Absolutely unhelpful. I took a VR headset in to be evaluated and hopefully repaired but I left after going through 15 minutes of an upsell for whatever insurance it is that they offer. I did not feel comfortable leaving my electronics with this business since I didn't buy the insurance. How could I know what they might do...? if i could put ZERO i would. Customer service is absolutely shitty. They said couldn't find me in there system despite having my phone and the main person on the account being present. i had to go as far as to show my billing to prove they were charging me. When they finally took my device they told me that it would be up to 7 days. that was December 29 2025. on January 9 2026 they called asking for the password because they were barely going to start working on it. the delay isnt an issue, we can wait. its the lack of communication thats irritating. they also said that they would call back with an update but no call was given. when i mentioned that to the rude employee he said and i quote "maybe you didnt have service" but i already check call logs both on my phone and with my server and no call from them seems to be missed. after i ensure that my device is up to proper quality by a third more trust worthy party i will be cancelling the subscription to ausorion. and will be taking our business anywhere else but here and i suggest anyone reading this does the same. read more

Do NOT COME HERE. My whole experience from start to finish with this "repair" company has been horrible and has resulted in me having a broken console. I made an appointment 9/29 for my playstation 5 for A DISC DRIVE REPAIR as my console stopped playing any sort of disc - game or movie - it would either constantly try to load the disc or would end up just giving me an error. Beyond this issue however, the console worked perfectly fine. No other issues. 9/30 I bring the console in for the appointment - let them know that the issue is the disc drive and that I need it replaced. They let me know that was fine and repair for this issue is between 2-5 days and they will give me updates regarding the status of my repair. Here is the start of the problems: ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. I get a single phone call 10/1 at 6pm 1 hour before they call, asking again what was wrong with my device - I tell them JUST a broken disc drive - and I am informed I will be updated before 7pm that night. I do not get that call. 10/2 and 10/3 - silence. No calls. I use the tracking number provided for updates and nothing - my device is 'still awaiting repair'. I tried calling a few times only for the number to not go through, beep, then disconnect. 10/4 I go in person for an update. I'm told their phones weren't working and just got fixed, then in regards to my console they were awaiting the part, which was the disc drive, to arrive. They said that they ordered it 2 days ago and it takes 2-3 days to arrive. I ask them to check and they say the part will arrive that Sunday (10/6) and then they will be able to perform 'same day repair' and let me know once it's done. 10/6 arrives - nothing. Still no communication. I check tracking and it says still awaiting repair. At this point my PS5 has been there for 7 days, two days passed the original 2-5 day timeframe and the only amount of communication that has happened has been me reaching out to find out what is going on. 10/7 - still nothing. I check the tracking and it says still awaiting repair. When I get home from work a few hours later I check it again and suddenly the tracking now says that my device is ready - but it is UNREPAIRABLE. Still no call from them to let me know about this. Because it says that it's ready despite being unrepairable I decide to go pick up my PS5. I go and pick up my console and they inform me that they 'tried every which way' to repair my console but it is unrepairable because the issue with the disc drive is due to the piece where it connects to the motherboard so they cannot fix it. He tells me there is no cost - and then tries to sell me the repair plan that 'if the covered device can't be repaired the device will be replaced' which I say no because I just want to take my PS5 home and be able to start gaming again. Except I can't. I get home and plug in my PS5. I log in to make sure everything is still working like it should, update my games and back up my stuff, and it's during this process that I suddenly get an OVERHEAT WARNING from my PS5 that it's too hot and then it force shuts down on me after about 30-40 minutes! I have had this console for 4 months after launch but I NEVER HAD ANY OVERHEATING ISSUES WITH IT. Besides the disc drive not working which basically left the console a digital version of itself - it worked great. No issues. I let it cool down and attempt again. The overheating issue proceeds to happen 2 more times and during the second time I listen and notice that my fan isn't working - it isn't turning on at all. So they did something or broke something that caused my fan to stop working. This all happened 10/7. Tonight, because of the overheating issues and the broken disc drive I decided to take out of my extended ssd. My husband was helping me when he noticed that the adhesive strip that kept the PS5 wires for the drive and fan under it was raised and lifted the adhesive strip. When he did so, he saw that the fan's female pin connector to the motherboard was positioned loose and tilted. Which would explain the fan not working. And because of THIS, after taking out the SSD my husband then proceeded to look at and remove the undercover of my PS5 to take a closer look at the motherboard where he THEN discovered that the fan female pin connector was COMPLETELY broken off, attempted to be soldered back on, failed because of all the burn marks noted on the piece, then poorly glued back on the motherboard with a conductive adhesive because when the connector was torn off, the traces that should been embedded in the motherboard are gone. So. They broke the connector to my fan. And tried to hide it and say that it's unrepairable because of the connection from the drive to the motherboard - but no. It was fine without it's disc drive. My console now is unrepairable because THEY broke a piece on my motherboard resulting in it overheating and can't be fixed! They broke my playstation 5. read more

Horrible service. It's has a bunch or fraudsters. They keep pushing the Asurion insurance even after you tell them no. They said if you sign up their work has a warranty but without it, it's as is. And sure enough their work wasn't good. Came as my phone had a warranty repair needed. I was stressed that it would take forever, that I'd have to drop off my phone and be without it for days. Instead it was fixed within ten minutes. They replaced the entire screen so fast! The delay was simply them waiting for Google to authorize the repair which even then only took an additional 7 minutes. I can't recommend them enough! I won't go there again. in two minutes he insulted me 2 times and mostly I think because he didn't know what to do. I needed the hinges replaced on my beats studio three headphones. I had tried to do it myself however and it needed to be soldered which I can't do. after I explained we needed to be done because he said he didn't know what to do he said I'm going to be honest it will cost about what headphones cost. I explained that I had called a few other places and they all said it would be about $100, and that my headphones cost 400. his reply was oh what are these studios. I said yes they are confused since they clearly say studios in four places on the headphones. I said if they were only $100 I would just replace them. When he said oh yeah well I prefer XYZ brand. I know nothing about headphones except for I have a pair that I like and they are broken. for as he continue to try to speak I just said thank you anyway I'll go somewhere else. terrible experience with a very clearly inexperienced technician. literally a minute from my house so it's unfortunate. we have five iPhones so I would have liked to be able to use them for our assurion claims. however I'm sure our phones wouldn't have been good enough for him. read more

Would give zero stars. Went to get a screen repair and apparently phone was not sealed properly - this was evident when new Samsung Ultra got light water contact for maybe 1 second. Samsung website indicates that these phone can resist water up to 1.5 meters depth and length of 30 minutes. However, when I went back to the store to show that the phone was obviously not sealed properly (you can see glue on side can be pulled off and air came out if you blew into the charging port), they refused to look at it or hold it and refused service. I contacted their customer service, which they recommended I go to the store for a diagnostics ! The solution to my issue was apparently to do what I already did and hope the outcome was different? They never took responsibility and had rude customer service by person in shop. Sent phone to Samsung and they replaced my phone. I went months without my phone. Will not ever return and will not be recommending to anyone. Do not repair to Samsung standards. Felt discrimination against as a woman of color - unacceptable! read more
