    I've been using Monoprice products for over 10 years now, starting with 12' HDMI Cables, a Wallmount, and all cable routing accessories (which are now holding up a 4K 65" LED TV). It is pretty awesome that they now are a large brand with tons of different products. The local will call makes picking things up a snap and I love the friendly staff working the front desk. I will continue to get amazing quality products at a fraction of the cost, and I always recommend Monoprice to everyone I know.

    Edit: Monday, 8 January 2021. I have since changed my review from 1 to 5 due to the excellent level of support I have received since my initial 1 star review. I was hoping for them to make things right, seeing as I've been ordering from Monoprice for years on end and did not want to stop doing business here, and guess what? They have. Unfortunately, the 150 inch mechanical screen I ordered, because I did not want to have to work on assembling a screen again, does not fit up my apartment's stairs so it's having to be returned and it's either assemble a screen again or continue with the imperfections of wall projection, which I will be ordering from Monoprice. To quote a scene from "Gangs of New York," whoopsy daisy! Again, Monoprice has been very accommodating since the initial errant screen being sent to me and to say I am pleased is like saying I am fond of breathing oxygen. Leaving the original review below for posterity's sake. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a 150 inch fixed frame screen for an insanely good price, $450, to setup a home theater in my living room, waited more than two weeks from order to delivery, prepared a huge work area per the PDF manual, opened the package with bated breath, started assembling it... and boy was I beyond disappointed when I found that they sent me the 106 inch screen. I contacted support, demanding compensation in the form of a discount on the $1500 mechanical one I was going to buy to replace it because I was NOT going to go through the hassle of assembly again. I was prepared to pay an extra grand or so to Monoprice, minus something for my trouble for the wasted time I had just endured, both in waiting and the assembly work for a screen whose size I neither wanted nor ordered. They refused. Refund only. I am done as a Monoprice customer and, unless Monoprice reaches out to me to offer me compensation for the nonsense this colossal blunder that has delayed setup of my home theater by weeks, I will not be buying so much as a 6 inch USB cable from them from this point forth. I work in IT in a fairly high capacity and my friends and family come to me for tech advice; guess whom I'll be telling to avoid? When I ordered a bed via Wayfair, the first package arrived with two left legs for the headboard. The second time, they sent me a right leg for the wrong bed. I demanded compensation or else I would never order from them again, I got $150 refunded, and finally got my bed assembled. I still shop at Wayfair. Due to this blunder and subsequent "nope, refund only, we don't care about all the time you lost," that does not apply for Monoprice going forward. Good going, guys.

    I didn't know this place even existed until a coworker ordered a replacement electronic part online and had me go will call it because I was in the area. The drive was not that bad from the San Gabriel Valley. It was 36 miles going inland from the El Monte area. The location is right off the 10 fwy East and the 15 fwy North. The Monoprice location is basically a huge warehouse with a will call and showroom office in the front. Luckily they hang red will call banners outside to make it easier to find. Most of the warehouses there looks the same. Monoprice sells a variety electronic features. They sell gaming accessories, HDMI cables, regular cables for usb, speakers, phone accessories, etc. Basically anything in the electronics gadgets field. The service was quick. I walk in the fellas on the front counter greets you while you show them a will call number with a copy of what was purchased so they'll go in the back to get it for you. People kept coming in and out for pick ups. There are plenty of parking spaces outside to accommodate. But regardless, nobody stays a long time. Yes I like this place. But it's better to look through their website first to find out what they have.

We came in needing a small replacement part that was missing from a sound bar we purchased as part of a $1,500 order. They didn't have it in stock, so we had to order it, annoying, but not the end of the world. What was frustrating was the attitude from the salesperson helping us. First, he pushed the more expensive option available, then seemed personally offended when we noticed there was a cheaper one on sale. Considering we were replacing a missing part from a brand-new purchase, you'd think there'd be at least a little understanding. The sarcasm kept going every time my husband asked a question, to the point where I had to walk away before I matched the energy. Honestly, if helping customers order a small part ruins your whole day, maybe it's time for a break and a Snickers bar. Customer service probably isn't the best fit if doing your job feels like such an inconvenience. So if you need a TV or any type of major electronics, I would say skip the Rancho Cucamonga store. There too many other Best Buy locations to have to deal with lousy Customer Service.

He also said "yeah, she's looking for it" but we kept saying "you have it in your hand. That's what she's looking for." Then he says "oh... here". My fiancé had to tell him to tell the female worker to stop looking because he had it. Then he says, "oh yeah... hey..." Ridiculous. Our items ended up beeping at the front entrance because the security tag was still on the skirt I bought. We went back to ask the Target employees to take it off, but they asked me "what can we help you with?" Did the not see us alert the front entrance? She checked my receipt, then took off the tag. When I told her to keep the clothes hanger, she made me put it back instead of taking it for me. It's all the tiny things adding up, that had made this a frustrating target trip. These workers don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are distracted, rude, and carefree. If I don't need to come here, the I won't be visiting.
