has NEVER disappointed. We're talking home decor, clothes, furniture, books, & pet needs. EVERYONE who works there is so friendly. They really take pride in the presentation of the store. Not only is everything extremely affordable, but they'll discount certain colors each week. I probably go here 1x a week at least, it's just THAT good. Most of my home is decorated with purchases & best believe my wardrobe is filled with thrift store treasures! The store itself is fine. They have a variety of things. Pricing runs the gamut. Some things are priced well, and others are way more than they should be. Honestly, there doesn't always seem to be a strong grasp on what an item is worth. The parking is a problem. This is an industrial area, so there are several businesses next to and behind the thrift store. There are about 4 or 5 spots in front of the store, but if you don't get one of those, you have to park elsewhere and walk over. I parked between the store and a neighboring business, and when I came out, the woman parked next to me had been the victim of a hit and run. She said this happens often in this parking area. read more

I've been going to this thrift store for some years now and I've found a few treasures here and there, but in the last few years I've noticed huge price changes and they don't seem to have many sales like they used to. They have taken the path of many thrift stores and use eBay to research items. This is fine, but they should look at what has SOLD on eBay to price items, not what someone has priced it at. They would move a lot more items if their prices were a little lower. read more

Came in during a delivery. Just to see what they have. I found a cat tree. $10! Not bad. The place is cool. Workers are cool. Not much to say. Honestly, my only small problem was being asked for ID on a $10 debit card transaction for a cat tree at a thrift shop. I understand this is probably typical procedure but really????????????? Didn't think the prices were that great. But then it seems most Thrift stores aren't what they used to be.

Since they can't delete criticism here, I'm posting here. First off, I'm really disappointed in their staff and how unprofessional and immature they've handled two recent situations. I've frequented this thrift for years- since they were at the old location. It's been a good place to find treasures and deals. Unfortunately, over the years, they're falling to greed, like most thrifts have, and the prices have been creeping up here and there. They're not as bad as Goodwill, but it's starting to toe the line with some items. I've even heard staff consulting with ebay to price items. I know they need to generate revenue, but they're getting free inventory. They don't have to price dirt cheap, but if I wanted ebay prices, I'd go to ebay. Given how thrifts like Goodwill are, I no longer donate to them and prefer to donate to this one since proceeds go to the animal shelter. I dropped off some donations the other day and went inside to browse. When I came back out, the donation drop off was closed and I saw someone going through the dumpster, which I noticed was much fuller than it was when I dropped off my donations a half hour prior. Inside, I noticed an item I'd donated was there. It was in good condition and not trash worthy (I would have tossed it, had it been). I took it back and will be donating it elsewhere. I'll likely also start donating everything elsewhere since the sorters have no problem throwing out perfectly good items that, what, don't fit the decor aesthetic that they try to keep up with inside? I mean really? They have signs inside, stating they need donations and yet the sorters are throwing out bags of donations, and the few pieces that I took a look at seemed fine, so who knows how much of it actually was not sellable? It looked pretty comparable to the stuff I see on the racks at times, so I'm not sure what their problem was. Which leads to the second issue- I left a comment on their IG, letting them know that they may want to check what's going on with the sorters since they're throwing out so much, how wasteful it is, especially since they're asking for donations currently. They deleted it and either limited comments or blocked me from being able to comment further. No idea which. Really, really immature response from whoever runs their social media. This organization needs to take a closer look at who they let volunteer considering how poorly these occurrences have been handled. After having been a big fan of this thrift and frequenting it for years, all this has really soured my outlook on how this place operates and the staff that they keep on hand. Do I want to shop here anymore? No idea. Will I be donating here anymore? Hell no. I was donating here, thinking they were better than Goodwill in that department, but apparently not. read more

Went in asked to put items to the side because they were big. The music was loud and I have a difficulty blocking out other noises. So the person Man/woman had to repeat 2 times. From the get go attitude rude as he or she could be and rolled eyes. Some disabilities aren't visible. Hope they get what they deserve in life. I left the things behind. read more

This store sucks!!!! All they have is overpriced junk and the owner or employee stared at me the whole time while I was trying to shop around like I was going to steal something. Definitely got a feeling I was being watched or profiled as a criminal because of my age or maybe race? Idk. Whatever they were thinking was wrong and unnecessary hard to shop normally. Also, they close really early during the week so it's hard for a normal person with a job to come here after work. The only negative is their return policy, they do not offer returns or exchanges.
