    Love this time of year!

    My husband was looking into getting a new iPhone. A little weary because of the inflation going on... When we came in we were greeted and felt very comfortable.. We asked tons of questions. The manager Moe and the associate Andrew did a great job on answering all of our questions. Everything was explained to us very well and clear. We ended up being able to get the iPhone and the tablet with some accessories! we were so satisfied with our purchases. We will be coming back to upgrade my phone soon! Thank you for the easy experience! This is my new favorite spot to come every time!

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Read to the end, trust me. The entire company of Metro is terrible, from corporate to corporate stores to authorized dealers. This location is more helpful than other locations so we have made the commute out to Stanton from Riverside County many times. We have been with MetroPCS since 2009 as a family of four lines, yet their system changes the start date of your account every time you modify something significant like when the phone bill is due. So it shows my line as starting since 2011 when we definitely have been with them since 2009. This is important because when my mom's LG phone went defective, they said she has only been in the system for two years and they mistreated her stating that it doesn't show she has been with Metro for that long. My mom has owned this LG phone for approximately 9 months when it started acting defective. The phone screen would flicker or delay switching in between apps. It would need to be restarted to receive text messages and text messages that were a week old appeared. It would say "Sync not working" or "No SIM card" where there was in fact a SIM card and SD card and Google accounts for backup. She visited this location on November 20 for troubleshooting after an authorized dealer in Garden Grove tried to just sell her a refurbished version of the same phone as a solution, *sell*. An associate named Joanna factory reset the phone as an attempt to troubleshoot and assured my mom that if the reset does not solve the issues, she can return to replace it since it qualifies for the free warranty replacement under 1 year. As you can probably guess, the reset did not solve the issues after 3 weeks and my mom asked me to accompany her back to this corporate store because I am more tech savvy to support. As a full time working professional, we went in the evening this last Friday and first spoke with an associate named Andrew. My mom understandably frustrated with both device and Metro network issues explained her situation. Andrew checked the system and found that the phone was out of stock and there were no substitutes under that phone's warranty. They said the only options were to contact the LG company for their two week process of replacement or purchase an upgraded phone. It is obvious the store does not have the intention of customer support, technical support, or conflict resolution. They simply exist to sell phones and protect company budget. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to the manager on duty, Susana. Though she was polite in comparison to Andrew, she was also unhelpful. She said there is nothing that can be done except to contact the store manager the next day. My mom then had an emotional breakdown and begged Susana to contact the manager now because her phone has not been working for over a month and she is exhausted from having to drive down to the store to get support. My mom asked why this type of support cannot be given remotely especially due to COVID, and she said it's a company policy with no further logical reasoning. Metro continues to put customers at risk by requiring them to come in person for any support, and it is important to note that the vast majority of Metro customers are low income and working class. The ethics of this company and its corporate stores are far below a humane standard. I scheduled a phone call with both Susana and her store manager for the next day at 12:30PM and all she did was credit our account $17 for the lack of network service from the last three weeks. The next day Susana calls me from an unknown number, this is also important to note. She tells me that she can offer my mom a replacement phone, a Samsung phone that is 32GB. I state that my mom has a LG phone that is 64GB and this would not be even close in comparison. She states that the other option is a LG Stylo 6 which is 64GB. I told her this is also a downgrade because my mom's phone is a LG Q7 (and Boost Mobile and other companies are giving away this subpar phone for free to new customers). I asked for credit back to the account so my mom can put money towards a new phone. She said she would call me back with an update from her store manager, who at this point has still not spoken directly to me. At 1:30PM, Susana calls me back from the same unknown number and says they cannot issue credit because it's company policy so we can either get the phone replacement or contact Metro...see photos for rest of review because over the Yelp text limit.

    Trying to sell this phone for $1300 and you can get the note 20 at t-mobile for $1000 ridiculous!!!!

    The Metro is the best. This is where I go for all my phone needs. Mo the manager here is delightful. I will always make the drive to the OC

I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. The price I paid was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you Mike, Javad, and the Starlight Tech team!!

They helped me install an entire Ubiquiti ecosystem, which included 5 POE Cameras, 1 POE Doorbell, 2 POE Doorbell Chimes, and 4 POE Access Points. It doesn't end there. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful. The Ubiquiti ecosystem is more expensive, but I didn't mind the investment, especially with two industry experts leading the way. In the future, I do not doubt that Starlight Tech will be my go-to if I require any additional networking! Additional Details: My house is a single family, 2 floors, 3326 sqft.

    I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated,…read morehigh-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!
