Both repairs were completed quickly, and everything worked perfectly. A few months later, my laptop touchpad started acting up again, so I took it back. He inspected it, explained the issue, and replaced the part again under warranty at no charge. I didn't even realize the repair was still covered. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, gives honest advice about whether a computer is worth repairing, and never tries to sell you something you don't need. That's hard to find these days. Both of my computers are now working like new again. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy computer repair shop, I highly recommend this place.

The selfcheckout is normally closed in the morning, so the lines do back-up. So I started doing curbside, and that is so fast! IF you don't mind not wandering the isles, the curbside pickup hits the spot. I ordered and within two hours it was ready, and once I got there it took less than 5mins before I left. I do like to walk around and see what's new, but unless I "need" something I normally will just do curbside pickup. If you don't mind lines, the selfcheck out is ALWAYS faster.

He was able to work his magic to get us some great discounts that really lowered the sale price. Sticker price was $1600 and we got it for $1000 (before taxes, delivery, takeaway, etc.). Typically buying large appliances is stressful, and I was stressed as I was trying to decide, but to my surprise, I left with zero stress about the big purchase. Couldn't have been a more positive experience. Be sure to ask for Bob if you visit! Note: the store has a lot of liquidation items in stock (maybe all?), although he did say you can order boxed appliances. I'd never bought a display product but I couldn't argue with the price. And they write down any damage if present, so you know what you're getting will be in good shape when it's delivered.

Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, Justin cleaned it up for free and had me back on my way in about 10 minutes. UPDATE: i went to a different best buy location and i was able to return my tv for a FULL REFUND. they didn't give me any issues with the return an didn't ask about the missing part whatsoever! they saw that the tv was in brand new condition and returned it. that goes to show that this location is clearly just problematic and they hire rude people who have no customer service skills at all. I was still able to use it, but it no longer closed and a piece of metal was sticking out where the frame of the screen was. One night I fell asleep with it on my lap and when I picked it up, the screen slammed shut and I think I pinched a wire off because the screen when black and I couldn't turn it back on. So I took it in and Martin was able to get it back on and attach the screen with a few screws and get the screen working again so I didn't have to buy a new computer! Thank God! So Thank You again, and I still promise to bring you all my extra older computer parts and electrical stuff. One more thing....I did get my computer back in less than 24 hrs. I could have picked it up the same day, but I didn't have time. Also, I would recommend this place over other places I have used in the past for computer or phone repairs!
