All the other negative reviews are true. This man is a scammer to his core. I first went to him in March because my PC was stuck in a "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop. I had used him previously for a GPU installation, so I trusted him enough to come back. I even explained to him upfront that I was saving money for a move and couldn't afford expensive repairs right now. He acted understanding and said it wouldn't be a problem. A week later, I called for an update. He gave me a vague explanation about a motherboard issue and told me he'd call me back. He NEVER called back. Another week goes by. Now suddenly it's a CPU issue. Again, he says he'll call me back. Again, NO CALL. By week 3, I went into the shop myself. The place was a complete mess, and my PC clearly wasn't even being worked on. He tells me he found a replacement motherboard "around the same price" and asked if I wanted him to swap it. I agreed to the motherboard replacement ONLY. Another week passes. I return to pick up my PC and suddenly there's a brand-new fan installed. I never asked for that. When I questioned him, he claimed my PC was overheating. Then he tells me the total is $290. Apparently he charged me: $149 for a "gaming PC diagnostic fee" $140 for installations I NEVER authorized He also claimed he replaced my CPU without my permission. When I got home and booted up my PC, I realized he had swapped out my Ryzen 5500 processor (worth around $140 retail) for a MUCH weaker Ryzen 2300 processor worth around $30-40. I have an RTX 3060 Ti, so now my computer bottlenecks badly because the CPU can't properly handle the GPU anymore. He literally made my PC WORSE than when I brought it in. The craziest part? He kept my original CPU until I went back and specifically asked for it. If I never checked, he probably would have kept it. I went back to demand he replace the downgraded CPU with something equivalent to what I originally had. Conveniently, he was suddenly unavailable because of knee surgery. His assistant told me to come back the next week. I came back the next week -- still not there.I came back the THIRD week -- still not there. Finally, I called him directly and he tells me my warranty had "expired." How could I even use the warranty when he wasn't available at the shop the entire time? To recap: I came in for a Windows repair issue Waited 4 weeks with almost no communication Was charged for unauthorized work Had parts swapped without permission Ended up with a significantly worse CPU Lost $290 Left with a worse-performing PC than before If you are a gamer or someone looking for computer or phone repairs, PLEASE avoid this place. I took 2 computers in (one Desktop and one Laptop) to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and Ismael and his team did excellent work! AVOID THIS SCAMMER REPAIR SHOP AT ALL COSTS TRUST ME!!!! All his good reviews and fake since most of the accounts have only one review and were made same day as they commented! I brought my PC here suspecting a faulty power supply and specifically asked for a simple test (any legitimate shop has a cheap PSU tester for this). The owner said he'd check it and call me by end of day. When I followed up, the computer hadn't been touched. It was just sitting there, barely even opened. He made excuses about waiting for a "technician." After multiple unreturned calls, he flip-flopped on the diagnosis (first GPU, then back to power supply, my original guess) but never actually fixed anything. When I came to pick it up, he suddenly demanded $149 for "diagnosis" and ~$60 for "cleaning", fees he never mentioned upfront and that I never authorized. I had clearly expected a call before any paid work began. While waiting, I spoke with another customer who was going through the exact same thing: no communication, unauthorized charges added (he tried charging them $149 to reinstall Windows when the only issue was needing to sign into an account), and pressure to pay for unnecessary work. I helped them negotiate the price down because it was blatant overcharging. When it was my turn and I questioned the charges, the owner became extremely aggressive, yelling at me to leave the store multiple times and trying to handle me away from other customers so they wouldn't overhear. In the end, he backed down and took $100 just to get me out, but I only paid because I needed my computer back. When I got home, it was in worse shape: still dusty (no cleaning done), partially disassembled, and components left unplugged. Absolutely nothing was repaired. This place uses classic bait-and-switch tactics: quotes low/no fees verbally, then hides behind fine print on a drop-off form to justify exorbitant charges for work they never discussed or performed. They prey on non-tech-savvy customers and get hostile when challenged. Do not bring your devices here. Total scam. Save yourself the headache and money. read more
