Yo solo fui a sacar 2 SyncUp Drives--algo simple, ¿verdad? Pero en lugar de eso, me estuvieron presionando para agregar una línea que NUNCA pedí. Repetidamente me decían que iba a ser "gratis", junto con los dispositivos. Al principio confié en lo que me decían, pero después de 3.5 HORAS intentando poner esa supuesta línea--fallando varias veces y teniendo que llamar--yo ya estaba agotada, incómoda y abrumada. Encima de eso, durante el proceso ellos mismos crearon un correo electrónico sin mi autorización--algo que yo NO pedí--lo cual hizo que toda la situación se sintiera aún más sospechosa y preocupante. Cuando empecé a cuestionar todo y dije claramente que no lo quería, su actitud cambió y se volvieron hostiles, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más intimidante y estresante. Algo no me cuadraba, así que cuando salí llamé al servicio al cliente de T-Mobile--y ahí fue cuando todo quedó claro. Esa "línea gratis" en realidad iba a costar $130 al mes. Y los SyncUp Drives eran $9.50 cada uno mensualmente. Me sentí completamente engañada y manipulada por la forma en que me explicaron todo en la tienda. Toda esta situación se siente engañosa y completamente incorrecta. Nadie debería pasar por algo así solo por obtener un servicio básico. Phone would not stay on/come on. Visited T Mobile location for assistance; salesgirl gave no greeting/"face" contact. Her greeting was 10 degrees from being "what do you want!" Told her the problem; she immediately got out of her seat (without a word) went to the back and retrieved their charger. Plugged it in for "3 secs" saw a flash, and said "you need a new charger". Ok! I purchased. Went home, plugged in phone with new charger. Nothing happened. Went back to T Mobile store and asked if their electricity was different from mine because I still can't turn on my phone. The nice salesman, "Victor" smiled and immediately checked the charging port to see if there may be another reason for the phone not working and surely there was. Some debris had collected in the charging port and caused the problem. If that first salesgirl had just taken even 3 more seconds before selling me a new charger system (which I did not need) it would have saved me not only valuable time but $50.00 too. I am a senior citizen and I wonder if she was trying to take advantage of me. By the way... because Victor suggested I keep the new charging unit, I did. My first inclination was to return it! I have been here a couple times in the past and i remember the employees being respectful. This recent visit, however, was very disappointing. I have been needing a new phone for a few months now because my iphone 11 was having a lot of issues. So i was very excited to come in to get a new one. The salesman Nathan right from the start was already off putting and rude. He asked me "how can i help you today?". I replied, "I was looking for an Iphone 15 pro max". His response, "what about it?". He said that with attitude like I was dumb or incompetent. Not the response i was expecting from a sales person. The whole transaction to purchasing the phone was spent with Nathan giving me attitude...like every question I asked was stupid or something. Like i was annoying him, when i simply wanted to purchase a phone. And I was asking valid questions respectfully. If the other salesperson (since there were only two of them at the time) wasn't busy and if they didn't have a few people waiting I would have asked to deal with her instead. Ms Sandoval was very good in what she explained and made sure that my needs in upgrading my IPhone. I came back today a week later with an issue with my voicemail and didn't give up until she got the issue resolved. They only care for you if you are not an existing customer. If you know someone that works here, you'r in the clear, the staff here will cater to you and go above and beyond. When you finally get help, you don't get their undivided attention because the staff is more worried about the phone calls and the text they receive. Overall, terrible service. I've been scammed by two separate T mobile reps at this location. Dante and George. Dante told my iPhone 11 would be eligible for a trade in then says at the end of the deal my iPhone isn't eligible because it won't charge. Turns out it charges and the wire I was using didn't work. I discovered this only after getting an iPhone 14. I've been told Dante has since been fired. George was the rep who helped me and my wife change her plan and phone to mine and updated us on a Galaxy s23 which he told us would be free. The phone is only half off but T-mobile cooperate says it's the contract we signed so they can't help. By the way the s23 never worked, the s23 was never able to make or receive calls or texts. Our bill is now $819 and our phones have been on for about a week of two months! There's a manager always in the store who avoids us and walks in his office whenever we come in. As of writing this review our phones are off. We're being charged for all 3 phones with no service, and cooperate isn't helping. Don't come here and don't come to T-Mobile! They've done this to multiple people who were in the store talking to reps while we were there! read more

I went to this location to return a charger I bought from another location and had to deal with Valerie, horrible customer service. She couldn't focus on what she was doing because she was busy being nosey in other clients business. Then she said I couldn't return there and needed to go back to where I bought it. After challenging her on that point she tried to say it was passed 14 days from purchase date. My receipt date was July 2 and 14 days from that was the 16. Maybe someone should teach her how to count. So needless to say I drove all the way to LBC and had no problem with return there, thanks Gilbert. read more

Worst customer service ever! I went just to back up my phone and get my phone transferred! The first girl who helped me told me to delete some of my stuff because I didn't have enough storage so she told me to have a seat and do that. Which I did but it still wasn't backing up my phone so I waited for the girl to help me she was dealing with another customer at the time after I got there 3 people we're behind me they immediately started helping all of them before me I went to another one for the coworkers and told her what I needed again she told me it would t back up because my phone was dying she plugged it & once it was plugged immediately my phone backed up I waited looking at the girl she said is your phone backed up from across the room she was still helping another customer that was after me I said yes she said okay another guy walked in and she helped him before me again & after she was done helping him she went to the back telling the other she needed a break everyone was already gone and the other girl was still helping a customer I was still patiently waiting until I got mad and went to the other girl telling her I was here before everyone and I still haven't been helped and everyone was already gone she said sorry what did I need help with ? I told her again! Great customer service! Dennis was patient with us since we were going to add a new line and undergo an upgrade. Although, he kept running into technical difficulties,he was perfect in dealing with the matter. He was helpful and honest about selecting the right phone for each of us. I traded in a Note 4 for a $250 bill credit on a purchase of a Note 9 back in August 2018. The sales rep Chris said I did not need a receipt or tracking number. Weeks and months went by, reached out to the store manager and he said the situation would be resolved however he never followed up. I switch from Sprint to T-Mobil and I've only been with T-Mobil for a little over a month and so far my phones been super slow glitch And defective and i have not made damage to the phone .. i hate coming to this store they always short you information you need to know and have you going back in forth because THEY couldn't get it right the first time I highly recommend you stay with sprint if you're planning to switch it's not worth it so far they inconvenienced. 3 times thats a lot to have only been with T-Mobil for a little over a month read more
