The customer service representatives whenever you call the 877-476-3451 number are completely uneducated always give you different answers to the same exact question and act like they can't get anything done that you ask them to do. Horrible fix. They broke my SE phone when I needed the screen replaced. A certified Apple repair person found the motherboard bent and loose screws coming out of the phone after this place changed the screen. Had to buy a whole new phone. Honestly I don't know what's up with any bad reviews. This guy is willing to go above and beyond, it's not his fault that things go wrong sometimes. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure it works and figure something if it doesn't. My phone worked then stopped working 3 times, I took it back and he happily fixed it every time. He's so kind and never gives me any issues. The phone company (t-mobile) places the wrong imei connected with my number and he called himself to fix the issue when he really didn't have to which is why I'm writing this review. Dude never called me that day. I called the next morning and he said he'd call me back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed, so I went to the store and he said he was waiting for an approval from AT&T to unlock my phone. Not to mention he was Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If he would've mentioned in the first place that he's a middle man, and not a business owner, I would've wasted my time elsewhere. I took my phone in for repair over 4 months ago and still have not received it back after several phone calls and visits (to find they weren't even open during regular business hours). Communication has been horrible and several empty promises have been made and never followed through on. I even gave a second phone as trade in for the repairs that never took place, so I'm out 2 phones. There is a new story or excuse every time and it cannot be trusted. The first time I went I was happy with the service I was given extremely happy with how they fixed my phone .. however it's been about 3 months since I got my battery replaced & this morning my phone wouldn't turn on tried to go in this morning around 1030 ( keep in mind they supposedly open at 10) when I got there they still weren't open , so I went to run some errands came back around 1140 STILL not open very unprofessional so I went to another place down the street and I was told that when my phone battery was changed they broke the battery connector clip so that completely threw me off , kept calling them all day to see if they ever made it to open but they didn't so clearly they are scammers and I will never be going back to this place. I suggest everyone goes to any other place but this one. Was told to come back on Monday for screen protector after I paid in full for it the previous Thursday.(26$) Go on Monday only to see there closed an hour early at 6pm when it clearly says they close at 7. So I then come back on Tuesday only to be told the screen protector was shipped to wrong place.
