They deleted my review from last year, so I'm going to be posting it again. I bought my first house last year. And we went to this location to search for our new couch being that we only had a small couch from our old apartment. First off we got the wrong couch delivered. It was way too big for my living room size and layout. So right away I called them and they told me that there were no returns or exchanges. I explained to them that this was not the same couch that I ordered and they kept gaslighting me telling me that it was. So I got stuck with a big huge couch that supposedly was modular, but it actually was not. The quality is horrible and terrible. The couch cushions just come out. Thankfully my kids are young so this is kind of the couch that they're running to the ground before I replace it once they're a little older. Please do your research and don't spend your hard earned money here. Go to living spaces or Ashley furniture or another furniture store that does have a return or exchange policy. I paid nearly $3000 for the couch that I wanted only to be delivered something completely different. Then let's not even get into the delivery company that they use. Oh my goodness. As a very recently postpartum mom finding out that I was stuck with a couch that I did not even order. I was so upset. And the delivery guys just kept telling me about how big it was for my space and how if I put it a certain way we would have to walk around the couch to get into the living room. It seemed like they genuinely were just enjoying watching me be upset. I literally had to tell them that they needed to leave my house and they just kept standing there watching me try to rearrange the couch. I had to tell them again that I needed them to leave my house. They were already done setting the couch up and were completely finished with the delivery. I pretty much had to yell at them to get out. It was so weird. All around it was just such a horrible experience. I don't recommend them at all, the hassle of no return or exchange policy is not worth it, the quality is horrible, and the delivery experience just seals the deal to not shop with them. Posting it again because as a 29-year-old with three kids who just bought my first house I was so excited to have my house look the way that I wanted it. So honestly, this couch experience left me so sad. My husband and I work so hard for our money and it definitely tainted my new homeowner experience. I've learned my lesson and have since gone to living spaces. They are absolutely amazing and I will be getting my next couch with them. Buying new furniture should be a happy experience and you should have the option to return or exchange, especially when it's the store that made a mistake. read more

Happy to have finally find an Island stool thats adjustable, swivels, isn't online and already assembled. They are moving from that location soon, so the store had really good deals. The stool was priced $299, on sale for $120. All the stools in the store only had 1 available, but a second one could be ordered if needed. Lots of beautiful bedroom sets, and wish I would have gotten mine from there. I didn't see the type of dinette set I wanted, but they did have some really nice ones, if I weren't looking for a specific kind. Glad I made a stop there. read more

I could have waited for a new one but they sold me the floor model. I had to wait for other furniture to arrive Am so upset the leg just broke off. When we finally had questions she sought out the answers right away. She offered suggestions and addressed our concerns. We left satisfied with our purchase. There was a wide variety to choose from and there was customization options. We spent a lot of time considering pieces and the colors that would accent our home. We went during the Black Friday sale weekend and feel we purchased at a great value . We did purchase the extended warranty because we would still end up paying less than normal. Run away from here. I would never buy anything from here again. It took forever to get the furniture. They made promises and then lied about it. After I ordered a mattress they said they didn't have it in stock but would replace it with a different brand and it would take 30 days more to get it. When I said cancel it I will buy another somewhere else they said read the fine print. No returns. They could care less about their customers. They said sue me. I would have given 5 stars because there furniture is beautiful but I waited 2 weeks for my order to be delivered and they damaged my nightstand so they didn't deliver it and when I called about getting a new one they kept me in hold for 2.5 hours n when I finally got through they told me it would take an additional week for the nightstand to get to there warehouse and then another week to be delivered to me I was very upset because it was there fault they should have expedited that delivery considering they damaged it niw im left with a big empty space in my bedroom because I still have no nightstand and every time I call they keep me on hold for hours so frustrating read more

My family and I, went to Furniture City to see if they had any sofas or sectionals for our home on June 25th, 2022. The salespeople were helpful and we decided to purchase a sectional. The total, with tax and $299.00 shipping came to $3,021.81. We were told that the estimated delivery would be between 2-6 weeks. This is where it went from a great experience to a frustrating one. When we did get a call in late July to arrange for shipping, they had very limited days available, and with both my wife and I working, none of the days available would work for us. They said they'd call us back to schedule when they had more dates. They never called. My wife called them two times and we were finally able to schedule a delivery date for Friday, August 5th. They couldn't provide times until the night before, so we had to make sure we kept the entire day open. My wife ended up taking a day off to accommodate the date. They called the night before and said they would deliver the sectional between 11 am to 4 pm. On the date of delivery, we received a call from the driver at 2:42 pm saying they would be at our house in about 15 minutes. Approximately 30 minutes later, they were not at our home, and I tried calling the driver back. It went to a voicemail that couldn't receive messages. I called the store and they put me on hold while attempting to call the driver without success. They said they would attempt to get ahold of them and let me know. At 3:44 the driver showed up. I opened the door and said "Longest 15 minutes ever" when I to which the guy replies in a snarky tone, "Decided to take, uh, uh little detour." I respond, "Cool, I ran home for no reason." His response was, "Yeah, alright, my bad. Do you want your couches?" I reply that I am on the fence. He stared at me, and I said, "Actually, no. I'm good." This was also captured on video. His disrespect and condescending tone were jaw-dropping. What were they doing for that hour that they had me waiting? I immediately called the store to let them know what had happened. I also sent them the video as they requested. I told the lady on the phone that I wanted to cancel my order. She put me on hold for over 12 minutes only to come back and say that the manager who needs to cancel it wasn't there but that he would call me the following day to cancel. I ended up getting called the following night, at 8 pm, only to be told they felt awful and had watched the video. They apologized but wouldn't let me cancel the order. I told them I needed to cancel it or I would dispute the charge, which is what I ended up having to do to resolve the issue. I have not heard from them again. read more

I went into the store to purchase a bed and sectional and bedroom set. For $10,000 over priced On June 2022. I cancelled the order in August due too they didn't have the inventory on time and they lied to me about delivery date . After waiting for a long time finally it was delivered and to realize during delivery one of the night stands was defected and 2 of the dining chairs one has cut and one has glue of hard texture on the back these chairs is $500?! When it was delivered, my daughter face timed me to show me since she thought it was the wrong set. It was and while we were talking the driver just left and didn't say a word. When I finally received a call back, I was told how sorry they were and they would schedule another delivery for the correct set. They arranged to schedule the correct the following week. They scheduled a third delivery and finally got it right.
