Honestly I don't know what's up with any bad reviews. This guy is willing to go above and beyond, it's not his fault that things go wrong sometimes. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure it works and figure something if it doesn't. My phone worked then stopped working 3 times, I took it back and he happily fixed it every time. He's so kind and never gives me any issues. The phone company (t-mobile) places the wrong imei connected with my number and he called himself to fix the issue when he really didn't have to which is why I'm writing this review. I took my phone in for repair over 4 months ago and still have not received it back after several phone calls and visits (to find they weren't even open during regular business hours). Communication has been horrible and several empty promises have been made and never followed through on. The first time I went I was happy with the service I was given extremely happy with how they fixed my phone .. however it's been about 3 months since I got my battery replaced & this morning my phone wouldn't turn on tried to go in this morning around 1030 ( keep in mind they supposedly open at 10) when I got there they still weren't open , so I went to run some errands came back around 1140 STILL not open very unprofessional so I went to another place down the street and I was told that when my phone battery was changed they broke the battery connector clip so that completely threw me off , kept calling them all day to see if they ever made it to open but they didn't so clearly they are scammers and I will never be going back to this place. Was told to come back on Monday for screen protector after I paid in full for it the previous Thursday.(26$) Go on Monday only to see there closed an hour early at 6pm when it clearly says they close at 7.
