I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent. I appreciate the fact that they tried to fix the phone, it was not their fault the repair did not work, the phone simply did require a new logic board, but at least they tried the repair and did not charge me for it, thanks a lot, great service, I would highly recommend.

Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service.
