Extremely professional we were greeted at the door all I did was give them my phone number and we got in line which moved rather quickly even though they were busy All the staff was friendly and pleasant. They must like working there. I witness several different difficult customers being helped by these individuals that were patient, calm , collective and absolutely professional. I was amazed My wife and I are not tech savvy so going shopping for new phones and a new plan is extremely difficult for us and unwanted. I would rather get a root canal. Well, that all changed when we were helped by ULISES GARCIA HE WAS OUTSTANDING !!! We have been back into the store a couple of times to purchase other products because of this young man how helpful , professional and patient he was with us even although my babycould've bought the same items on Amazon at lower price. My husband was looking into getting a new iPhone. A little weary because of the inflation going on... When we came in we were greeted and felt very comfortable.. We asked tons of questions. The manager Moe and the associate Andrew did a great job on answering all of our questions. Everything was explained to us very well and clear. DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE!!! I purchased a phone here and they charged me $165. I asked and they clearly told me if you don't like the phone just bring it back. The phone kept dropping calls and when I placed calls they couldn't hear me. So I took the phone back and the manager who was super rude and unprofessional told me there was nothing he could do for me because their computer said that I had previously returned the phone for another one and that I had been refunded for it already. I was in shock at the lies he was willing to tell just to not have to exchange the phone. I had another phone from ATT which I bought and asked if they could hook it up. They said it would be $35. I paid the $35 and they then told me the phone was locked (another lie) and that they could not refund my $35. So I go to try to call ATT on the phone I bought from them and he tells me its off. They shut it off to try to hook up my ATT phone and if I wanted it back on it would be $25. I didnt want to be with no phone so I had no choice but to pay it. So I went to exchange a phone - they tell me no and burn me for $60. Talk about scammers!!! I'm telling you guys - you do not want to do business with these guys. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Read to the end, trust me. The entire company of Metro is terrible, from corporate to corporate stores to authorized dealers. This location is more helpful than other locations so we have made the commute out to Stanton from Riverside County many times. We have been with MetroPCS since 2009 as a family of four lines, yet their system changes the start date of your account every time you modify something significant like when the phone bill is due. So it shows my line as starting since 2011 when we definitely have been with them since 2009. This is important because when my mom's LG phone went defective, they said she has only been in the system for two years and they mistreated her stating that it doesn't show she has been with Metro for that long. My mom has owned this LG phone for approximately 9 months when it started acting defective. The phone screen would flicker or delay switching in between apps. It would need to be restarted to receive text messages and text messages that were a week old appeared. It would say "Sync not working" or "No SIM card" where there was in fact a SIM card and SD card and Google accounts for backup. She visited this location on November 20 for troubleshooting after an authorized dealer in Garden Grove tried to just sell her a refurbished version of the same phone as a solution, *sell*. An associate named Joanna factory reset the phone as an attempt to troubleshoot and assured my mom that if the reset does not solve the issues, she can return to replace it since it qualifies for the free warranty replacement under 1 year. As you can probably guess, the reset did not solve the issues after 3 weeks and my mom asked me to accompany her back to this corporate store because I am more tech savvy to support. As a full time working professional, we went in the evening this last Friday and first spoke with an associate named Andrew. My mom understandably frustrated with both device and Metro network issues explained her situation. Andrew checked the system and found that the phone was out of stock and there were no substitutes under that phone's warranty. They said the only options were to contact the LG company for their two week process of replacement or purchase an upgraded phone. It is obvious the store does not have the intention of customer support, technical support, or conflict resolution. They simply exist to sell phones and protect company budget. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to the manager on duty, Susana. Though she was polite in comparison to Andrew, she was also unhelpful. She said there is nothing that can be done except to contact the store manager the next day. My mom then had an emotional breakdown and begged Susana to contact the manager now because her phone has not been working for over a month and she is exhausted from having to drive down to the store to get support. My mom asked why this type of support cannot be given remotely especially due to COVID, and she said it's a company policy with no further logical reasoning. Metro continues to put customers at risk by requiring them to come in person for any support, and it is important to note that the vast majority of Metro customers are low income and working class. The ethics of this company and its corporate stores are far below a humane standard. I scheduled a phone call with both Susana and her store manager for the next day at 12:30PM and all she did was credit our account $17 for the lack of network service from the last three weeks. The next day Susana calls me from an unknown number, this is also important to note. She tells me that she can offer my mom a replacement phone, a Samsung phone that is 32GB. I state that my mom has a LG phone that is 64GB and this would not be even close in comparison. She states that the other option is a LG Stylo 6 which is 64GB. I told her this is also a downgrade because my mom's phone is a LG Q7 (and Boost Mobile and other companies are giving away this subpar phone for free to new customers). I asked for credit back to the account so my mom can put money towards a new phone. She said she would call me back with an update from her store manager, who at this point has still not spoken directly to me. At 1:30PM, Susana calls me back from the same unknown number and says they cannot issue credit because it's company policy so we can either get the phone replacement or contact Metro...see photos for rest of review because over the Yelp text limit. read more

