I really waited a long time to give this business a chance to do what was right and either repair my granddaughters iPad correctly or give it back. But they are so unprofessional that I could not put this off any longer. Approximately 5 months ago my granddaughters iPad cracked and needed a major replacement. I found blinkz. I took the iPad there and the owner was great. I left it to wait for a phone call a few days later. I had to call several times to find out if the repair was finished. Two weeks later I received the iPad. I was ok with having to call several times. It was the brink of Covid and I understood. Two months later the iPad glitches. I took it back in. They were supposed to call me back with the status and as expected, no call. I called and called until someone answered. They said they had to send it out to be repaired and it should be back within a week. It is now the end of September (3 months later), and I have yet to get the iPad back. I've called and I've called. I'm lucky if someone answers. I get the same reply, "I don't really know which iPad you're taking about, i'll Have to backtrack in the computer and see and call you back." And I NEVER GET A CALL BACK! This brings me to today September 28th. call ONCE AGAIN only to have someone answer and hang up on me. I proceeded to call back 3 times with no answer. I want the iPad back and a refund! DON'T GO HERE ‼ I went in for a screen repair on my iPhone 8 Plus and ended up having to get a refund. Not only were they unable to replace my screen, my home button has not worked since my phone was returned to me. It is HOT and the thumb print function on my phone no longer works. I can't access my banking information, my wallet, and it takes a long time for me to even be able to open my phone due to the button getting stuck and hot when trying to read a thumb print. Besides that I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Not to mention that now my phone barely charges and my "hey Siri" doesn't work, I would NOT recommend coming here AT ALL. I am waiting for them to open because they need to figure this out, now I may need to go to another phone place for my button and screen. Highly unsatisfied and disappointed. Came to get an iPhone 11 Pro screen fixed, first one was glitching so they replaced it. Second one was fine, never dropped from a high length and bought a case here with blinks with 12ft "protection" but the LCD cracked? CHEAP screens. Don't recommend, just go to a swat meet and save your multiple trips. (PS ask for the screen replacement brand, sometimes you can find them cheaper on Amazon/eBay and get the labor done elsewhere and save $) Good Luck read more

I came to get my iPhone fixed and they repaired it within 3 hours, not bad. They usually hook it up with a glass screen protector or a case, which I love. The only thing that really disturbs me is how they always ask for my pin. Never been asked for my log in pin number before in other places. I find this really strange, I don't like the feeling of my phone being left behind with access to it by other strangers (no offense Luis! I appreciate your work). If I could sit there and watch them fix my phone, I would! But they take the phones in the back room and I could never tell what they could be doing. Nowadays, you just never know! DONT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR PHONE. I had came to this place yesterday to get my iphone fixed. Prior of me handing my phone over i let the gentleman know im not exactly sure whats wrong with it , but it doesn't turn on or charge anymore . I said I'm almost 100% sure its my battery, he said it will be about 45mins to just find out whats wrong with it ,which was fine with me . After 50 mins pass by i go in and he tells me its to early to tell whats wrong, give him 35 more mins. I was kinda frustraded because it was so hot. I come back after 35 mins and he tells me if you can just give me 10 more mins i still cant find whats wrong so i waited 1 more time and came back and he really tells me he still has no idea whats wrong , at that point i was pretty upset i said just give me my phone & ill go to another place, he gave me such a bad feeling. I went to another place right down the street , told the gentleman exactly what i told the first man and he said okay sounds like a battery problem,LIKE i said . He installed a new battery within 10 mins and it was working perfectly!!! THE WORST PART OF EVERYTHING WAS .. When the second man gave me my phone working , We couldnt get into my phone because it said Disabled for like 10 days!!! Not good screens aren't accepted by the iPhones. The iPhone will glitch and have pop ups here and there letting you know the screen is not authentic product. Instead of checking ur phone correctly they will try to sale you to buy a battery if ur screen glitches. There not good at following up with you once ur phone is left in there care. Cheap stuff ends up costing you more in the long run. read more

Took iPhone in to replace broken screen. Once the screen was replaced we tried Face ID and that didn't work. The screen color was odd and True Tone didn't work. On top of that the screen was not tightened down properly and budged in the middle. Less than two weeks later, the cheap screen was malfunctioning so we brought it back in... after a week of no follow up from the repair guys we went back into the store and they did zero work on the phone after they originally said they'd have it done next day. This place is only good for selling cases. If you need your phone repaired and in working order, learn from my mistake and take it to an authorized location instead. read more

Call me a conspiracy theorist but I swear this has happens to all of my iPhones every year in the month of August, a month before Apple announces their new iPhones...just a side note lol. I stopped into Blinks expecting to wait a while for a batter replacement but I was in and out within 10mins. The owner wasted no time and swapped out the battery at a great price.
