Had a great experience here, Marley did a great job addressing my request and saved me some money. I recommend this location.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 21 years. A few days ago, I went into the store to upgrade my phone. The representative assisting me scanned my ID, completed the transaction, and sold me the new phone without any issues. I was also told I could keep my old phone for up to 30 days to make sure everything transferred and worked properly. Today, I returned to the store to trade in the old phone. This time, the representative told me they could not accept it because the name on my ID did not exactly match the name on the account. I go by an abbreviated version of my full name, and this was the exact same ID that was accepted just days earlier when I purchased the new phone. The store employees then instructed me to update the name through the T-Life app. I attempted to do so multiple times, but it would not work. After that, they told me I needed to call customer service. I sat in the store on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone answering. Frustrated, I eventually left. When I got home, I called customer service again. The representative I spoke with told me the store employees were incorrect and explained that the change had to be made in the store and that the employees in the store should have been able to make the change themselves by calling from the store's phone. Now I am being asked to return to the store again to deal with the same employees and resolve an issue that should have been handled properly the first time. Instead, I will be mailing the phone back. After more than two decades as a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. When it's time for my next upgrade, I will switch carriers. read more

I went to this store Sept 26, 2026 to upgrade to Iphone 18. I was placed on waiting list as 2 other persons were already being helped by reps. I was the only person on the waiting bench. A young white woman came & she was helped before me. A young white male came & he was helped before me. Nobody said anything to me why those 2 persons were helped before me. I left the store telling the rep why 2 other persons were helped before me. I happened to be a senior Filipino male. Is this store RACIST or just lacking in proper customer etiquette. This store is BAD! Needs managerial review & employee training. NOT RECOMMENDED read more

Useless store. Had a replacement router and tried to drop it off directly at the store. Hey wouldn't accept it. What's the point of having a store if it can't handle the most basic logistics for customers. Do not recommend using. Once the in person people get you signed up they are useless for anything else. This is just a store to sell you subscriptions and get you on plans. Not to actually assists existing customers. read more

My son and I went to upgrade our phones Friday morning. Jeren Davis helped us out, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service we received at this location. Mr Davis was very helpful and we had a great time chatting with him while he got us up and running. Thanks again my man. read more

My iPad screen cracked and I took out into this store to get it fixed. The gentleman that helped me is named Jeren. He was cool calm and collective. He helped me get their new Internet where my home was covered in the service area. Usually have mediocre experience at cell phone stores but not today had to write a good review because the service I received from Jeren was exceptional. read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Corona, California

Joanna was so sweet and helpful. We were previously told it would cost a lot of money to upgrade our phones. After sitting with Joanna and going over our options, it was less the half the amount we were originally quoted. Thanks for the great customer service and taking the time to help us today read more

Second HORRIBLE Experience in as many years. Just wanted to drop off a home internet router for my husband, that we had cancelled service on via telephone transaction (also a horrible experience). Was told the account holder had to be there with an ID in order to do this. What a crock of SHIT, the account was closed, why not just log the equipment in as returned and make a happy customer, but NO, even if I just wanted to leave it they said I would get a non-returned equipment charge. Worst customer service, glad to be RID of this horseshit company. Never to return. read more

Thank you to the staff at this location everyone was very kind and helpful. Jeren was very nice and took the time to help me activate and transfer data over to my new phone. Thank you so much Jeren I really appreciated your help. read more

t-Mobile is by far the worst company ever they overcharge you your account is never the same amount. It's always higher than what it actually is. There are a bunch of thieves and you walk into the store and they treat you like garbage. They think they're superior than you they act like they have PhD's in there working a minimum wage job, which doesn't require much to do. read more

Management is awful. Both manager and assistant manager lack efficient management skills, and customer service. After being assured by Joanna she was dismissed to take her lunch and was supposed to continue to help us upon her return. She had been with us from 4 PM until 5:30 and we were supposed to return at 6 o'clock to resume our transaction with her. Because she was the only Spanish speaking representative, they forced her to assist other customers that were arrived after our 6 o'clock return time. She was finally able to continue with our transaction at 7:15 pm that originally started at 4 PM. I spent a total of four hours just to add a line and a new phone to my plan. However, Customer service from Joanna was amazing. I would definitely recommend her if you go to this location. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and product and plan knowledge. She is definitely an asset to this corporation. read more

The manager at the T-Mobile store in the Crossing is very rude, I don't even want to remember his name. I a business account holder with T-Mobile for more than 21 years, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with the T-Mobile store and store manager. I was able to call customer care over the phone and get what I needed. I give the store and the manager 1 star. if there is half start, I would give them. read more

Discrimination and abuse of authority My phone was fine and the divided not to trade it in! Night don't recommend this T-Mobile store read more

Worst customer service ever. Zero effort to apply any form of customer service and when competitor promotions and pricing are brought up the "salesmans" response was "well you gotta do you"....btw, veterans, Verizon offers basically the same discount and if you take your current phones over it's actually cheaper. Plus...huge discounts on new devices with trade ins WHERE PHONE CONDITION DOESNT MATTER. Just saying....several decade long TMobile customer out! read more

Be careful at this location came to buy a new phone and for years I never get the insurance due to I have a spare if needed. After there trying to to sale me different plans and upgrades waisting time.I wanted to pay for new iPhone 15 in full this way there were no changes on my old plan and be done. They kept insisting trade my old phone in and make payments on new, well after I was finally done and supposedly no changes I left. 10 months later I call customer service to enquire about wireless router and of course trying to up sale me again on phone on my plan I noticed that when I purchased the phone they added insurance to my plan $18 a month that I never noticed because I have direct pay from business account. So for that whole time they took this money from me and will not give refund, also wanted to speak to supervisor and won't get response back from shady company! read more

