The lady at this plant shop was very sweet. She gave me a nice discount and conversed with me while repotting my 2 succulents! She also helped me pick out the pots and the different rock toppers. Store very clean and really neat to walk through and browse. Definitely will be back here for future plant needs!

Petals N Wings is the cutest nursery and garden related products store I've ever stepped foot in! I stumbled in by mistake and I loved it immediately, it's big, it keeps going and going. The merchandise is wonderful, diverse and the displays are gorgeous. I love the variety of succulents they have here, they're beautiful. Great pots selection, lots of garden decor items -just darling, a little paradise. Reasonable prices, nice customer service. I could spend hours in this outdoor/indoor store. It's fun, relaxing, one of a kind. If I'd live in the area I'd come here often to shop. It's so hard to resist it!

This place is absolutely amazing! It's so much fun to walk around and look at all of the cute succulents and the fairy garden supplies. The owner even made this adorable unicorn succulent for my daughter. She put so much time and care into it, and was so sweet to my daughter. I will definitely be returning to purchase more succulents-their pots are so cute too!

We had our unit retreat today and everyone enjoyed themselves! We had some instructions and were introduced to various plants and decoration to make our own fairy garden. You have the choice to stick to a $15 budget or pay the difference for our retreat. We also have the option to bring our own pot and decoration if you wish. They have a lot of choices of plants and trinkets. Highly recommend this place for your own home garden needs or retreat!

I found this beautiful little garden shop here in Claremont. I love the feel of it. It's so warm and inviting. I brought my 17 year old granddaughter here to make fairy gardens. It was a wonderful to spending quality time with her putting together our fairy gardens. I recommend it to everyone.

My mother had been wanting to do a fairy garden for some time now and I was recommended to come here since we didn't have a clue on how to make her one. This place was amazing ! We brought some supplies and also purchased some there. They were incredibly helpful and really made it a perfect start to celebrating my mother's birthday! I'm definitely coming back to make my own fairy garden !!!

Cute little things to create a fairy garden. Plants & nice ladies working here. There are two seperate garden stores in what looks like one store . The other carries bigger plants, furniture & fountains. Its a way to do a fun lasting project with your kid, nieces, grandkids or add a little understated whimsy to your house plants or garden.

Valerie planted 100 of these ... each one with decorative rocks and each plant chosen to match each pot!

Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable shopping trip became an extremely uncomfortable experience. An employee with long, curly hair who was wearing a neck fan repeatedly followed us throughout the store. She asked me every few minutes whether I was okay or needed help. While I normally appreciate attentive service, this did not feel helpful it felt like I was being profiled, monitored, and treated as though I did not belong there. When I asked about a Halloween item I had seen advertised on the store's Instagram, she looked visibly annoyed and responded, "No. What's there is what's there." Her tone was dismissive, rude, and completely unnecessary. I was taken aback by the attitude I received for simply asking a reasonable question. I genuinely liked this store and made the drive specifically to see its new merchandise, but no customer should be made to feel watched, judged, or unwelcome especially while shopping with their children. This experience was disappointing and embarrassing, and it completely changed how I feel about returning. I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior and provides better customer-service training.

At first, I thought I was imagining it, so I deliberately walked to a different area to see if they would continue. They did. They tried to cover it up by constantly asking if we needed help. Within about five minutes, my friend and I were asked three separate times if we needed assistance. They also kept pretending to straighten merchandise and put items back on shelves right next to me while watching us. It was obvious what they were doing. My friend and I got so irritated that we just left without buying anything. It was clear we weren't welcome there. It's sad because I used to come here all the time in high school and throughout my 20s. I don't know what happened to this place, but they clearly racially profile their customers. You would think a store that sells so many products promoting inclusion and progressive values, especially in such a liberal city, would hold itself to the same standard. This is covert racism, and I will never be coming back to this establishment. Do better.

I don't mind waiting as they have many options. The real gems I found here are in the kitchen and dining section. They have some of the cutest kitchenware like strawberry themed jars, froggy glass cups, and sardine plates. For the matcha hobbyists, there are plenty of whisks and chawan bowls at reasonable prices. I've even scored two Hello Kitty cups from their clearance section. Nice employees here are definitely a plus. I prefer to be left alone, but they are quite helpful at the register. Take advantage of their membership for their perks. Returning for more great buys.
