    Came in to the store to upgrade two phones. April was very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. We left the phones at the store because there was a lot to transfer over. On our way back to pick up the phones April's shift ended but we had the pleasure of being helped by Victor. Victor was super patient with us as we struggled to remember passwords (getting old is fun right?) and finish getting the phones set up before we left. Thank you April and Victor for your help today!

    Best Experience as soon as I opened door I was greeted and given multiple options. Thank you Reina!!

    I have their dedicated hot spot. Finally started using it only to find out how spotty the service is! So much for having excellent coverage!

    Don't come here. They are terrible customer service. They make you wait 30 minutes to buy a charger. This store is the worst!!!!

    Almost 5 years ago I used BTS to design and install an Allworks VoIP phone system. The install was…read moreflawless and the performance up until yesterday was flawless. A power transformer blew up down the street and the resulting power surge took out a few computers and the VoIP PBX. Our business ground to a halt. Despite not having a service contract, BTS was on-site within an hour. They managed to repair the power supply the next morning, saving a lot of time over getting a replacement unit shipped, and restoring service in a half day. The on-site technician was extremely competent and made all the right decisions. I could not be happier with how BTS came through for our business when we needed them most. I'm sure there were some good people behind the scenes as well, so a big thank-you to the entire BTS team for such outstanding service.

The website has no information on remedying this topic. I wrote an email requesting a manual or some way to fix this minor issue a week ago since we don't have a maintenance contract (and could not justify getting one since we have not needed it since the system has been installed over a year ago but for this issue which was there since the phones were installed) and didn't even get a response back. We were forced to contact BTS to set up a fix it ticket and arrange for maintenance assistance and then were told they no longer offer hourly service assistance and instead we have to set up an annual MAINTENANCE CONTRACT to get the TIME fixed! WOW!! One issue that has a less than 10 minute solution and we are expected to buy an annual maintenance contract for that solution. Had the phones been set to the proper time to begin with this would not be needed. Or if the clock loses time by itself over time it is not the customer's fault but the manufacturer's, yet the customer must pay an annual maintenance contract to get it remedied. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend Business Telecommunication Systems.

I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. The price I paid was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you Mike, Javad, and the Starlight Tech team!!

They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful. The Ubiquiti ecosystem is more expensive, but I didn't mind the investment, especially with two industry experts leading the way. In the future, I do not doubt that Starlight Tech will be my go-to if I require any additional networking! Additional Details: My house is a single family, 2 floors, 3326 sqft.
