I called CIR and they said since the camera lenses were intact, it would be $110. Jose worked on it for me. When I went to pick it up, he explained to me how he fixed it. I showed up with a new case and he put it on for me. Jose is professional, thorough, and is a nice young man. Everyone I have spoken and worked with at CIR provides knowledgeable and courteous service. I've been coming here for years and in the past year something changed and ive had the worst service here. Went in for a repair for my iphone 15 screen that was cracked and had a damaged LCD, keep in mind that this IS THE ONLY TIME MY SCREEN WAS ACTUALLY CRACKED, it was $120 and they replaced the screen quickly and i was out of there in under 15 minutes. Right away i noticed the quality of the screen sucked and was very glitchy, i called and they replaced the screen free of charge. Then a week later i noticed multiple black spots on my screen after taking it out of my pocket, no drop or anything and i had a damaged LCD again. so i go in and pay $120 again to fix this thinking nothing of it. just shy of a month later same thing happens! without dropping my phone a discolored line appeared on my screen, just simply pulled it out if my purse. AGAIN I go in store and pay the $120 once more to get it replaced. everything is fine and 2 months go by, and can anyone guess what happened? yup same issue, pulled my phone out if my front pocket and what do you know!! a damaged LCD screen, no drop no sitting on the phone, nothing and the cheap screen still got damaged. At this point, im convinced this is the cheap screens that they are using. i go ahead and call the store and i am then greeted by JIN, i explain my situation and he proceeds to place the blame entirely on me saying that it must be me who keeps dropping my phone and causing the damage in a very mean and rude tone. He also said that i could get an entire new iphone and that he could guaruntee that i'd still probably have to come in for a repair eventually since i clearly am causing the issue. I mentioned that at that point i had already spent almost $400 in repairs with them in just a few short months. and instead of being sympathetic or finding a resolution for me, he proceeded to be rude and condescending. He mentioned that he wasnt the owner so i asked to speak to the owner to see if i got a better customer service but he refused, just kept telling me "oh trust me hes gonna tell you the same thing, weve been in business for over 10 years and this has never been an issue so its just you." literally almost cried from how rude he was being. at this point i just hung up the phone since he had no resolution for me just harsh comments. i never got my screen repaired and have just been dealing with a damaged LCD that has gotten much worse from daily use of my phone and now im $400 down the drain due to repair world. they lost a loyal customer forsure.

Very bad experience, Took in my iPad on a Monday afternoon,…read moreit had a battery issue that made it reset randomly. The gentleman first tells me he would have to diagnose it first. So I left it for the day and he said he'd call me next day if any issues. First of all the guy never called, I had to call the store. Guy tells me they been checking and that iPad never reset on them at all. I told the guy when I get the problem, and he suddenly just asked me to provide my pin for them to stress test it. How can you say you been checking it when you couldn't even unlock it in the first place? The guy told me to give him 30mins and he'd call me back. 2 days later with no response from them I decided to go retrieve my iPad because of the lack of communication and the scheme of saying they were working on it when it clearly shows they didn't even touch it. When I get it back I asked the guy if they at least checked the battery and told me battery health seemed fine that it was like at 98 percent. I happened to check it myself and it showed it was at 82 percent. The guy tells me they ran their own software to check battery health. Clearly there software need recalibration. Worst experience ever. This place was recommended to me by a family member but they showed their true colors. This place is a total scheme. A simple battery replacement and they turned me down like this. Definitely DO NOT! Recommend this place to anybody. Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere before event having the thought of coming to this place.

Instead of being helpful or professional, they brushed off my questions and made it feel like I was an inconvenience. I went in expecting basic respect and clear communication, and I got the opposite. Regardless of how good a repair shop may be technically, customer service matters--and this location seriously lacks it. Based on how I was treated, I would not return or recommend this place.