The staff are so extremely patient, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Josh did a fantastic job helping me out first via telephone for 25 minutes, then on my next phone call, and finally in store when I did the switch from my old carrier to T-mobile. He made it so easy it was wonderful. I passed 3 t-mobile stores to get to this one because for me, customer service is everything! Give this man a raise! read more

I'm very pleased with the excellent customer service that Vanessa & Angel gave me with my new MiFi portable Wi-Fi !! They were very informative on the advantages of getting the protection service as well. From head to toe this is the best T-Mobile location around, all of the staff members have a great deal of respect for their clients and I'm happy to be one of them. read more

I just want to say how wonderful Victor R was when handling a situation about a lost phone I ordered. Victor took his time and helped me get another phone and spoke with customer service to help resolve the matter. It took over an hour and he stayed with me the whole time. I needed to activate an OLD iPhone for the time being until I'm able to get a new one. Marina helped me out today and she was a total life saver. Marina and Lupe were so nice and beyond helpful with my situation. I love T Mobile way more because of this experience. Thank you guys again so much! read more

This store alone, made me switch to Verizon. Only one staff member was helpful, the rest give up on helping. T-Mobile isn't professional. They loose packages. They lost mine twice. And they still have yet to refund me. Instead of ordering a new iPhone, I ended up ordering a nightmare. They affected my mental health so much. Verizon would never. Verizon is so much more professional & so quick. T-Mobile made me officially realize that. For their lack of professionalism & responsibility, I made the switch. I encourage you to do the same. read more

I got a new phone middle March. The T-mobile agent said he could save my money by a different plan. I just got my bill and the rates went up (not including the monthly charge for new phone) and a plan with 3 phones was switched to two plans. I have just spent 1 1/2 hours getting situation corrected. I will never trust another T-mobile agent or this Corona location. Very bad customer service!!!! read more

Happy customer! They treated me like a friend and gave me a great experience! I'll definitely be back to see David, Marina, and Lupe

Had an amazing experience working with Jennifer at this location. She was super helpful with getting my two phones activated after coming from Sprint. She went above and beyond in making sure we could get our phone data and everything transferred over with ease. Was very nice and answered any questions we had every set of the way. So glad to have a wonderful experience transferring over after 17 years with sprint. Amazing job! Will always come back to location for anything I ever need in the future. read more

Decided today last minute that I wanted to upgrade my phone and switch to T-Mobile. Raymond was extremely nice and accommodating, gave me a good deal, was able to find the color phone I was looking for. I called before I came in and he was able to provide me with all the information I needed so that when I came in, I had everything ready to go. Very happy with my experience today, thank you Raymond for making this an easy switch read more

Jay was super helpful to me when I was trading in my phone for a new one. He brought out a bunch of cases for my new phone to see which one was the best for me. I didn't end up buying a case (none of them were to my liking, nothing against him) but I did end up getting a screen protector and he was nice enough to install it on my phone. He also helped me transfer all my data to my new phone and was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The other employees also seem very nice and helpful. Overall the experience was great, I did not feel pressured to buy a bunch of accessories. based off the customer service alone, I would recommend this T mobile store to anyone. read more

Great customer service! It definitely seems like the reps there are looking out for you. They're not only well-informed but they're also very personable and considerate. My family has come here numerous times and we can say every person that helped us went above and beyond. Covid wise, one time we went there was a line and they had people wait in their cars which was actually really nice because we could just relax until a rep was ready. Other times there was only one or two customers in the store so there wasn't any pressure to rush. They all masked and there were plenty of sanitizer pumps around the store. I could have ordered my phone on the app but I knew I needed the expertise of the trustworthy representatives at this T-Mobile to make the right call. I was not disappointed! I highly recommend. read more

I have much love for this location! Went here on the whim to sign up for a pay as you go plan! Cristian politely welcomed me to T-Mobile. Cristian was easy going & worked-out the best deal for my budget. I was impressed by his professionalism, he kept the deals coming! He informed me about the lastest updates on Apple Watches, Products, accessories, and Apple Care insurance. What I liked the most about him is how knowledgeable he was when it came down to the Apple products. He had the patience to explain how each product worked and what to look out for. Before leaving I had everything that I needed and more than what I intended to buy! Loved the T-Mobile Deals! Now Guadalupe made my day by fixing my broken screen protector. It was really nice of her to apply the new one that I had just bought for my iPhone. & Gabriella (the store manager) is a hard worker. She made sure all my needs were met before leaving. Thanks T-Mobile Fam! I appreciate everything that everyone had done for me today!!! read more

We just made the switch to T-Mobile and had some complications in the beginning. Marina helped SO much and fixed all the problems we were facing with the switch. She did it all with us in store, that way we did not have to sit on the phone for hours with customer service. Definitely recommend seeing her if you ever visit this site! read more

T-Mobile is a rip off , dishonest. They did a bate and switch on me. They lied by constantly contacting me say my phone wasn't going to no longer work because of there new upgrade and that they where going to give me a discount. I they sold me a phone for $799 and gave me a $600 discount I tried to pay the balance but somehow they started billing me for $4.35 per month for a balance that I should not have had. Now that I no longer want there Service they aren't king on another $400.I would never recommend that any one do business with them . First and foremost they sold me a phone that was suppose to be new and it barely lasted 5 months and the whole screen was gone and this phone is still give me problems. It is a piece of shit and they want me to pay a deductible when the phone was received at the end of January. I will be filing a complaint with every entity tights I can. I never had any issues like this with Sprint. Sad just sad very bad customer service this is why they are loosing customers. read more