Remember the dude Jose I told you about from the Knott location? Well he was a Liar Liar major pants on fire and I deleted his review. He told us we could use our old Sprint phone when we signed up and talked us into a temporary free phone that we could use until we could reactivate our Sprint phone. Wrong!! Little did I know the that the first store was not a real store even. Now we were stuck with a phone that would not be a first choice. Fast forward 3 days the Mister walks into this store and Samantha and Kenny immediately try to help him. Both of them were friendly but their hands were tied because we bought from an authorized dealer not a corporate store. They also confirmed unlocked Sprint phones don't usually work. Today I went in to try to get help and explained to Kenny what Jose did to us and he called him up to see why we couldn't return the phone and explained to him the Metro way of doing things and making things right. Jose did not care. He gave Kenny the run around. Bla bla bla. Jose's manager was never there. I ended up buying the Mister another phone as part of their black Friday deal and keeping the orginal free phone. Kenny extended the new customer phone deal to us and added 2 additional lines. Kenny gave me a free phone for that 4th line as well. Although it's not a cool phone, it will still work for a 4th line. I can always upgrade later. We have our 2 old numbers then each got additional lines for business. The Mister is a service writer and does airbrushing/ graphics/tshirts/car shows on the side and I teach by day and nanny/babysit during weekends and holidays. Yes we have 4 lines now for $120 a month with Amazon Prime. Besides everyone needs a smackdown line. The enemy we had a 19 year old relationship with charged us over $250 for 3 lines. Kenny, Samantha, Maria are awesome. This is an authorized dealer. They play games in the parking lot. They have a security guard. This place is just super friendly. There is a wait here, it takes time to activate phones. But McDs is close by. Thumbs up crew. read more

I got here 20 minutes before the store opened to pay my phone bill. The ATM was not working so I stayed until they opened at 10 a gentleman came five minutes before the door opened and he got helped first. Also the employee Yal858 was late speeding through the parking lot and almost hit another car.. it took him another 25 minutes to take care of this first customer that cut in front of me. This is my favorite metro store hands down. I was here 2 days ago purchasing phones for family members who just came from Mexico. Right away I was greeted when I walked in. There was about a 5 minute wait and shortly after I was being helped by Antonio. I love being able to go into a store and not having to deal with a pushy sales person. FIVE STARS for this guy! Very professional, patient and a great sense of humor! I knew exactly what I was going in there for. I was trying to get in and out as soon as possible. Associate Valeria was very friendly and helpful. And very knowledgeable about what our options were regarding how the upgrade would affect our current plan. I want to the store in few days, to change the phone, they wouldn't charge, the will send to phone company to fix it but the they will charge me to send it to the company. I came in to this store one day and spoke with a rep (Tomas) and the manager (Kenny) they welcomed me and was able to help out. I was porting my line over and the phone I wanted was not in stock. The rep asked me to come tomorrow and someone will assist further. Came in at 7:30pm the next day. Waited for close to half an hour and my name was called. Gave him the information needed and now tells me that my port in isn't eligible for the promotion. It was not on the fine print and just made this policy on his own. He was not being professional about it since I asked him where was the policy written. Right when I was walking out the door, he gave me a snarky comment in front of customers. Being a professional myself, I walked out quietly. I went to this store since it has great reviews. Guess that's not the case as that one person made my experience bad. My girlfriend and I went in to get her set up with a phone, and it went from an errand to a pleasant outing. It was packed when we first came in, so we decided to try our luck at just approaching the manager for a quick question. Not only was he completely nice to my girl, he answered several questions then gave her a front of the line slip. So, already...service is great. When we came back, we met Jesse. He immediately gained half of my respect by commenting in my 'A Clockwork Orange' shirt, then gained the rest by commenting that he liked the book better. I was sold... but was my girlfriend? Yes. Yes she was. He answered all of our questions, gave her some great side advise on phone protection and kept interesting conversation between all of the computer authorizations. It was, hands down, the best phone purchasing experience we had ever dealt with. If the manager is reading this: Jesse needs a raise and a promotion. Back at Metro PCS yesterday. I have to say the staff at this store ar surprisingly friendly. I say surprisingly because Ive been with Metro for years and have been to many of their stores. Never has every member of the staff been concerned if you've been seen and had your needs met. But... What struck me as impresive in the customer service area is this. They treat EVERY customer the same. I noticed many homeless go in this store. No judgement passed no funny looks on anyones faces and the service was just the same. I guess you have to be there to see it for yourself! Sadly its not often I see or experience such good customer care anymore. I hope I get his name right... Henberto helped me with my daughters phone. Again, very knowledgeable and I left satisfied the problem was solved and if I arose again Metro would be there to make sure we were satisfied customes! I left there feeling like I put my money in the right place when I bought our new phones. I will continue to use Metro and I will continue to laugh at my sister for using Verizon.
