Fantastic place with a lot of supplies and resources. The staff there are friendly and helped with all of my questions. I highly recommend it, we bought a bunch of succulents and we are excited about our weekend project!

The owners are always friendly and helpful. All the native plants I bought here never fail. One of my go-to native nurseries in the area.

Remarkable native plant expertise. Design skills totally justify the cost of consultation. Top end quality but approachable.

There plants were over priced and selection was slim. Left there and went to Home Depot and found a way better selection. Disapointing

I was in luck and found a great variety of indoor and outdoor plants, including a rare variation too (white princess philo)! The atmosphere was calm and clean, just what I want in a garden. Matt helped me pick out some plants to suit different people's needs (i.e. whether someone was just getting into gardening, what's easier to keep alive, etc). He was very knowledgeable and super helpful. So excited to give these out as gifts and will definitely be coming back to shop for myself! Would recommend.

I had always glanced over this location, and on this day happened to be in the market for some soil. The lot was thriving, not too crowded. People were looking about and soon a staff member took the time to show me some of their soil options and potting mixes. I settled on the organic palm and cactus mix. It was not dry upon opening, which I'm glad it was not, so far it's proving to be a fairly good quality. There's still some leftover in the yard. I saw many plants there. They had some pink aloe vera, along with a wide selection of succulents, which was nice to see. I had my eye set on something a little bit different though, an elephant bush. I knew they had some because some of the arrangements included elephant bush. So I just had to ask!Well, to my surprise they were more than happy to give me a longer tour of the southern part of the nursery, where they had far more sizes, big and small. I got to see some gigantic ones that I never expected to encounter in larger pots. Thank you Vic! It goes without saying I was impressed. Speaking about Vic, I just wanna say, many of the staff members were welcoming and went above and beyond to give me what I wanted. I was really impressed with Vic's extensive knowledge on house plants and his ability to help me find the size of this wonderful plant. Where I feel that most sales people would push you to buy a particular one item, Vic offered me choices, which I appreciate 100%. It's safe to say that type of salesmanship demands respect, and I will probably be coming back when I'm ready. Outside of my own personal experience, I noticed they have a variety of pots and fertilizers for all your growing needs. Always nice to see an assortment of pots and accessories for the home garden folk. Furthermore, Vic recommended a fantastic product as an addition to my watering routine, which within days has brought tremendous results. The plants absolutely love it, it amazing to think that this trip offered the plant, the service, and now the reassurance that if ever needed, they will be there to help answering any questions. That's all folks. If you have a problem with your project, there is no doubt they have the personnel to assist. Was a quick trip for me, but be prepared for an assortment of plant species and offerings.

They gave me great advice on choosing a tree and how to take care of it afterwards. It was definitely pricey but considering how difficult it is to find lychee, I am satisfied. The plants left a lot to be desired. They were so small, even though 2 that I ordered were supposed to be 15gallon plants. The grapes looked horrible and diseased. I emailed them and they said it was "cold weather spots" on the leaves and not a fungus. Cold weather spots... they are in Southern California and this year it was 100 in March... we didn't have cold weather. They offer no guarantee. They told me to remove the ill looking leaves.... It would have been the entire plant. I honestly don't think it's going to make it. If it does, it will be three years before it produces... not what I was expecting with a 15 gallon plant. If it's not fungal, it's a bad potassium deficiency, which is also concerning. The other trees were root bound. I will not be buying from here again. They offer a good selection, but it's not worth the questionable productI wanted to buy local, but it backfired. I had better luck buying fruit trees shipped from fast growing trees dot com. Disappointing. 2 stars because they deliver and responded to my email

Regarding the facility, it is the most organized landscape and material business I have seen. The area is sectioned off by material type and easy to navigate. In addition, they keep all of the areas clean. This time, we needed several cubic yards of rock for the final phase of our front yard landscape project. The staff members were super friendly and clearly had a background in good customer service. The ladies were so helpful and patient, while we selected what we wanted. They also made suggestions. Measuring cubic yards is not the easiest thing to do (at least for me), so I was a little concerned I might have ordered too much. The staff explained we could pickup the material in phases, and anything we did not need would be refunded to our credit card on file. Well, my measurements were slightly over what we needed, and the refund process over the phone was seamless. I highly recommend O.F. Wolfinbarger for any building or landscape material needs. They have a great selection, and the service is top notch!

They import beautiful hand selected koi from various breeders and maintain a high standard for beautiful, healthy koi. They also have great supplies that you cannot find elsewhere (ie, giant buckets for fish, big nets, high quality koi food, medicine, etc). They also check their koi for parasites, illnesses, and help you hand pick any specific breed you might be searching for. The negative reviews for Mystic Koi are mostly complaints about their customer service, nothing about their Koi and supplies. I actually appreciate the staff giving you space. There's nothing worse than walking into a store and being followed by the employees, peppered with stares and questions like "Can I help you?" Often times, ones goes to a specialty Koi store either to shop for something in particular (wherein, you'd go directly to an employee and tell them what you want), or if you are in the mood to browse (wherein, you don't want people constantly asking you if you need something). The only thing I'd recommend for improvement is that they open for more hours, but that is only a recent occurrence because of COVID. They're also family owned, so it is understandable that they are not open 24/7.

I was kind of hoping someone would help me, there were three workers there and I was the only customer. They did greet me and asked what I was looking for so I told them, they pointed me to an outdoor area and said pick what I like then let them know, I was on my own for a while looking at some unmarked plants in vats that said do not touch feeling overwhelmed and ignorant so I left back out the front door, went home, asked an ai chatbot what I needed then did my best to order it all from amazon: pump, plants, filter, little baskets, some kind of straw, and some seeds to plant around the pond, I also ran to Home Depot and got some pea gravel, overall a lot more expensive than I expected but it's a new hobby. I try to make it a point to go to stores in person, especially small businesses, I guess I'm older too so I come from a time when you could find experts to help you at the store vs online and I was kind of looking for that. Anyway 2 stars because I wasn't aggressive about asking for help and they didn't really offer. Lots of cool giant koi there for sale and probably everything else you need as long as you know what you're looking for.
