My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. Trung also gave me a free screen protector. Highly recommdend Trung and his dedicated job.

They offered to replace the screen at no cost. Told me to come at 10am. Got there at 10am.. waited till 11 till the guy finally came.. showed up with an amazon package... it was my screen that he ordered off amazon. Seriously? If that was the case, i'd have done it myself. I brought it to a store thinking they would use better professional quality products. Even after the repair my phone ended up dying again in about 4 hours MAX when before it would last the whole day with constant use. My screen was also so dim. I had to end up buying a NEW PHONE. I wasted so much money thanks to this place. Just buy their cute phone cases. That's the only reason why i'm being generous and giving them 2 stars.. their cute phone cases. They are located on the lower level of the Asian Garden Mall also known to the local Vietnamese as Phuoc Loc Tho. They have accessories for Apple products as well as Samsung products. They have a huge selection of cases, cords, and screen protectors. They're even able to make custom cases with logos and photos. I've yet to have one made myself, but I've seen their work and it's pretty darn rad. My dad has and IPhone X, which is an older model and cases for it are not the easiest to find anymore because of age. Mobile Maxx makes it super easy to find cases, cords, and accessories for past models. The reason I frequent there is I'm clumsy, and not always the most careful so often times you can bet that I have a scratched or cracked screen protector. They have a screen protector plan that is $30 for the initial payment and they will replace any cracked or scratched screen for just $1 FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE PHONE (awesome right?). They also install the screen for you, within minutes. They will create a profile for you and take down your phone's serial number and match it when you return, no cheaters allowed! To replace your screen, you will either have to have your receipt, plan card, or a picture of both in your notes (which they thoughtfully create for you), so there should never be any issues to prove your purchase! Mobile Maxx is a small business, local to me, and they provide exceptional service, which equates to me being a LONG time customer. See ya, probably in a month or 2 Mobile Maxx!

I brought in a cracked Apple Watch and it worked perfectly the only thing wrong was that the screen was cracked. I came here because they were well recommended. Monday came around and called in and got told that the screen that they put in cracked so they ordered another and had me come in Wednesday for it. I came to pick it up and the battery was dead so when I got home I charged it. I went to put my password in and it would go through no matter how much I tapped the screen it wasn't working so I called the owner and I was told to come by to get it fixed so I did. They put another screen and this time around when they gave it to me it wouldn't turn on.. I hate to say it but they were making excuses and making it seem like I brought it in already damaged but that wasn't the case. I was refunded my money but I'm frustrated about this whole situation because at the end of the day i just lost a perfectly good Apple Watch.
