Daniel was Awesome! Helped my father and myself out. We had been trying to get Wireless and I thought I set it up this morning, but shortly after I received an email saying the order was cancelled. So I decided just to walk in. No line (which was unusual) Daniel helped us out right away and got us wireless service. He was very professional and as my dad said "he knows his Sh!t". T mobile charged me 300 three weeks after canceling service. I called ritter service number and they told me I had to come to this retail store for the refund they promised 6 weeks ago. Standing here for over an hour while these clowns do nothing. Three reps are mopping the floor. I will never get t mobile again, their customer service is bass ackwards. read more

Came in to the store to upgrade two phones. April was very helpful and made sure all our questions were answered. We left the phones at the store because there was a lot to transfer over. On our way back to pick up the phones April's shift ended but we had the pleasure of being helped by Victor. Me a nervous wreck since accounts including some bank accounts linked to that phone. Tmobile quick to sell me new phone i bought and paid for immediately...and no, none of the cheaper ones. Took them 3 days and 3 visits to activate since i did not have a tmobile sign on code!! Charging issues last few days. I even spent the money for new charger and new cable. I was very much disappointed with my experience at this place today and Lizeth specifically. It seemed like I was putting her out to start with. She was less than enthusiastic to help me. I told her I was interested in the same type of plan but was interested in a new phone. She was reading something on her tablet for a few minutes and it wasn't til I asked her what she was doing before she explained to me what she was looking for an appropriate plan for me .. then she insulted me with asking me if I was 55. Who does that? She needs coaching on sales in a really big way. I'll never go back to this store. read more

Horrible Customer Service . Came in to upgrade from an iPhone 11 to an iPhone 12. Salesman Julio said he had just sold his last one . I then decided to get an iPhone 13. Julio said he only had 1 left . Ok??? He insisted on pushing the iPhone 14. Kept asking why would I want the iPhone 13 ? It would be very hard to find accessories & the iPhone 14 is better anyway. He Was very very pushy. He should listen to his customers & their budget. I understand he wants to make a better sale but he needs to be considerate of others time & money . Went into T-Mobile yesterday to get a SIM card for my iPad. When I walked in a lady who I believe was the manager (I didn't catch her name) came up to me right away and helped me with my account. When we were done, she had Alexis help me with my SIM card. Alexis is a true people person and I appreciate sales associates like him. He was very helpful and knowledgeable all the while carrying on a genuine conversation. I am very happy with my experience at this location and will probably only go here for now on. read more

First time being a T-Mobile customer and my experience with Victor was great. He was able to help me out create an account and buy phones for my daughters. The only issue I had was with one line that was transfer to my account but was able to fix it the next day. It tends to get busy so expect a wait. read more

When he didn't have an answer instead of just giving me some line he made sure to to check on that for me and make sure to give me an answer before I left. Jonny helped me and my friend today and we left happy with a new phone and a deal that fit our interests/budget. Jonny went above and beyond with his customer service. Walking in to a physical location with actual people you'd think you would actually get some help by T-Mobile.... NOPE!!! T-Mobile is by far the worst most unprofessional "business". I have had an issue with closing out my relationship with them because I switched providers that has been unresolved for TWO MONTHS! After speaking to over 15 representatives (including online chats), getting transferred numerous times & being disconnected almost every time I called in I decided to go in to a T-Mobile location. When I asked for help I was told they couldn't help me because they don't deal with cancellation. Yet again another T-Mobile disappointment! Went here to place an order for the new samsung s10. The gentleman that helped my wife and I told us we would only be charge $100 for the phone deposit and $20 for the service. He said once the phone come in I only get charge $120 because I been with T-mobile a long time and have good credit the tax was being waive. He show me on his ipad. I thought it was weird not to pay tax but hey I'm saving money. I got the tracking number for my phone then I check my bank account. I got charge $191 so I got charge for tax. Called tmobile they didn't know what I was talking about and there is no tax credit. This store have people giving false information to customers and need to train their employee. read more

I had been in such a state of disrepair when I arrived to T-Mobile. Phone was locked. So I wasn't able to use the service I'd just purchased. That's when Berlin suggested I trade my phone. When I learned I'd be able to exchange it for an $800 credit toward my next phone, it made the upgrade a no brainer and couldn't have worked out any more efficiently. Thanks again Berlin. read more

If you have a basic reading level of a six year old, you will be more informed than the employees here. I went into T-Mobile to switch to a cheaper plan than my current AT&T contract. I decided to go with T-Mobile due to the reasonable rates, plus the inclusion that streaming music does not count towards data usage (as advertised in store and online). After discussing the plan I wanted with the customer service rep, I said I chose the plan due to it including the streaming music feature (I listen to Spotify constantly). He then informed me that the feature was only attached to the more-expensive $80 plan. I then showed him (and the other two employees that came over) online where it said differently, and showed them in their own brochure where it said the feature was included. I was told, point blank, that I was wrong and that their Web site and brochure are incorrect. One of the employees actually started laughing at how wrong I was. So I walked out and traveled a bit further to the other T-Mobile store in town. They knew exactly what I was talking about and informed me that customers complain constantly that the employees at the Sixth/Smith store either are incredibly uninformed on their products/services or purposely try to mislead in the hope of upselling. I would avoid this location at all costs. read more
