    I went here yesterday with a friend. I was able to get quotes and looks at different Tuff Sheds that they offer. After looking at them, I went into the store. It is a great location. It is very clean as I walked inside and outside. It seems like this place was easy to find workers to help inside and is in a great and safe location. In the past, I have got a few sets of window blinds here. I like the thick paneled ones as they don't break as easy. I also saw some items that I could get here for future use as home cleaning supplies. This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped at! Definitely will be back here again soon!

    Walked in with plants ask the 1st employee I see if I could get some plastic for the plants I want to put in my car he says go to the garden area out there . I asked if someone is there that can help me he says " I don't know " and walks away busy looking in his phone so much for customer service here

    Yesterday, I was on my way home and dropped by this Home Depot to buy some drano type solution for my Mom's bathroom sink. She's been having drain clog issues. I specifically was looking for the Green Gobbler Drain Clog Remover. I remember this brand worked really well with a toilet clog I had a while back. Well, it turns out Home Depot no longer carries the industrial potency version of the Green Gobbler (normally $40+) in their stores. Hence, I was going to get the lighter potency version of it for $12+... it probably would have taken me 2 or 3 rounds in order to get the clog taken care of LOL. I asked the staff member who was nearby me if there is a brand he would recommend. He said Instant Power is the brand he uses and it has worked well for his drain clog issues. It was $13+ which isn't much more than the Green Gobbler's price. I said why not... so I got the Instant Power instead. It has this printed on the bag that holds the bottle, "GUARANTEED to work or it's FREE!" Wow... now that's confidence! LOL It did work... drain clog no longer exists! No freebie for me LOL. Thank you staff member for your recommendation! Thank you Instant Power for your guarantee! I don't normally visit Home Depot unless I have to pick up something specific. However, whenever I do, I have never been disappointed with the welcoming staff and friendly & helpful service. Kudos Home Depot staff! Continue to do what you do best! And THANK YOU! For everyone else out there, be Home Depot inspired!

With no time to check for quotes I saw all the five star reviews for Angel Sky and called at about 2:15pm. The technician was scheduled the same day between 4pm-6pm. To my surprise Vahan called at about 3:20pm and arrived fifteen minutes later. Vahan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed my suspicion and replaced the drain pump with an OEM LG part and had the washer working again in about 90min. I really don't know about price repair comparison as I had no time to check with other companies but I was so happy to get it repaired that quickly that I didn't really care. It was about a third the price of a new washer.

Happy to see he is open to communicating. Do not, under any circumstances, buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. My adventure with this company started May 23rd, 2024 and continues to this day. I am a single dad with four kids at home, so typically would not spend the time to write a detailed review. This deserves an exception. I bought a Thermador refrigerator and freezer from Hovhannes Sayadyan (also goes by Sean). The freezer was missing all four door bins. Hovhannes promised he would order the bins and get them to me as soon as possible. That never happened. Over the course of the last 18 months, Hovhannes and Lem had one excuse after another. Below are a few examples: Excuse 1: "The freezer door bins are not currently in stock with Thermador." [I called Thermador... yes, they were in stock... yes, they were available to ship the next day]. (July 2024) Excuse 2: "I submitted the order in May. They lost the order, so I'll reorder now." (Aug 2024) Excuse 3: "My parts guy will be back on Monday, he is the one that ordered the shelves. I'll get back with you Monday with an update". (Aug 2024) Excuse 4: "The four freezer bins are on back order... not currently available from Thermador". (Aug 2024) [I called Thermador again... yes, parts were in stock and ready to ship]. (Aug 2024) Excuse 5: "We ordered the four freezer bins the end of May, then order got cancelled (due to payment issue), then we reordered them on July 25" (Aug 2024) Excuse 6: "I have two of the four door bins and can send them on Monday. I'll talk with the owner and will let you know about other two". [Freezer door bins never arrived. Never heard back about the other two either]. (Sept 2024) Excuse 7: "No update on the four door bins" After multiple text message requests for updates. "I'm out of the country currently and will let the store know" (Oct and Nov 2024). All text messages and voicemails ignored after this point. After no contact or updates from Appliance TV Outlet, I called the store and talked with Lem. Seems like a nice guy and really wants to get the issue resolved. I forwarded Lem all the previous communication with Hovhannes. Lem was very kind and apologetic. He said he would "get on top of it on Monday, and would do his best in order to resolve this as soon as possible". (July 2025) Additionally, drove to the Appliance TV Outlet store twice to see if the issue could be resolved in person. It's 1.5 hours each way to get to Glendora from my house. They were very nice in person, and seemed eager to get the issue resolved... yet absolutely no follow-up after I left. Excuse 8: "Thanks for waiting, I think I got the freezer door bins but wanna make sure they are correct, can I ask you to measure the width of your freezer door from inside on which those trays go on?" [Sent measurements to Lem immediately]. (Aug 2025) Excuse 9: "Sorry was out of the store. I asked the distribution center to ship the bins that we got here for you to check and see. You mind if I double check with them tomorrow?" (Sept 2025) Excuse 10: "Apologize for the late reply, the freezer door bins provided were also the wrong size, so I got the right ones myself and reordered them. This time looked into everything personally and made sure it works. Will receive details on arrival date today". (Sept 2025) Excuse 11: After three weeks of calling and texting Lem, his response... "Hi, so sorry for coming back this late. We have sent the bins back and are waiting. I think two bins are arriving tomorrow, so I will ship those right away". (Oct 2025) I asked if the bins came in... Lem said yes, then asked for my address. I immediately texted my address, and Lem said "Thank you. I will let you know as soon as we ship it." (Oct 2025) Door bins never arrived. Lem has been completely unresponsive. Have been calling Lem and sending text messages since his last communication a month ago. It's now November 13, 2025. Nearly 18 months since I bought the freezer. Simply asking for the four missing freezer door bins Hovhannes promised when I bought the freezer. An absolute waste of time and energy. Here's where you can avoid all this nonsense. Learn from my mistake. Absolutely do not buy anything from Appliance TV Outlet. For whatever you might save up front, it will not be worth the endless headaches if any follow-up issues arise.

Should have been 2 twins. Received a phone call from Gilbert, delivery pushed back another two weeks. Any more delays and will cancel order and ask for refund. Best part of story is mattress delivered in third week by very courteous gentleman who set up new mattress and hauled away old mattress. From my personal experience, go elsewhere for a mattress.
