He was quick and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time and price point. However, upon receiving my iPad back, I now have this very odd "wrinkly screen" look. I thought it was maybe a new screen protector that he put on badly (I had one on before), so I removed it. That was not the problem, so now I just ripped off my screen protector for no reason and my iPad is left with this very strange and unpleasant look. Absolutely the best service! If you ever need your phone repaired, this is the place to go. Hamzeh can fix just about anything and gets it right the first time. I initially took my phone to a kiosk at the mall, but they ended up damaging part of the motherboard. They told me it was beyond repair and that I'd never be able to recover the important files I had on it--I was devastated. Thankfully, I found Hamzeh. I went in today to get a loud speaker replaced on my iPhone 16 pro max he replaced and it works perfect but of course when it rains it pours now my microphone most of went out..... so I call and he tells me to bring it back and he worked on it while being bombarded client after client coming to his window. My son's Apple iPhone 13 wasn't working. The front screen was black after dropping it while skateboarding. I looked around for some quotes and found this spot nearby us in norco. We were worried it wouldn't be able to be fixed but Hamzeh said he could replace the screen and have it repaired in 15-20 minutes. I didn't think it would be that fast. But he called me back within 15 minutes and said it was ready. I couldn't believe how fast it was fixed. If I would have known it was such a quick process I would've come here sooner. I am extremely disappointed and regret taking my business here. On September 2nd I called the business to get a quote on an IPhone 14 Pro Max battery replacement. Back in May of this year, the back glass to my iPhone had shattered and the repair tech advised me that shards of glass could potentially affect the battery and if I ever saw my battery/back glass inflate, then I needed to get my battery replaced. I was unable to get in contact with the original repair tech so I decided to look for other locations that could do my repair which is how I ended up here. I called, i got a quote over the phone for $120 and advised the repair tech I would drop it off immediately. I arrived at around 11:15 am, the repair tech told me it would take around an hour to an hour and a half and he asked me for a phone number where he could call me once my phone had been fixed. 1:00 p.m. rolls around and no phone call. 1:30 pm rolls around and still nothing. Finally at 2:30 I decide to reach out to the repair tech and check on the status of my phone. He admits that he forgot to call me to let me know my phone had been ready over an hour ago. Thankfully I live in the area so I went to pick up my phone after we had hung up. Once I arrive, the repair tech tells me he has good news and bad news: the good news was that my battery was being affected by shards of glass and it was able to be replaced. The bad news is that he damage/broke my front screen in the process of repairing my battery. There was a green neon colored stripe running through my screen which made using my phone impossible. I would dim the brightness of my screen all the way down and that light'-saber effect would not change. Of course, he offered to replace the screen that he had damaged but he had to order the screen replacement and it would arrive hopefully by Wednesday. I was off that Thursday September 5th and had to keep calling the repair tech in the days leading up because I was never given an update on the status of my screen replacement. I was able to take my phone in on Thursday, the screen replacement took less than 30 mins, and I was done. Once I get home, I realize the screen that had just been replaced is causing me issues: it not longer reaches the end of the phone like it originally did, there is a lag when scrolling on my phone, red and green pixels could be spotted on the screen, I could no longer tap my phone to wake it, my notifications were no longer lighting up my screen, and my screen would freeze specially during a phone call so I would not be able to hang up. I called the repair tech as soon as I got home and he asked me to bring it in over the weekend to look at it. I was able to take the phone back that weekend (September 7-8) so he could take a look at it. I explain to the repair tech all of the issues I am having with the new screen and he mentions that the after market company/provider he gets his supplies from "just came out" with an updated/newer screen replacement that he's going to order and will switch it out for me. He stated that the upgraded screen replacement should arrive by the end of the week (by the end of September 13th) so I could bring my phone in to get the "upgraded" screen replacement. On September 15th, I called the business and drove over to get the upgraded screen replacement and the business was closed, even though their schedule states they are open on Sundays. On Monday September 16th, I was able in to get in contact with the repair tech and I was told that he was still trying to get the upgraded screen replacement but it was still out of stock but "the shipment should be coming in very soon." I asked for an update/check in by Saturday September 21, and I never got an update. I find it unacceptable to have to keep chasing a business for an update on the service they promised and offered. I regret taking my phone to this business because I walked away with more issues than what I went in for. I would not recommend this business based off of my personal experience here. I confided in the highly rated reviews and was disappointed in the experience and service I received. I am no longer interested in receiving any "upgraded" "updated" screen replacement since I was lost trust and confidence in the quality of service that is promised but not provided. read more

Hamzeh saved my wife's iPhone, in turn, saving my life lol (IYKYK). Apparently, her aftermarket charger overheated the charging diode which is adjacent to the screen diode which rendered the screen inoperable. Luckily, the screen was still intact and functional which could have been $$$ to replace. Luckily, dude in the yellow closet did some magic on the motherboard and it worked! I have children with smartphones so I have had my fair share of time visiting phone repair services and this one has far exceeded my expectations! The service technician, Hamzeh, was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. He gave great advice on my daughter's phone repair before I dropped the phone off and made sure I was comfortable with the decision I made. He even demonstrated the potential problem with the phone with a model of a phone to help me understand. I really appreciate that because I am a visual learner and love to understand what services I am being provided. She need her battery replaced and the back of her phone was shattered. He gave me a price quote before and I was able to pay when I picked up. He is located in a small booth of a shopping center with plenty of parking but also ability to drive up. He was able to fix her phone in 45 minutes so I was very pleased with the time frame. He is open 7 days a week so that's great for emergency situations.
