I called this place Monday around 5 and I was quoted 80 for a thermal paste or 120 for a PlayStation 5 power reservoir over the phone for my broken PlayStation 5. I go the next day Tuesday morning and a worker there states they were wrong on pricing and stated it would be $160 for a power reservoir if that's the issue or if it's another issue with the motherboard it would be $220. I was in disbelief after I was quoted 80 and 120 to 160 and 220? Mind you they also charge a $50 diagnostic fee to see what's the issue!?!!! It doesn't make any sense at all! I then told them I was quoted that price and he was too bad he can't do anything about it. This shop closes at 7pm, right!? I took my chances and called at 6:49. I told Rick about the situation with the phone and if he would be able to fix it. He told me he would wait until I got there! When you go if its late you have to really be on the lookout for the shop otherwise you'll pass it up (like I did, lol) When we got to the door a guy held the door open for us to come in. Upon walking in Rick was sitting behind the counter and greeted us. We thanked him for staying open until we got there (so nice, right?!). My mom hands over her phone and he takes it apart. Tells her what the issue is and then he gets to work. It took him about 15 mins or less to do everything to her phone. While Rick was working he made sure to continue conversation w/ us. He could've been silent and just focused on the task at hand but he was so engaging, friendly, and genuine. All and all the phone looks like a brand new phone and is working perfectly! I love this establishment and Rick is so awesome! Hooked us up w/ a great price (I'll never tell, lips are sealed (; lol) but just know his prices are great for the work. I rarely write reviews, but today I went to have my screen exchanged after a week of having a new screen put in from this location. I brought it in because the guy helping me told me if I had any issues within a month to take it back and they would replace or fix they newly put screen. So I go in and the guy that help me says your screen is damaged and needs a new screen. I told them I had just purchased it from them and it was still under warranty. He said the warranty did not cover the damage besucase the screen showed signs of damage. Even though the screen doesn't have a single crack and has a screen protector that they installed as well. This is the second screen I have bought from them. The first one lasted me a bit over 1 month and I bought another one because I figured that was my fault for not paying attention to the warranty. So I have spent about 130 dollars on 2 screens now that have lasted me about a total of 2 and half months. Don't buy anything from this location!!! They do not only have cheap screens, but they don't back up their own 1 month warranty. Please do yourself a favor go somewhere else for your business. My last experience was not so pleasant. Turn in a physically broken computer that in the end couldn't be fixed, but took almost a month to finally have it back. What bothered me was the miscommunication: the employees didn't know what was going on with the computer and gave me the generic "call back on X day" response all the time; was left on hold for long time until I hung and call back; didn't get the calls back as promised; was told it was ready when obviously it wasn't after I went there; and walked to the store to find my computer disassembled on the floor at the front desk. I was refunded when I picked it back since I fully paid the repair. Definitely they could have handle better the situation. I still stand with the good service we received in two phone repairs. So, if it's a quick phone fix I still recommend them. Not sure about computers or a complicated work. read more

Broke my phone and called a couple stores, It Can Be Fixed was the one I chose because they assured me the best quality screen and showed me the difference in after market and Original parts. Most of the stores I called used the cheap aftermarket screens , don't get me wrong I wanted to pay for the cheap stuff but cheap stuff usually cost more down the line. Once I got my screen replaced which was super fast , not only does my phone look like nothing happened to it but they hooked me up with a screen protector and a case.
