Wonderful place to get appliances great price and some are actually new great customer service

I purchased a washer-dryer set online 3 days ago, paid for it, and expected to go to the will call and pick it up. The next day, when I tried to print out the invoice, I saw they had canceled my order and said I would receive a refund in a few days!!! WTF!! Bought an LG microwave and I asked to test it before I bought it. They said "you can return it and get your refund if you bring it within two days if it's not working". Also before I bought the microwave I saw a customer get a full refund in front of me. I go home and test it and it does not cook at all. There's no signs around the store that say "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" anywhere or else I would not even bother buying anything. I did not receive a "policy" until I bought the microwave and it said it on my receipt. AFTER I BOUGHT IT THATS WHEN THE RECEIPT SAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUND! TOTAL SCAM!!!! The Indian guy from "support" was no help at all and was laughing half of the time and kept pretending he was 3 different people. This is the place where you wish Yelp would have a "0 Star" option. I came here to find a washer and dryer at a savings. I was looking for scratch and dent and came based off their multiple postings on offerup. I had my parents come look for a specific set that they had just posted on offerup. When they got down there, the worker said they didn't have any and would be getting a shipment on the weekend. Great so they false advertise just for foot traffic. I went down a few days later and walked in. I spoke to one of the YOUNG workers (teenager?) and asked him if they had washer and dryer sets for sale. He said if they did I'd have to look. I asked if the sets were together or I had to look at them one by one. He said they were not together and it was up to me to find the matching pair. Last time I checked I wasn't an appliance expert. Without models numbers or names present I was walking back and forth trying to match brands and than look to see if any of the sets were matching. The workers did not give a S&*t about helping. They say cash only and don't offer any returns, refunds or warranties. After spending a half hour trying to pair a washer and dryer, I gave up. How hard is it to keep them in sets? How do you not know your own product? I do not recommend this place. If you like to get ignored, hear kid-workers talking unprofessional than this is the place for you. I found a place closer to my home that had a cleaner, organized showroom and bought a washer and dryer set in brand new condition. I paid more for a top of the line Samsung unit and was happy to do so, it even came with a 90 day warranty! I'm glad I didn't buy from Appliance Liquidation. read more

Their "warranty " is a scam. They will give you the run around. We've been calling to get our beverage cooler fixed for over 2 weeks every single day and the same Indian dude on the phone just tells us "the technician will call you tomorrow" and the call never comes. Such a rip off, the as is price is because it doesn't work at all. The repairs cost more than the appliance. Recommend the Lowes down the street, at least there is a warranty. By the way when you go in there and they tell you there is a 30 day return or replace, 100% a lie. Some douche from Texas with extremely bad customer service was rude and said regardless of what the employee says, there is no such thing! Do not shop here. We found a fridge on Offerup that led us to this place. It was filthy but they claimed everything was working and that they had tested it before, so we trusted them and purchased it. It ended up not working at all. We asked if we could get a refund. They initially said no, but after explaining to them the situation, they told us to bring the fridge in and they will issue a refund back to the card after "verifying" my identity. They said they will give me a call for verification, even though I was there in store with the same card that I used to purchase, which I did not understand. Never had I had to verify my identity for a refund back to the card. I never received a call for verification, the refund was never issued, and the customer service was terrible. We went back to the store to demand a refund and they suggested that we just take something of the same value of the fridge. We asked to take the microwave and they said that it was actually just returned by someone because it wasn't working, surprising that they actually told us that it didn't work before we took it. All this to say, do not shop here, it is a scam, it's not worth your time and money and effort. read more

We went in just to browse and the second we walked in the door they followed right behind us I told them I would find them if I had questions but the girl stayed right on us the whole time. I would be giving 0 stars if I could. Do not.. DO NOT purchase from here. Big waste of time and money. We purchased a fridge from here and spent over 1200 just to get home to realize we bought a broken fridge. The fact that they never answer their phones is a huge red flag that goes to show this is not a professional business. The phone connected is an iPhone, I called multiple times and texted and received nothing in return. The employee in store also shows how much he doesn't care about any of the customers coming in. Fortunately we were able to get someone out to fix the fridge and he let us know he actually purchased a massage chair from here before and it was broken as well. Curious if any of their appliances actually work or if they're just selling a bunch of shitty returns knowing they can get your money. There's also no returns. read more

Purchased my fridge December 3rd. By February 20th it had gone completely out. Customer service SUCKS and just gives you the run around. I couldn't even get a technician to at least give me a call to "troubleshoot". Everyday I called and would get told "oh they'll call you tomorrow, oh they'll call tomorrow." This place is such a scam! They have eventually blocked my calls and my father from calling. We have never yelled or screamed at the man. We always expressed our frustrations as PAYING customers, even apologizing to the man because he is the only one answering my calls every day. I've asked him numerous times to get me a supervisor and he just gives some BS excuse as to why he doesn't have one available everytime I called. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! read more

Never go and I mean never I went in to replace a dishwasher I told the man what I was looking for he looked at all the machines they advertised 70% discount! NOT DENTS! Th3 machine was wrapped so I cold not see and it is all jammed together. More than I wanted to pay. I am almost 80 so I had to trust I was being told the truth! I paid cash and should have known THEY HAVE NO COMPUTER OR PHONE evert(ing 8s sold on a no return basis! That was fine I needed a dishwasher and never was I told it had dents! My daughter went to pick it up and in the front we4e two huge dents! She called me I told her do not take it! Went back to the store exchange for a machine that was not dented. Jesus who had worked at the place for five years said they all had dents... this is false advertising. They would not give me my money back so I am stuck with a dishwasher with huge dents in the front. NEVER buy anything from this company. You will be so sorry unless the dents are ok with you. I should have been told up front all the merchandise had dents. That came straight out of the mouth of Jesus. Who runs a company with no computers and no phones. A wide selection of appliances which is great. But the fact that you can't even get in touch with them is very frustrating. Tried calling, emailing, and even went in person to try to get a solution for the mini fridge I had bought that stopped working completely. For $90 I got a MagicChef mini fridge with a freezer that didn't even cool correctly. Stopped working after a couple of weeks and tried to exchange or return it but couldn't reach anyone to help me.
