He was so slammed with work that he was unable to do it same day. But promised, to have it ready by 9:00am the next day. When we showed up at 9:02, he was there with a smiling face. They now gave a Self Serve copy machines but only 2 and people hoarding like it's their home office. Anyway it's time consuming from getting in line to use, entering your personal information to plastic credit options, so if you're in a hurry you'll be Late getting your copies. Black ink was washy not dark enough to to Fax, I guess I got the left overs. If you choose color ink expect to pay more. At almost $.48 for each copie I was not impressed. Overall I didn't like that the cashier was available but I had to "Work" Crazy new employee less business.

I received several recommendations (thank you CC) and decided to go with Game-ER in Chino. I took my nephew in yesterday and he got to meet and do business with Jimmy. He was so helpful, and an absolute pleasure. Today, my nephew couldn't get his Wii to turn on, so he had my Pops drive him straight to Jimmy to check it out. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging!
